The stay at this hotel was not what I was expecting at all. I paid more to have a better room and to begin it took over an hour to receive my room and a lady that was helping the girl that was checking us in was very rede and had a terrible service. It is not close to the beach and the pools close at 10pm but the worst part of all is that that we stayed at a better room and it was floated and ended up falling asleep with the maintenance guy fixing the roof. I will never stay here again.

We had Franko check us in. He was very Friendly and did a excellent job. Rooms were abit dirty. Floors needed to be cleaned better. Beds are smaller then what we are used to and they are very low. Food choices were good. Buffet service was slow next to nothing they didn't serve us well. Pools were warm on out chilly night. We tried the private beach. Our server Guillermo Giles did a great job better than any of the food staff members. Our drinks were always filled buckets stayed cold with ice. We definitely will stay here again. Thanks guys

I’m giving 1 start review for the staff & Service section thank you to the absolutely incompetent service from Erika at the front desk. Let’s do this really short”, I made my booking through Expedia, As soon as I arrived at the hotel, they couldn't find my reservation, they had to dial and finally found it but they mentioned that it would take a while to get to their system so they offered me to wait in the hotel lobby, I mentioned that if I could go to the restaurant to eat while I waited for my reservation to arrive (it's worth mentioning that I had the all-inclusive package) as soon as Erika heard this she said rudely and arrogantly that no, I told her that there was no problem that I would pay for it and after they gave me a discount to which she arrogantly told me no that it wasn't possible, I told her that I would like to speak to her manager which she replied that she was in a meeting, I went straight to the restaurant to try to fix it but they told me that they depended on the Front desk, I returned to the lobby and demanded to speak to the manager and surprise! the manager Ana was always sitting in the concierge right next to the lobby which is why I realized that Erika did not want me to speak to her, Ana kindly was able to resolve everything and I appreciate her efficiency, other minor issues like the room wasn’t ready on a Tuesday and the room key fob wasn’t working.

Everything was ok. The only thing is that I was waiting for the elevator and a housekeeper came and took the elevator along with her cart. There was no room for no one else. I suggest giving the priority to your guest especially if you are waiting on. This happened on the 6th floor.

I paid 1250 dollars for two rooms 4 nights expecting it was all inclusive.
Got there and they told me it was just for rooms.
Even if i made a mistake, asked them how much it would be to pay for 5 adults for food and drinks difference.
They said 49000 pesos iqual to 2500 more us dollars which will be double the cost of the rooms.
Very expensive.
Hotel is not in front of the beach.
It is 500 or more meters away from the hotel.
We checked the menus and pricing and very expensive.
So we decided to leave the hotel every single day to visit beaches.
And eat out of the hotel.
Basically we just use the hotel to spend the nights.
Never used facilities.
One day a security guy was almost searching my grocery bag where i had only a coke, milk and sweet bread.
He stopped me and started interrogating me about what i had in my bag.
It was terrible.
I told him it is just a couple of drinks and bread.
He said it is our policy no food from outdoors is allowed in the rooms.
That is ridiculous.
I will never ever comeback to this hotel.
I definitely won't recommend it.

Acapulco sigue sufriendo los estragos causados por los huracanes Ottis en octubre del 2023 y John en septiembre del 2024. El puerto simplemente no tiene turistas que lo visiten en la segunda semana de octubre tras las inundaciones que dejó John. Para llegar en carro hasta Acapulco desde la parte central de México y atravesando por Chilpancingo donde recientemente había sido asesinado en forma brutal su presidente municipal, pasa uno por una verdadera travesía en la que los deslaves afectaron parcialmente la autopista y ésta se encuentra patrullada frecuentemente por la Guardia Nacional (ni una queja contra la GN compuesta por verdaderos servidores públicos con vocación de servicio a la sociedad) para luego tener que internarse en muchas colonias populares inundadas de Acapulco, A pesar de las adversidades y algunas playas virtualmente desaparecidas, el personal del hotel guarda buenos ánimos, tiene un comportamiento sumamente profesional y hace todos los esfuerzos para sacar adelante, reconstruir y reconstituir el polo turístico que siempre fue el puerto. En estos momentos tan difíciles el que trate uno a personas que no desfallezcan ante la soledad y desolación de los alrededores, es un verdadero acto de valentía de un pueblo que vuelve a luchar contra los desafíos impuestos por devastadores huracanes. Mi reconocimiento para todos esos hombres y mujeres que confían en la posibilidad de reconstruir su destino.

Gated area with someone at the gate. Staff was extremely nice & helpful. Very clean. Nice rooms & views. Buses that go to the beach every 30 mins. We did most likely get a room that was reserved for otjers, as there was a random piece of cake in our room, that was meant for someone else. Besides staff not knowing why that was in our room, we have a very pleasant stay!

