It would have been better if it was offering services in English as well as spanish. We struggled to understand things.the toilet issues and hot water issues were resilved wirhin a few hours of the issue.
Staff were friendly and room was beautiful. Public beach and if you wantef a chair and umbrella you had to pay extra

Area de piscina muy bonita con toboganes para adultos y niños. El desayuno buffet excelente con gran variedad. Lo unico que no me gusto fue que fui en mi propio vehiculo y nunca me dijeron que tenia que pagar extra por el estacionamiento y si no pagas no te dan el boleto de salida para que te entreguen tu carro.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel with great amenities. The breakfast buffet had excellent options, and the pools were fantastic—we really enjoyed them. The hotel was very clean and worked well for traveling with a partner or children. The only downside was that the power kept going out during both the day and night, which was inconvenient. Aside from that issue, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The views and room were stunning! However the valet and hotel staff were rather rude. My fiance doesn't speak Spanish, but I do, and some staff members would get upset when I'd ask them to repeat themselves. It just made things a little awkward.

We were closed to almost everything. Gallery was just crossed the street. Emporio has delicious buffet. Other restaurants were very closed by. Beach is located in the back yard. We had a wonderful time. We will definitely go back.

The rooms are old and run down. Our room smelt like urine and despite attempts to fix it, it kept coming back. The bathroom tiles are all cracked and seals have mould on them.
The rooms feel dated.
The food at the buffet dinner was not good.
Location is good however every single thing is extra cost. From beach chairs etc. it's not a 5 star hotel it may have been back in the days but not anymore

It was a great time. I had a late flight and they quickly gave me options that varied depending if I wanted to spend extra money or not. Very kind team. Even though they are still in repairs from the hurricanes they made my stay wonderful. Definitely would stay with them again.

Greatly Dispapointed! Killed a roach in my room as well as 2 at the children's pool in addition to seeing a roach in the kitchen wall by the quesadilla grill. There was no hand soap in the rooms, and the pool towel service was bad, you could only get towels once a day and they wanted to charge for any stain that the towel had. There were a few waiters in the buffet that were not helpful at all - we had to ask for ketchup 4 times before they gave it to us.

The plastic cups they give you with a drinkvthat are for one use Emporio hotel reused them. This is un health and un sanitary. Plos 3 drinks are almost $700.pesos and the waiter chase you to take the plastic cup away from you.

La alberca tiene área de juegos para mis niñas, los precios de la comida en el área de alberca no están exagerados. Las habitaciones están limpias y amplias y en los alrededores del hotel puedes encontrar de todo.
Muy bonita vista a la bahía, la playa está muy bien, solo no te metas al mar si no sabes nadar, las olas en esta zona están retadoras

I loved that was by the beach in the middle of the city easy access to city transportation 12 pesos pp. Beach had glass and garbage, needs to be clean up. I didn't see anybody from the hotel cleaning the beach. My bathroom stinks like sewer water day and night.

Being a frequest flyer I can compare and to me, this hotel was overrated. It was wheelchair accessible (as it should), ordering food from room service was much better than the buffer and much cheaper. The most important, the hotel didnt have any entertaintment for children or adults. Few pools, the beach and expensive paid water sports, like Jetskies, etc. For someone who will stay more than 2 nights it can get a bit repetative. Also, parking its not free, get ready to pay for that, wether its included in your booking or not, ITS NOT FREE.

What I really like about the property is the people that work there. They were really nice and attentive. The cleaning lady was amazing! We would go to the beach and pool and bring all kinds of sand and wet towels back to the room, and she managed to have it spot on clean every day. The pool was great, I think it's a bit outdated, needs some general upgrades, but my 5 yr old son loved it. The breakfast buffet was also really good, specially for the price. There is also a Tarascos Taco place about two blocks away, and that was our dinner spot. The tacos were really good. Love this place and would love to come back soon.

- Was not told about parking fees (200 MX a day) and was put on a floor where there was building work on the floor above so constant banging and drilling.

