Please give more and better training to your front desk staff. I had the most terrible experience with Angel who was the person who checked us in the night we arrived. Angel was disdaining and rude with me and actually accused me of trying to take advantage of the hotel installations by saying that members of my family, who live in Acapulco, and I invited to come to join me for breakfast, which I was paying for every morning. This accusation, also expressed by another member of your front desk staff, a woman of robust complexion, and who conveniently did not have a name tag, were totally unfounded since she argued that we had been using the installations of the hotel everyday. I never received advise about having to by a day pass for the members of my family visiting me at the hotel. My family and I were only in the hotel Monday the 9th and Thursday the 12th. The other two days we were out of the hotel for the entire day. I didn't pursue any complaints of clarification because I didn't want to ruin my family's vacation, but I would certainly never come back to your hotel or any other properties owned by GHSF. I am sure that my comments will never reach Mr. Carlos Ancira and Mr. Francisco Medina. On a better note, I must mention that the staff at the restaurant and the pool and beach areas treated us like royalty. Those are the only staff of the hotel who deserve a comment of congratulations.

Food was subpar, and the rooms were uneventful lacked any standout features. The valet service was atrocious and made departure a nightmare, taking over two hours just to get the car. Check out demand was at noon and offered no other solution or amenity. Asked to speak to manager and no one ever came around. Not a great experience overall.

By far, this is one of my worst choices and a hotel that could ever stayed first aside from the service which it was average the hotel is understaffed. The elevators are not in used their borderline unsafe they continuously shutting down and many people had to take the stairs from 0 to 15 floor to basically go to the beach or go to go to the street additionally the hotel is in a complete repair is old uncapped poorly maintained and they use it only as a money pit. The parking situation is not clearly stated but we had to wait 25 minutes for Ballet parking to park the vehicle of course there’s an additional $12 a day to park the car many surprises on charges up on checking where discovered like my kids had to pay for an additional fee to stay once you’re in the check-in period you cannot stop. I will never ever stay in this hotel or recommend this hotel to nobody. The hotel is filthy. they have mold on the showers and is not kept to standards expensive the location it’s OK, but you definitely can stay in another hotel for even fraction of the price and avoid all this hassle. Take my word for it. Don’t stay in this hotel.

Elevators were a huge problem, long waits and saw so many people frustrated. Rented 2 rooms one room had no safe, no iron, no coffee maker and the AC wasnt working and the elevators. The hotel is just between 2 sewage dumps, the elevators didn't work most of the time, parking was a nightmare, waiting lines of more than 1 hour to get the car,the bathrooms smell like sewage, the food is cheap and the restaurant crowded, the swimming pools under the diet sunlight and small, full of people resembling dumplings in a pot. Well you have to consider that they just got through to hurricanes two years ago, one of the major problems is the elevators they have four elevators but only two work half of the time and they're not fast elevators very slow, the rooms are in good condition except the air conditioners cool the room at night comfortably but in during the day no you needed a fan, the beach access was good and the pools are good and the waiter and waitress staff was excellent.

El personal de recepción nos entregó una habitación que ya estaba asignada, y a pesar de que nos cambiaron a otra, todo el fin de semana fue un problema, no reconocían nuestra estancia con ese numero de habitación, nos fueron a tocar dos veces para decirnos que teníamos que cambiarnos, en el restaurante también nos hicieron esperar por el tema de la habitación, la tarjeta se desconfiguró en dos ocasiones y se tardaban por la misma situación.

I read a review that said the staff was the best thing about the hotel and it is true, they do what they can and what is within their reach, unfortunately the hotel fails in several aspects.

I went in the low season (beginning of March) and there were 2 events (a wedding and a birthday party) I don't know if the hotel miscalculated but during meal times the restaurants were packed with people having to queue for up to half an hour and once you had gotten a table, the food was gone and you also had to wait up to half an hour for the buffet trays to be refilled, the queues at the 3 bars were the same, queues and more queues.

The room was already occupied when we arrived and the attendant Alejandro was really rude. The shower didn‘t have a courtain so the whole bathroom was wet after taking a shower. At least one of the four elevators was always unavailable. My booked a room with breakfast included and they always told me I had to pay (after checking i was told it was a mistake but three times was too much). I‘m really dissapointed because pur experience two years ago in Hotel Krystal in Puerto Vallarta was totally different.

Very disappointed with the check in and check out processes. It took me 3 hours the check in and 2 hours the check out and when I tried asking for all inclusive the next morning, I had to make another line for 1 hour… terrible to waste time in your vacations. Hotel and waiters were ok but the children’s water pod was dirty and in the Tobogan no one was looking at kids safety, anyone could use it and little kids might get hurt if no security standards are set. The Oxxo was ok but if you buy something there, then you cannot eat it or drink within the hotel areas… then why is is inside the hotel?

muy muy caro para el servicio que están dando, con todo y el esfuerzo que hacen, no había toallas al entrar a la habitación y hasta la noche , me las entregaron. El elevador muy mal, el cuarto le faltaba mobiliario, y el que les haya dado la idea de meter el closet al baño, mi ropa estaba toda húmeda, el extractor del baño ruidoso y sucio. Solucionen todo eso y quizá vuelva a hospedarme.

We have had no power for more than 4 hours, we have to take the stairs from floor 17th up and down. No internet due to the loss of power, and I had to postpone an important meeting. One of the nights the power went out a place like this should have a back up generator. My bathroom also flooded and dark water was coming out of shower, toilet and hand sink. Great hotel for the price! However, my stay would’ve been a lot more positive if I hadn’t found a cockroach in our room. Unfortunately, when I reported this issue, the solution given to me was for someone to go clean my room at 12am when in my opinion, would do nothing unless there were pest control chemicals or professionals. After I told the front desk person that solution wouldn’t work and I required other rooms, she looked a little upset but did it anyways. Regardless of the issue, there was a solution but this is an issue no one wants to ever have and it compromised our rating for this hotel unfortunately and my sleep. However, pretty friendly staff and great view of the beach!

One window in the room was barely holding on and leaking a lot of air and noise from the street. Seems like air conditioners never see new filters(if it has any). Most of the things that are attached to walls are falling off. At the beach, waiter are more interested to sell stuff than clean up after customers. Equipment is very dirty(not from dust or sand). Internet is beyond horrible!!!(bad signal in rooms, slower than turtle speed)

The room floor was not very clean when we arrived. There are no cups or tissues in the room. I stood in line for 10min at the bar wanted to pay for a drink they then say no cash I come back the bar is outside, mind you then he says no mask no service after I stood in same line twice. The elevators take way to long. I walked into to the lobby with covered food they wanted to know my room number, when i saw a kid walk across the street barefoot, no mask, to the oxxo to by a large coke, no one stopped him on the way in. I was on the third floor and the lobby noise was terrible all day and night.The restraurant staff was excellent and roomkeeping was also very courteous, after the intial day the room was very clean.

The place is old, outdated with old furniture, broken tiles in the rooms, hallways and swimming pools. No AC in main areas and wifi does not work throughout the hotel, but for 10 minutes until kicked out and having to log back in. Plumbing backed up in sink and shower and AC in the room did not work well either. Room safety box did not work with the key and neither did door lock. Hallway lights were not turning out at night and it was dark. Place was overcrowded and amenities leave a lot to by desired.

The staff was very strict about everything. I paid a good amount of money for my stay for staff to be acting like that. I brought my cooler to the beach and they made it a big deal. I brought snacks for children at the beach and they told me that I must hide my snacks because I must consume from hotel. I did consumed from hotel, but we should be allowed to have snacks for children on the camarotes at the beach.
