Good location and views are amazinng.

The locations was in the middle of acapulco bay, exactly in front of El Amigo Miguel, my favorite seafood restaurant. There was no parking so I had to park in the street. The bath towels were old and loose edges on all towels. The bathroom had a stench that would come out of the drain so we would have to cover. And the pillows were overwhelming big, I had a stiff neck every morning. The hotel is clean, restaurant had good service and when I need ice in the lobby the would always provide.

The AC did not work in my room. It just blew hot air.
I was told this is normal, but no it’s not. I know what AC is supposed to feel like and it’s not supposed to feel like an army of old people blowing hot mouth air in my face.

The location of the hotel is excellent, next to the beach, does not have restaurant but in front of the hotel on the beach there are many good restaurants.
What we did not like the most is the lack of a fridge in the room.
Our room had the small of sewer in the bathroom, probably coming from the shower drain

Although the property is advertised as \"sea view rooms\", rooms are actually facing the pools. To avoid being stared at from the pool area, I had to keep the curtains closed at all times, so the place felt dungeony. Hot water in the shower was actually lukewarm at best, which wasn't always pleasant. There was no hairdryer or a fridge in the room. I didn't mind the hairdryer, but the fridge is a must in my opinion.

The property was very clean and up to date loved the motel. They could use some training on their staff. The only english speaking person at the front desk held us there for an hour and half trying to straighten up a mistake with expedia. I told her please just let us go to our room and we could straighten it up the next day. We had been traveling for 10 hours and we were exhausted. She would have nothing to do with letting up in our room. She needs some customer service training.

Besides the bad check in the rest of the staff and hotel was fantastic.

Hope you check out this motel if you are in Acapulco.

El hotel está algo dañado por lo del huracán, no hay internet en las habitaciones por lo que aunque haya tele no hay nada que ver, las cortinas rotas, toallas de habitación super viejas, el aire acondicionado medio trabaja, sin embargo considero que se debería recompensar con que el personal tuviera aunque sea un poco de amabilidad al atender, desde la recepción se le comento al recepcionista del detalle del internet y solo dijo que estaba mal y no podía hacer nada, en la alberca no hay toalla para salir de ella, tienes que ir a recepcion y las niegan, las personas del restaurante no son ni para ofrecerte la carta, todos con mala cara muy poco serviciales, y solo están platicando entre ellas, pareciera que desean que no estés como huésped para no tener que atender a nadie.

Me pareció cómodo y limpio. Solo el internet no lo use yo llevaba datos. Pedí la clave y era incorrecta. Pero me aclararon que la clave está en el lobby.

El personal fue amable y atento con nosotros. Al cruzar la calle hay playa y restaurantes. La playa súper limpia no como en las sombrillas.

Los restaurantes están entre 300 y 400 por persona. Pero hay vendedores ambulantes (negocien el precio)


La alberca en el hotel es un gran entretenimiento para los niños sobretodo antes de dormir. Tiene baños y regaderas para quitarse la arena.

Cuenta con seguridad. En general todo bien y si volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Al momento del check in no tomo más de 10 minutos todo muy bien, el elevador es pequeño para que se considere si viajas en familia, aún no está al 100% ya que el restaurante aún no está en función pero te permiten llevar alimentos de afuera a tu habitación muy bien, todos los días realizaron servicio a la habitación las instalaciones están bien, no malas no excelentes solo bien, la vista es muy buena desde un 4to nivel. Deben anunciar que tienen gimnasio porque yo lo descubrí al tercer día.

Lo único a recomendar es mejorar la atención al cliente porque los recepcionistas, particularmente Casandra, son poco atentos y necesitas sacarles la información porque ellos no la dan de forma inicial. Solo eso

Pésimas. No hay estacionamiento para el automóvil, cuando realice la reservación me dijeron que si había estacionamiento. Tuve que pagar estacionamiento mientras estuve hospedada. La habitacion parece cueva, ya que es muy oscura, no hay ninguna ventana.
El personal muy grosero. Yo no lo recomiendo.

Fue una buena experiencia a pesar de las condiciones en que quedaron los inmuebles por los huracanes, los empleados fueron atentos, muy limpia la habitación, una cama cómoda, los servicios de aire, televisión y alberca no fueron buenos. El servicio de estacionamiento aceptable.

Problemas en la entrada por cobro de anticipo

En la app de hoteles.com indican que me cobraron un anticipo de poco más del 50% de la estancia y viene una pantalla comprobante. El hotel no lo reconoció y me hizo pagar el 100% llegando, argumentando que ellos no recibieron el pago por parte de expedía. Me comuniqué a expedía y dan otro argumento. Ahora mi preocupación es que me hayan cobrado doble y ninguno de los dos proveedores (expedía y hotel) quiere hacerse responsable si hubiera algún contratiempo. Tendremos que esperar a que en el estado de cuenta no venga doble.

Lo bueno y lo malo del lugar

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación pero cuenta con varias carencias a pesar de que es relativamente nuevo.

Lo malo

1. No tenia servicio de restaurante ni bar en las tardes ni en las noches (solo desayunos)

2. El elevador no funcionaba bien si no salias/entrabas rápido corrías el riesgo que la puerta te golpeara.

3. El acceso a las habitaciones no es el mejor, tiene agujeros en ciertas partes del suelo (en la junta constructiva específicamente) que pueden ser peligrosos si viajas con niños o si vas distraído.

4. Si vas en carro el estacionamiento esta oscuro, y para subir tus maletas pasas por zonas nada agradables para poder llegar al elevador que esta un piso arriba.

5. En las noches se escucha en la habitación el transito de los vehículos

1. La ubicación es excelente, todos los servicios cerca
