Clean room, staff very courteous, pool kept clean. Breakfast pastries boring, same staff day after day. One very expensive restaurant on the resort, no possibility to by any snacks or drinks, in need for a small store. Had to hire a cab every time you needed to go to the restaurant areas, Main Street, if you wanted to by any food supply. The beach restaurant same expensive, with limited menu. Constant cab drives for every need made it very expensive, not practical.

This is the best place I’ve ever stayed. The villas are private with private pool, there’s a nice private beach and plenty of options for exploring or staying at the resort. The room was clean, staff was amazing and the food was really good. I’d recommend this place and I look forward to returning in the future. Everything about this hotel is amazing. This is my second stay here and my partner and I absolutely love it. The hospitality, the food, the atmosphere is amazing. The only concern this stay was that our pillowcases had a wet clothes smell, but everything else was great.

The view is fantastic and the staff was great. My only issues were a lack of consistency each day with some days not getting face cloths or only one hand towel. In addition, the last breakfast there were no napkins available on any tables. My wife also had to request tea each day, but often received coffee instead in the morning.

A charming, classic hotel with incredible views

This is a beautiful classic–historic hotel, very well maintained and full of character. Since it’s built right on the hillside, every single room has a stunning view of the bay. The rooms are spacious, even the most affordable ones, and each group of two or three “casitas” shares a small semi-private pool, which is a great touch.

Every morning they leave complimentary sweet bread and coffee in little compartments by your door — such a cozy detail.

The beach club is gorgeous and recently renovated. It has a natural saltwater pool filled with tons of fish, perfect for really good snorkeling, plus a freshwater pool with fantastic views. I found the value for money to be excellent overall. The location is super practical — right between Diamante and Condesa — and the 12pm checkout time is a big plus.

Cons:
The only thing I didn’t love was the beach club schedule. It’s open from 10am–5pm, and the bar/restaurant doesn’t start serving until noon. Before that, it’s impossible to get even a coffee or a glass of water down there, which can be a bit inconvenient.

Every thing was excellent, that staff was super helpful and friendly, they made sure we were as comfortable as can be. The room was extremely beautiful and clean with amazing views and having a self pool was very nice and relaxing. The amenities were magnificent enjoying the natural environment and nature sea ocean water pool was extremely amazing.. my husband and I had a really great experience with this hotel and definitely come back to it and recommend it. I have stayed several times at this hotel all my life. I am sad to share that is decadent and in no so good condition. Housekeeping terrible. Otherwise, staff excellent and the views are extraordinary. I will think twice about returning to Las Brisas, so sorry. Such a wonderful location and history becoming decadent and outdated

Overall, it's a nice hotel. Great \"beach club\" area with a nice regular pool plus 2 natural salt water pools. We really enjoyed the larger, deeper salt water pool. The downside is that the beach club is a distance from the hotel property and you need to access via hotel shuttle. The shuttle wait can be 15-20 minutes each time, no option to come and go freely from your room obviously. The room itself was large, king bed with shared pool with one other casita. The room could use some renovation, its dated for sure, but the cleaning staff did a great job. The room was generally infested with ants which was annoying, but it's Mexico, what are you going to do. I did feel they could do a better job controlling them. Leaving food out for even a few minutes anywhere in the room was impossible with the ants. It was nice having the shared pool and the patio of our casita was large and a nice place to sit and enjoy the amazing view. We were high up (so far) from the main reception, dining and gym area. They have jeep shuttles that will pick you up to take you to the main facilities and back. I walked a couple times but it's very steep and would be a challenge for most. The jeep shuttles work, but again, you need to wait when you need a ride. There is nothing in the immediate area in terms of other restaurants or stores. You need to travel down the hill into the Costa Azul zone. It's not walkable so again, you need a car or taxi. Glad we tried it, but we would stay elsewhere next time.

What a beautiful and relaxing resort! We had a private pool, 24/7 room services for any meal, nice and spacious room, clean, safe, and amazing staff. Our only concern were the amount of bugs roaming our room (5-10 each day). Of course there is only so much that can be done in a hot & humid environment. Bugs just thrive in these climatic conditions. So, we dealt with the bugs. We understood the problem and cut them some slack.

It’s was very disappointed that I called days before to do an early check-in because I attended my niece's wedding Ganitzia this past weekend. I arrive around 8:00 am and promise that the room will be ready around 10 am. When to Bella Vista restaurant which has an amazing breakfast, I returned to check in and the room was not ready, until 3:30 pm. I was late for the ceremony and paid extra to the make-up Lady who was waiting to do my make-up. In the end, they did not have the room with double beds that I reserved. They gave me a king bed and told me that they would provide a roller bed for the night and I would be moving to a different room the next day. I never got the bed neither they move me to another room. I called because we had a lot of ants in the room and they never took care of the ants. The pool didn’t have a light, but they provided one. It was nice to be with the family but I know it would be better if the hotel could have done their part with our room. Please train your front desk people. They were rude.

If you want a resort style vacation that doesn’t break the bank, this is a great option. The staff are extra efficient and the entire vibe of the place is they treat you like family. Room was awesome. We stayed in a suite with a king bed and a private pool. There is a little nook/compartment in the wall were they deliver coffee and little muffins in the morning. Was delightful.

Las Brisas Acapulco is a property frozen in time of days gone by, when Hotels strove to accommodate at the highest level of comfort, luxury, service and taste.

The beauty of the property is difficult to describe, the setting is magnificent. The property is fresh and well cared for, with no flaws.

The staff, well, if 5 star service could be improved, Las Brisas Acapulco would find a way ! They strive for perfection and deliver .. Each and every associate at Las Brisas Acapulco share a positive and genuine friendly and happy vibe. Everyone there shows a \"happy to be of service\" attitude. They remember your name, they remember your interaction with them.

The pictures available online do not do the property justice, there is nothing to translate the vibe of Las Brisas Acapulco.

If you have an opportunity to stay at Alas Brisas Acapulco, do not miss it, you will leave feeling like the Movie Stars and celebrities that gave Las Brisas Acapulco its' original SWANK !

An amazing property with an amazing staff at every turn. Their beach club facilities are spectacular and the views of Acapulco are tremendous. Can you believe they deliver coffee and treats to your private bungalow every morning before breakfast! The overall concept of this facility is daunting and the welcome feel from EVERY employee is genuine. Tiny bit of age condition in the shower. I can't say enough about the thought that went into this design. Oh, you have your own pool to share with only 1 other. Be prepared for a lot of gloss white with pink trim, even on the employees.
