This hotel was beautiful, quiet, clean, good service in a very private secluded location. The private beach was clean and relaxing. The views of the bay are amazing. Perfect spot to relax by the beach or any of the pools.

Make sure to look closely at the room photos becasue I had family staying in the sam ehotel, but their rooms were severly outdated, water would not go down into the sink, and just seemed like it was a compliment differnt hotel (gave motel like quality).

Facilities and staff are great !! Clean rooms and warm pool, but food with higher prices than expected. I had stayed at other Camino Real hotels and food prices are not expensive, plus only a sea food restaurant available for dinner every day, no other options, this needs to improve. Will think twice next time if I have to return to this hotel.

We receive the room we paid for, I can understand this. Therefore, no complains to stay in the room at the end of the corridor in the tallest tower (like in fairy tales). However, what I cannot understand if why not to alert guests that kid’s pool is on maintenance (I understand the hotel have this information shared by guest in the booking). We usually visit the hotel every four or six months because our stays had been always great. This time I could not say the same even the great effort of the staff to try making our stay pleasant. This kind of situations might us think about to explore other options. Anyway, I hope our next visit change drastically from this one.

Great hotel with great amenities. Premiums rooms with ocean view in front of the pools are really comfortable; however, this time we found a roach in our room. The hotel is clean, so I believe this is the risk when the room is near the kitchens of the restaurants. Of course this does not change our opinion about this great hotel and that’s why we have come many times in the past two years.

Next I will say the pools are very nice they have an infinity Pool.
You have to note that this hotel is drive down hill to get to the hotel it's a bit steep and it's not walkable. Unless you want a workout.
Because it's located on a hill the hotel rooms are distributed in tears and you have to go down a great number of stairs get to the beach. Not great for people with mobility issues.
The restaurants are really nicely located with a beautiful view of the Bay.

El cuarto que me asignaron “de acuerdo a la categoría” que adquirí era el peor de esa categoría.
No cabíamos las 3 personas (1 adulto y 2 niños) en la habitación a pesar de que en la reserva claramente decía que era para tres personas. Lo resolvieron mandando una cama extra A MI COSTÓ ($700 x día) y la cama parecía una piedra, mejor dormir en el piso y gratis.

Helaas waren er enkele voorvallen waar wij niet blij mee waren en waarbij we weinig begrip ervaarden van de receptie.