Tried to charge my 15 yr old an adult rate. In the other room I rented was double occupancy for my parents and they tried to charge extra for my mother in that room. Customer service is terrible, with all the other options in Acapulco. I would definitely not stay here again

Electrical plugs are too old, we had to charge our phones in the other wals because the nearest by the bed has only for lamp, I spoke to the girl in the front desk and requested a multiple plug adapter and she \"it is what it is, we don't provide those things to nobody\"

El wifi para trabajar bastante bien. BIEN: Luis de quesadilla es sensacional, Alejandro mesero restaurante muy amabley profesional, Carmen camarista muy amable y profesional, Willima bar psicina igual buenisimo y Angel en el bar del Lobby tambien. Felicidades a todos. Capitan Pachecho y Capitana Yadira, felicidades por su servicio con el apoyo para las necesides de mi madre de 87 anios. MALO- A MEJORAR: Deberia haber television abierta, y los canales que hay son en ingles. Me asignaron una habitacion en piso 10, el unico con escalon al salir de la hab y mi mama se cayo. sugiero no asignar este piso a un adulto mayor. Tarjetas acceso al cuarto se descargan a cada rato. Molesto tener que ir al lobby a reactivarlas dos veces al dia!! Alberca de adultos estba muy sucia en una esquina,lo reporte y la limpiraron. El 31de marzo fiesta del personal, bien! solo que no pude accesar al gimnasion pues no habia nadie para dejarme entrar. Banda de musica en la playa muy molesta pues toca muy cerca (zona federal, no se que se pueda hacer). Claxon de las camiones locales se oye TODO el tiempo si por casualidad estas en tu habitacion. Talvez ver que cambien su estacion de espera para que no molesten a los huespedes con su claxon. Al check-in, no nos informaron que los canapes tienen una horario para ordenarlos (entre 6 y 8 pm solamente). Agradezco a todos lo que se movilizaron para poder enviarlos fuera de horario antes de nuestra salida. No lo sabiamos. Quedamos muy contentas con el hotel

Except my check in, we arrived around 8am, we knew that check in was at 3pm, but didnt like, that all people who arrived after us (before 1pm), had their room assigned before us and we had to wait for our until 2:45 pm.
Any ways on their defense, it was before 3pm.

It was most disappointing to see that management allows smoking within the property only because some of the high management employees smoke also. Asthmatic people are not necessarily evident. Disregard of people with invisible handicaps should not be tolerated at all. This behaviour is most notorious in people of generation Z, 20 to 40 years of age.

Overall i’m giving a good review.
I have been coming to Acapulco for many years off and on. I stayed in this hotel around 15 years ago also.
I thought the lobby area, the bar area, the breakfast restaurant and surrounding pool area was very nice. Lush outdoor pool area easy access to the beach.
The staff were very nice easy transaction in and out. A few dislikes the room i was in showed it’s age mostly in the bathroom area. Loose rusty taps that kind of thing.
One of the reasons i picked this hotel is it had in the photos a nice health club. I still did my daily workout but
if you have lifecycles in the photos i expect them to be working. I think one treadmill worked.
Over i enjoyed the stay and the area lots to do.

2 days and you will not see the issues with this hotel.

I was given the dirtiest room I ever saw. The shower head was disgusting. The hairdryer was from 1990. The King size bed was a double. There were no drinking glasses. The lamp did not have a switch ; you had to move heavy furniture to unplug/plug it in and the lightbulbs were 20 watt. The a/c was set at 18 and running at 26-27. The furniture looked like remnants from another hotel.

The outside noise is deafening. There is a morning bullhorn starting 6-7am.

And, somehow, Security allowed a Motorcycle in a room. I rode the elevator with a man and his bike.

The front desk is where requests go to die…unless you have one of the 2 people that seem to follow up. I requested patio chairs without holes 5x and never got them.

I was moved to a much better room; but I still never had a clean floor. The safe broke the first night. And the patio furniture is metal-very hot!

Thank goodness for a new manager who stepped up.
Now…the property is lush; nice pools. Great food and restaurant staff.
However there is a wait in the morning for the coffee shop in a confined space with no a/c and for some reason no fans!

The bottom line. This is a hotel that is not guest-friendly.

The customer service was terrible. The bell boy was so rude and disrespectful. They did not attempt to help me in parking my Van. The bell-boy demanded a tip even though he disrespected my wife and daughter.

The room was uncomfortable. The AC broke down. We reported the incident. The technician arrived three hours later and said he could not fix it. The room was humid and really hot. We could not sleep. They provided a small fan but it dot help. I would have a better sleep in my car.

I was really disappointed bringing my family to this hotel. But, since Acapulco has had a rough time with the hurricane and the destruction of the city, I understand that the commodities are not to the full extent.

I will never book my stay in this hotel. The rudeness of the staff is unbearable. I was tired and all I wanted to do was to have a good night sleep. I was planning to stay ten days in that hotel, but I checked out the following morning and book a different hotel.
