Ocean view was nice. Room was clean. Cannot compare to Canadian hotels as it’s not the same country things are different. The room smelled of humidity but your on the beach, comes with the territory. Would go back again in a heartbeat. Beach was clean and really nice.

The view was great. The hotel is a little dated, the tv was very Y2K…. The a/c worked perfect, the towels did not feel fresh. The bed linens were mid. The price was comparable to what I got. It was a great quick getaway, location was ideal. I opted out of the all inclusive portion that was available, chose to eat off site. Value was there. Staff was nice. There’s always someone available, even at 3am.

I selected this hotel because I wanted breakfast included but at the hotel they told me that I have to pay $390 per person, the wifi didn’t work so we weren’t able to watch tv at night. I TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!

Clean room, good staff ana amenities, only complain and please update that YOUR RESERVATION DOESN'T INCLUDE PARKING SPOT. That's not an issue by itself but they advertise it as Park available and it's under demand, if you're going on vacation season then take this into account, also elevator and pool can get crowded.

Nice hotel right on the beach, friendly staff and very good buffet restaurant. The New Year fireworks are spectacular. You need to be on 17th or 18th floor in the North wing of the hotel for the best view. There are two good restaurants on the beach but they hate credit cards!!! Read more about Acapulco security!

Las habitaciones pueden ser un poco ruidosas, ya que tienen puertas de conexión, y se escucha lo de los huéspedes de a lado.
El estacionamiento está ubicado en otro lugar y tienes que caminar unos minutos para llegar ahí, y dado que está en remodelación todo alrededor, esto no es cómodo y está muy sucio a los alrededores.
Fuera de eso, está práctico el hotel y tiene buen tramo de playa. La comida que no es del todo incluido, está rica.

I have traveled to Acapulco several times in my opinion this hotel needs to have a better type of amenities. The hotel is already outdated for sure. Parking is horrible and the area is located. This is no prime to walk around outside the overall condition of the hotel, the rooms tend to be With lack of maintenance and to be honest if I had another choice to come back, I’ll come back to other places there is crowded service is lacking and waitresses. They’re super big. They’re very friendly and everything but they’re super busy so it’s under staff not a place for you to enjoy. It’s a place for you just to sit down and just see a lot of people a lot of crowd Swimming pool is super crowded. It’s not worth the money. It’s not worth the time in my opinion.

The buffet food for all inclusive was not that appetizing. Same food every day just mix differently no variety. Food seemed old. Bed was comfortable. Room was great Internet access was good. Transportation taxes were outside rooms. Do not have telephones. You have to text them. No room service children everywhere peeing in the pools Out of control unavailable. The gym was unavailable due to construction. There’s no ATM in the lobby so we have to go out into the unsafe area to get money. Nobody speaks English. If I didn’t have a translator with me I would’ve been lost and nobody would’ve understood me. This is great for Spanish-speaking people Who have kids who don’t mind a lower class of vacation.

The Hotel has a perfect location on the Beach, but its an Old Hotel. The room was wery damp inside. But the worst part was the elevators... They were stopping at almost every floor due to some fault, and when you live in the 15'th floor you can imagine the frustration.

This hotel had a great, helpful staff but is old and outdated. The sheets had many stains and fan and AC was very loud and smelled like mold. The breakfast buffet was awesome and there were nice views from the rooms. Lunch and dinner options were not as great, but still ok. I will say that the location is good and there were lots of restaurants and shops working walking distance. We will return to Acapulco but will not stay here again.

Oxxo was just across street for any needs you might want for the beach. Snacks and drinks. It is a family friendly place so expect the pools to be busy on the weekends. Other than the breakfasts, all the rest of the meals served with the all-inclusive option lacked variety of choice. Not to mention the odd hours / rules for the all inclusive food and drink package. Everything closes by 10:00pm and around 12:00 they even kick you out of the pool / balcony areas that have the views of the beach. So if you are hungry or thirsty after 10:00pm you are out of lucky unless you buy something out front at the close by oxxo convenient store… which defeats the purpose of purchasing an all inclusive package.

They said on Fridays they have a bar with a billiards table open at night with signs saying they are open until either 1:00am or 2:00am (two different conflicting signs) We came downstairs to that bar in the lobby for drinks at 12:00 thinking we had until at least 1:00am and we walk in and they tell us it’s closed… I pointed to the signs that conflict what they are saying and they said no sorry then proceeded to take down one of the signs…

Overall I’m very disappointed. This hotel could have potential if they modernize the look and feel, add a traditional sit down restaurant where you order food (not just buffets) and keep at least one area open late for a little nightlife. As is this hotel has zero nightlife and this is coming from people with young kids…

I would not recommend you to stay at this hotel

There was a problem with a pump, so we got no water for several hours, we were not able to take a bath.

We tried to place an order for room service, they never answered, we called front desk and told us they will call us back in a few minutes, it never happened!

No water, no room service!

We never go to enjoy the pool area. It was very crowded every day with kids! Our AC didn’t work maintenance came but didn’t fix it so a night of uncomfortable sleep. They came out next morning and fixed.
Hotel rooms are ok they only provide a sheet on the bed no blankets.

To make it short, I would not recommend this hotel to stay at. First off, the room service lady left our door open for hours until we discovered it for ourselves. Not only that but 1,200 pesos were stolen from the same lady that cleaned our room. When I tried to call the front desk I was unable to because the phone was broken, so was the light. Please don’t make the same mistake I made and choose a different hotel.

Habitación limpia en perfecto estado, nos tocó en primer piso donde están los jacuzzi y las hamacas, bajas directo al restaurante y a la alberca y todo perfecto.

Tiene una vista increíble que seguramente pisos más arriba debe ser mucho mejor.

Si personal es muy bueno, especialmente los animadores y su show de las noches de fin de semana, está de lujo.

Mis amigos se enamoraron del hotel y de Acapulco, pronto volveremos.

Por cierto pasamos solo hospedaje pero si tienen oportunidad de pagar todo incluído háganlo, vale mucho la pena n_n

El personal no fue tan eficiente, desde que llegamos tardaron en entregarnos la habitación. Reservamos la habitación para 4 personas y solo nos dejaron 3 toallas y los últimos 2 días solo nos dejaron 2 cuando solicitamos más. El primer día que llegamos justo cuando nos estábamos cambiando llegó otra familia con el mismo número de habitación y las tarjetas activadas eso significa que no tienen una organización ni control de habitaciones ocupadas

La suite junior cumplió las expectativas, muy limpia, cómoda, aire acondicionado y con una vista espectacular al mar.

Lo único negativo fue que me entregaron 30 minutos tarde mi habitación cuando claramente tenían que entregar a las 15:00hrs.

Fuera de eso todo estuvo muy bien y definitivamente volvería a regresar.
