Fully renovated image to offer memorable family experiences backed by the hallmark excellence of Mexican hospitality. The remodeling gave us the opportunity to create new spaces for your comfort with the redesign of the radiant rooms and suites that have beautiful views of the Bay, comfortable areas to enjoy with your family and fully equipped kitchenettes in the suites.

We now feature new gastronomic proposals at Moxaico, a restaurant serving traditional Mexican food with Guerrero nuances; Blu, specialized in seafood and catch of the day. In addition, to the cocktail's variety options of the hotel bars, we are proud to announce the arrival of Stelaris Cocktail Lounge, the new flagship bar, specialized in signature mixology, providing you with the incomparable service that characterizes us.

You can enjoy with your family two renovated pools, beach, recreational activities, Health Club with spa and gym. These spaces are complemented by our newly renovated Fiesta Kids Club, designed for children aged 4 to 12 to enjoy unique experiences and fun-filled activities.

Everything was absolutely excellent. The room was large, luxurious, well appointed, comfortable and very clean. The staff were all wonderful, friendly, helpful and professional. I recommend this hotel !!! The location is fantastic. Shopping, restaurants and attractions were close by. The beach was beautiful and great for taking long wakls.The next time I visit Acapulco I will stay at the Fiesta Americana Resort.

The room was very clean. Overall my stay was very good. The only thing I didn’t like is when the people go to the pool and leave the towel on chairs and they never show up. That leaves us with no chairs to enjoy the pool. I think they should not let people make reservations on the pool.

Nous avons décidé de changer notre itinéraire pour aller vers le Pacifique après avoir entendu parler de cet établissement nouvellement rénové… et quelle excellente décision !

Le Fiesta Americana Villas Acapulco est idéalement situé sur la magnifique baie d’Acapulco, offrant un parfait équilibre entre charme, authenticité et confort moderne. Les chambres rénovées sont élégantes, spacieuses et très confortables.

La plage est à côté, facilement accessible, et surtout , aucun problème de sargasse. L’eau est belle et propre, et la mer est relativement paisible, ce qui permet de nager sans risque et de profiter pleinement du Pacifique. C’est aussi un endroit parfait pour faire de longues marches sur le sable au coucher du soleil, avec une vue spectaculaire sur la baie.

Les prix sont accessibles et offrent un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Pour les foodies, l’emplacement est également idéal : il y a une offre gastronomique exceptionnelle dans les restaurants aux alentours, avec des options pour tous les goûts et tous les budgets — des petites adresses locales authentiques jusqu’aux restaurants plus raffinés.

The room was very clean and the staff was amazing. The corner 3 bedroom suite was a perfect location for sunrise and sunset. We saw whales, sea turtles and manta rays right from our balcony. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely consider another stay in coming years. The only downfall we experienced was the spanish to english translation, as we do not speak any spanish.

Our stay in this hotel was pleasant. We got the Master suite which has 3 bedrooms and a shared living room and kitchen area. The suite was very spacious and clean. Everything looked remodeled and new. The view facing the pacific ocean was stunning! Overall, the room and amenities were great. The downside: the sales pitch. When you check in, you are assigned a greeter who gives you a “complimentary” breakfast, along with other gifts. What they don’t tell you is that in order to redeem any of those perks, you have to listen to a sales pitch to join their “Posadas” travel/hotel program. We felt obligated to listen to the pitch, and they are very aggressive about it. With that said, the hotel is great, but the deceit of the sales pitch dampens the experience. If you can look past that, then you’ll enjoy this hotel.

Beware!! Do not leave your CC on file!!

My stay was great, the hotel is right on the beach and in the heart of the main drag of Acapulco. I am upset that at check in, I had a car and valet asked me if I wanted to self park or valet. I chose self park. They asked me to leave a CC on file and they would charge me at check out. When I checked out, a young man named told me he would charge the parking. I then told him they had charged me an open tab and parking at check in. He told me not to worry and that he would only charge me the self parking. He ended up charging me x times. Do NOT leave your CC on file. I called a few times and they said they would look into it but nothing has been resolved. Its a shame because I had 3 rooms there and really love the property. Do NOT trust anyone at the desk, they will run your CC and not authorize the amount but actually charge it.

