A very small hotel, very near the beach, but from my personal opinion, the room was too small and the bathroom needed some redecoration an maintenance, i wasn´t pretty confortable when taking a shower. The pool is too small, so i only recommend it for little kids.

Perfect weekend. All we were looking for was a place to crash (on a budget) for a couple of nights, preferably close to the beach. We were a 5 minute walk from the beach and round the corner from plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and shops, very central. We arrived earlier than check in but this wasn't a problem - the staff were lovely and we were given the keys within minutes. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. There was also a wee pool with sun loungers around it, which was lovely for a dip to cool down in. The staff were very helpful when we asked them for tips on where to go, what to see, where to eat etc and they were very keen on practicing their English. Would definitely return!

Overpriced, horrid little dive
Not a great stay. There were screaming kids jam packed into the tiny, murky, horrid little pool from the crack of dawn until midnight. We couldnt use it even once in 2 days. There is a dirty junkyard next door that not only has a loud dog barking constantly, but roosters that wake up the whole neighbourhood at ridiculous o'clock.
Also, the bed is really uncomfortable and the bathroom has this floor drain that smell like something has died down it, yuk!

For someone not planning on spending much time at your hotel, this is a pretty decent hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. I only complaint was that the chickens next door would wake me up at 3:30 AM when they started to crow. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay there for a week.

Affordable lodging in Acapulco
The hotel is well-located, only about a block and a half from the beach. It's necessary to cross the very busy Costera Miguel Aleman, which isn't easy because pedestrian right-of-way is generally not respected. It's a very small hotel with a tiny pool that gets very little sunshine (at least in mid-December). There were three of us...my wife and I and our adult daughter...and we had a double bed and a single bed in the small room. The TV is perched above a mirror, and it's very difficult to watch it comfortably. We felt secure in the hotel, and made use of the in-room safe to guard our passports and visas and some cash. Other items of value, such as a laptop computer and cell phones, were openly left in the room while we were away at the beach, and nothing ever came up missing. We're all bilingual, and found the hotel staff to be very attentive and friendly. We went to a concert at the Forum Mundo Internacional (Marco Antonio Solis) on our first night there, and the front desk staff gave us easy directions to the venue. We stayed for two nights, and spent the rest of our time on Malibu beach. My daughter and I had one breakfast at the Restaurante Las Gaviotas (nothing to write home about), in front of the hotel. We enjoyed two meals at the nearby El Zorrito restaurant, on Costera Miguel Aleman (good choice!). We've stayed in hundreds of hotels throughout Latin America and the U.S., and this one is an acceptable alternative to the high-rise, overpriced hotels on the beach.

This is a very clean, basic hotel in a good location only 1 block from the main street where all of the restaurants and shops are located. Very convenient! The only downfall is that there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs.

Central location with parking. We rented a car but didn’t use it much. Very clean hotel. Very well maintained. Excellent service. Strongly recommended for people wanting to have an affordable vacation and a firsthand impression of Mexican culture and food. Not the resort- type hotel if you are looking for a more luxurious stay.

Hotel location was great! right next to a mall and a bank. It was smaller than expected, with tiny rooms but it had a porch, that was good. no elevator :( so it was a hastle to carry my things up and down.
Service experience was aweful, they were rude and never said hi, only when I checked in. The desk clerks were so rude and if they did not talk to you they gave you a bad look, it got to the point were I had to check out two days early!!!! because of their service, with no refund whats so ever.

Voy a empezar por el baño, no hay agua caliente Toallas con olor a mal lavadas. Nunca pude ver la tele porque no había señal. El internet no llegaba a mi habitación. Las almohadas más duras que el piso. El colchón demasiado duro. Pensé en algún momento dormirme en el piso. Cada que cambiaban las sábanas, todas tenían manchas de sangre. Tuve que ir a liverpool a comprar una almohada porque ya había pagado los 6 días. Al llegar me dieron la habitación 303 pero tenía un olor a caño muy penetrante. Me cambiaron a la 307 y el olor seguía y no me quedo de otra más que dormir en esa celda. Estoy muy arrepentido de haber contratado ese hotel. No hablemos de la alberca, no la limpiaron y no me.pude meter a nadar. Ojalá y estos comentarios lleguen al responsable del hotel porque yo lo escogí según para descansar 6 días pero cada día esperaba que terminara para irme. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo para hotel de descanso. Observé que lo ocupaban muchos trabajadores de la construcción y para ese fin este hotel si cumple pero no para descansar.

El lugar no es agradable realmente, es mas un hotel de paso, la cama era con base en concreto, y la vista era muy fea, el comedor muy pequeño y sin aire acondicionado, la vajilla estaba deteriorada y se veía terrible. El lugar no es comodo, aunque esta cerca de la avenida principal y a 10 mins a pie de la playa. Pero realmente el hotel es muy poco recomendable.

Es la segunda vez que los visito y quedé algo decepcionado, personal de recepción es buen trato pero vacío, creo que cualquier hotel sin excepción deben de otorgarte toallas independiente de las personas que las roban están contempladas y al final a mí me las pidieron como si me las estuviera robando (aún trayendo radios pudieron preguntar, me sentí como ladrón), le permite la entrada al personal del SAT para mantener relaciones sexuales espontáneas me tocó ver cómo se metían dos chicas con un vato para un rapidin, se supone es un hotel familiar no un motel de paso, la cocina estaba un poco descuidada está ocasión a diferencia de la primer vez que los visite, se supone está prohibido el uso de bocinas y por respeto les valió madre a recepción eran ya pasadas las 12 y unos huéspedes en sus habitaciones con bocinas y un ruido que recepción jamás puso orden, en cuanto a limpieza de habitaciones, pasillos, escaleras, lobby, alberca no hay queja alguna (excepto en cocina), en el estacionamiento deje mi ranfla y jejeje le metieron un golpe ya me di cuenta cuando regrese a casa y lo limpie ni pex cosas que suceden.

Los front desk super amables y atentos. La limpieza en las habitaciones súper bien, cada que volvíamos a la habitación, olía a limpio y sí cambiaban la ropa de cama y las toallas. Fumigaron la habitación antes de entregarla, así que no tuvimos ningún problema con insectos. Todas las ventanas tienen mosquiteros, entonces no sufrimos en toda la noche.