The property is huge & nice. They do not give you a map or tell you where things are. It was pretty hard trying to find things. Adult pool is on the other side of the hotel, building 1. There is no food there. Bartenders were friendly and fun. Pool is very boring! Meant for old people who want zero noise. Even the music at max volume is very low. The resort feels sad, not fun!
We paid for all inclusive. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. Food is limited, we had to walk to the other side of the resort to the family pools for food, than back. I wanted water, I asked the front desk & they said I had to dial 0 from my room for it. Why would I pay 200 pesos for water to be delivered? That’s stupid! I paid $160 and I can’t get a bottled water without paying for room service to bring it to me?
We went for breakfast on checkout day. We had to wait until 7 am to eat. We needed to leave at 7:30. no food until 7am. The most annoying thing is they want you to sign a bill after everything, even when you paid for all inclusive. We got tired of waiting for the bill and learned to just leave, don’t worry they come running then. They act like I’m leaving without paying! Worse all inclusive we have been too.
Our room was Huge and nice. Too many buttons for lights, like 15-20. Our bed had sand in it & we had not gotten into bed yet. Blood stain on sheets. It was not old blood. It was still red! Taxi to airport took 30 min for pickup.

Front desk staff, room service staff, laundry etc were unhelpful and most of the time confused and flustered. Club 89 is a joke and is not worth buying other than to be on a high floor. Lack of communication everywhere. Half the lamps didn't work and the toilet was malfunctioning constantly. Just really frustrating experience.

We chose this hotel bc of its location adjacent to the convention center and bc it had an all inclusive opinion. However the all inclusive package is not like the ones at beach front resorts. There are more than half of the menu items that are not included and we were actually turned away feom one restaurant alll together. We were promised exclusive access to one lounge which was never even open

Unique: The property is huge, the corridor in front of the hotel is beautiful. The personnel is kind, the best is chef Alain Vazquez. The restaurant Carnivore has an oppressive decoration.
What I liked (though for that price it was the least to be expected): the manager paid attention to our health situation (the hotel paid for the doctor's visit and medicine). He offered an extra night with no meals (!).
What I didn't like: the food (my son and me got acute gastroenteritis after the first night), some personnel (one of the concierges was supposedly taking care of our situation but on the final day we got to know that the manager didn't even have the faintest idea of what had happened. The furniture is weary, there were no amenities open.

El personal no fue para nada atento. Pésimo pésimo servicio. El check in fue 2 horas después, el servicio todo incluido no cumple para nada las expectativas. Te entregan los alimentos y bebidas cada 40 minutos. Es mejor ir a otro lado y comprar por las bebias que adquirir el todo incluido, no te hacen caso. Lo peor que puede reservar.

La habitación muy bien, pero el servicio de meseros, muy mal en algunos lugares por ejemplo, en el bar de la torre 3 la mesera Adriana un pésimo servicio, su actitud de prepotente y déspota, jamás fue a mi mesa para preguntar que quería me tenía que parar para pedir algo, muy mal, el mesero en el evento de fin de año se acercó 3 veces en todo el evento lo cual con el calor uno necesita refrescar y tenía que pedir sino nadie se acercaba, creo que rebasó los huéspedes para el servicio de meseros, muy corto de personal y falta de camastros en todo momento muy bonito el lugar pero sin playa la verdad no regresaría

Siempre que me he hospedado en este hotel tienen problemas con la energía eléctrica, la luz se va cada diez minutos en la habitación, el aire acondicionado nunca enfría. Siempre me tienen que cambiar de habitación, en otra ocasión no había agua caliente.

En esta ultima estancia me sorprendieron porque la operadora Montserrat me dijo que ellos ponían la temperatura de la habitación como ellos quisieran. Me he hospedado en muchísimos hoteles y nunca me habían dado una respuesta como esta.

Pésimo servicio al cliente. Lo que busco al llegar a un hotel es poder descansar y no tener que estar lidiando con faltas de mantenimiento del hotel.

La habitación estaba muy bonita, el hotel tiene 6 albercas y hay mucho espacio para nadar, no tiene acceso directo a la playa pero puedes tomar un camión que sale cada 30 minutos del hotel (viene incluido) y te lleva a un club de playa privado que pertenece al hotel, también nos dieron acceso a los hoteles Princess y Pierre qué son de mundo imperial, maravillosa experiencia

Calificación y opinión:
Las instalaciones me parecieron adecuadas. Llevé un perrito pequeño de compañía y cobraron $750 pesos (aunque me hicieron un descuento del 50%). Aun así, considero que es algo caro, ya que mi perro no ensucia. Además, tuve que pagar $250 pesos por día de uso del hotel, un cargo que no estaba incluido en el precio mostrado en Expedia.

Las albercas están bien cuidadas y agradables. Sin embargo, un punto negativo es que el hotel no tiene acceso directo a la playa. Hay camiones que salen cada hora hacia el Princess, y a las 15 y 45 minutos de cada hora hacia La Escala.

El gimnasio cierra muy temprano; pienso que debería permanecer abierto hasta medianoche o, idealmente, las 24 horas. Solo funcionaba un elevador en la torre, por lo que había que esperar bastante o caminar a la otra torre para usar el otro.

Tiene una pista muy linda que rodea el Fórum y parte del área de alberca, ideal para caminar o correr. El aire acondicionado hacía ruido por las noches; pedimos que lo revisaran, pero el problema continuó.

Dentro de una de las torres hay un café Punta del Cielo, con productos ricos pero algo caros, y que también cierra temprano.

En general, el hotel está bien, pero considerando el costo, pienso que podría mejorar varios aspectos.
