Generally very good. It's right on the beach. The pool is of medium size and also with sea view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In the restaurant I thought there could have been a little more value for money at breakfast time but the prices for lunch and dinner I thought were reasonable. The service at all times in the restaurant was excellent. I only tried the prawns for dinner but they were so good I had them three times in different ways! The rooms are big and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of places to put things and there was a fridge. Everything was very clean. The air conditioning in this hotel is individual and was new. I only have one negative comment. On Saturday night there seemed to be very few security staff on duty (compared to the rest of the week when I actually saw them passing front of my room) and a group of young guys decided to smoke, drink and chat in the passage way in front of the elevator at 3 am. The noise finally stopped at 4.30 am. It shouldn't be possible for people to be smoking inside the hotel. There are smoke detectors in the rooms which is why these guys were in the corridor I guess. The rest of the week everything was fine. I would strongly recommend this hotel on the whole and I hope to stay there again.

I had no problem with the Hotel at all, but I reserved 2 rooms for the 3 nights and I had one of the rooms reserved for only 2 nights so i had to pay at a different rate, I hope you have a solution for that

Classic style - beautiful courtyard with 40+ year old trees.on the beach- easy access. Very good restaurant. ALL staff amazingly friendly and attentive. All this for an amazing price. Close to basic shopping but on main bus route to everything - 10 Pesos (50Cents US) to downtown. Stayed 12 days - loved it.

Reception staff very friendly, good sense of humour and helpful. Loved our room 515, extremely clean, loads of space, efficient air con and wonderful view. Well located for restaurants and bars. Le Jaguar next door was reasonable and offered a good choice of breakfasts. The on site tour agent arranged a tour of Acapulco for us for 900 pesos - we had a private car and our driver took us to places we would never have found on our own then on to see the divers, we’ll worth doing.

I'm told that the Malibu is one of the oldest hotels on the Costera of this old-time resort town. But you wouldn't guess it, based upon its beautiful upkeep. The staff couldn't be nicer, the accommodations were clean and in good repair and everything worked; air-conditioning(!!) HDTV, and a strong Wi-Fi signal. The attached restaurant, called Tabasco Beach, is excellent. It is open for three meals a day, and often has live entertainment in the evening. Dinners during sunset are spectacular. The hotel has a beautiful pool, and they are: Right. On. The. Beach. If you are looking to stay someplace for a weekend (or a week) with old world charm but updated conveniences, this would be a great place to do so. And it is centrally located on the strip, so many restaurants and nightclubs aren't far in either direction. I'll definitely be back.

- Recibimos pan con moho, lo que es inaceptable.

Los vasos y jarra para tomar agua deberían colocarlos en la mesa de centro, y no en el baño.
El refrigerador no enfría lo suficiente.
Y deberían destinar un área dentro de la habitación para secar la ropa, ya que es obvio que si entras a la piscina o playa, tendrás ropa húmeda.

Es excelente lo recomiendo. Tiene vista al mar y está sobre la playa, la alberca amplia y limpia Lo que no me gustó es la dificultad para ingresar a la ducha, es necesaria una barra de seguridad con la que no cuenta ya que hay un escalón extremadamente grande

Es un hotel pequeño, ya viejo aunque conservado, lo mejor son la alberca, los restaurantes y el acceso a la playa. Lo malo, sus colchones y almohadas son duras.

En la recepción deben estar más al pendiente de los huéspedes, no nos indicaron la torre en donde estaríamos y subimos a la equivocada, caminando innecesariamente.
Hagan valer el reglamento, todos los camastros apartados con toallas.
No nos informaron que el día que llegamos había un evento privado, el guardia de seguridad que nos informó esto casi nos corre del lugar, muy mala atención de esa persona.

Elegí este hotel por una buena experiencia anterior, pero ahora fue muy diferente. Nos dieron una habitación para discapacitados, en un piso tipo sótano, oscura y húmeda, con una \"terraza techada\" con vista a las máquinas, con olor a combustible y sin ninguna entrada de aire natural. Además, con una sola cama, a pesar de haber pagado un precio más alto por 2 camas. La empleada del mostrador se negó a ofrecernos otra opción justificando que había sido \"selección de la plataforma\". Fuera de ella, el personal es amable, las instalaciones exteriores son en general buenas y la playa es hermosa. Pero el precio que te cobran para luego darte una habitación en las mazmorras no vale la pena en absoluto. Una pena, pero no creo regresar.

Los costos no son tema para mí, bien me puedo hospedar en Brisas, en un Riu, como en otro de menor costo, siempre y cuando la ubicación en playa y atención sea buena.
Recomiendo sólo si no hay problemas con instalaciones un poco vetustas.