Hotel was beautiful, modern and clean. The staff was incredibly polite, helpful and always smiling. Even though we didnt speak Spanish they tried their hardest to understand us, help us and attempt a few English words of their own. The food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. We were able to use the VIP Expedia Gold Status which have us 15% on food and drinks. Were also able to use it on an incredibly relaxing massage in their spa. Would definitely come back and recommend this hotel. 🇺🇲

Excellent in every way!

A greatly enjoyable stay. Spacious comfortable accommodation, immaculate bed linen and towels, generous supply of quality toiletries, a decent coffee maker with good coffee, and something I’ve never commented on…really good loo paper wide & soft! Add to that friendly helpful staff from receptionists to restaurant and security staff. In all honesty, this hotel is impossible to fault!

I recently stayed at this beachfront hotel, and the view was simply unforgettable. Waking up each morning to the breathtaking ocean sights and the sound of the waves was just perfect. Even at night, the lights along the shore and the soothing ocean sounds made for a truly magical atmosphere.

The hotel is quite large, with 19 floors and only four elevators, so there were sometimes lines to get up or down. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the pool water was always at a nice, comfortable temperature.

I really enjoyed how friendly the other guests were. Everyone greeted each other in the elevator and as they walked around, which added a really nice, welcoming vibe to the place.

That said, there were a couple of other things to keep in mind, one of the more overwhelming parts was that a lot of vendors would come up frequently trying to sell things—like massages, hair braiding, or jewelry—about every five minutes. It made the beach a bit less relaxing, so we ended up just going once.

Overall, though, the stunning views and friendly atmosphere really made the stay special. I'd recommend it for the incredible scenery and the overall experience.

The service at the front desk was excellent!. The rooms were beautiful and clean. It had the amenities I needed. Water pressure was great as well. The buffet upstairs was delicious and had so many choices. We had an outstanding service with Martin. We just loved him! ...the service downstairs wasn't as good the waiters didn't interact much but still were on top of picking up the dishes. The swimming pool service I wasn't happy with. First when I got there at 8 a.m. ALL chairs were taken! And there was no guests at the pool. They shouldn't allow people to place towels on the chairs if they are not using the pool at the time. Is not fair for othet guests that go and there are no chairs available. Also no waiters came around to offer any cocktails or appetizers so a iittle disappointed there. The gift shop was nice amd got 2 dresses there and staff was very friendly. I would go back to this hotel because I loved the rooms and buffet but not for the swimming pools or beach area.

Lobby was hot waited over 40 mins to check in room wasnt ready until 5:45 because it was being cleaned. When we did get our room it was dirty. Floors were dirty never swept or mopped. Hair in shower and jetted tub had hair all in it. It was dirty and discolored. We didn't use it because to didn't look safe. We asked housekeeping to re do the room. They did but didn't mopi guess hotel doest have a mop because all she had was a broom with a towel over it. Some staff was very good. Some where horrible we tipped the ones that did good. Pool was busy not entirely fully staffed we waited for service. Make sure u get there early to get seats for pool it gets busy fast. They dont have many English speaking staff the ones they do have don't understand much. Over all it was a 3 for us. We might be back or we might not. Room service is not 24/7 they give u 1 menu then when you call to ordering they say they dont offer any of the menu so u have to ask what they offer and then staff gets mad. The do automatically tip themselves on room service but they do come in and set everything up for you. We tipped extra bc he did a good job. Breakfast was about a 2 cold food didn't stay hot. I liked that everything looks and feels clean and staff is always nice and willing to help, the views are amazing, i didn’t like that the keys stop working for no reason and you have to go all the way to the lobby to get new ones, i didn't like that there’s a person that goes almost every day to your room to check the “lamps”, oh and there’s no free parking you have to pay for every night you car stay there that’s kind of annoying, but other than that it was nice to stay there

The stay was excellent! The staff super friendly and nice and attentive. Rooms were very clean. The hotel in general was clean, very welcoming. The only thing for me was the drinks were not strong at all but the wait staff super efficient and friendly. The breakfast buffet way too expensive! There was a lot of food to choose from, like a buffet should be but too pricey.
My overall experience was great, I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Acapulco! Beautiful view from my balcony!
