Are fire alarm went off at 1:30 am 1:40am and 2am. Only are room and staffs solution was to just uninstall are smoke detector instead of trying to fix it or give us a different room for the night. Once he took out are smoke detector the room to are left started going off then stopped also. The breakfast was fine. But this seems like an extreme safety hazard.

The staff was so nice and professional.The breakfast had everything you could want. Hot options fresh made omlettes plus breads fruit and yougart. The rooms are basic but clean, and very comfy beds. You can tell the property is loved and maintained even though it is older. The location is walkable to many restaurants and to downtown. It felt safe. I would stay here again. Good value.

Older motel. Excellent bed and shower. Clean. Nice outdoor pool. Outside doors where you park your car next to your room. Outstanding breakfast including a cook making a personalized omelet. 20
minute walk to Broadway. Located right where 24 and 65 come together as you travel north. Great stay. Thank you.

Location was good if you like to walk or take ride share. Construction/renovations of rooms so noisy during the day but not awful and they kept everything clean. Staff wasn’t very personable but there if you needed them. Breakfast was not that great. I’m not sure what they were doing with their scrambled eggs and sausage had to walk away from it. Probably wouldn’t stay again but was ok for a couple nights

It was a perfectly adequate hotel room. It was a pit stop on a longer road trip for us, so it was fine for the purpose. Nothing special about it, but nothing bad to say either. Quaint rooms, helpful staff, breakfast included, in a central downtown location they allowed us to walk to Broadway and take in some sights the night we were there. Probably wouldn’t stay there for a longer stay but it was a fine budget stay.

This hotel is just within walking distance of Broadway attractions and Bridgestone Arena. Our last stay was on the back side of the property, where we parked our car right in front of the door to our room. We thought it was going to be loud, but we never heard a peep. We'll most likely stay there again next hockey season.

Great location for the price. No frills in the rooms, and a little small for 4 humans and a dog crate but it was the perfect accommodation for a quick trip to Nashville for a hockey game. Facilities are older but clean and has an outdoor pool that was well maintained. Walking distance to Art museum, arena, restaurants and bars. Great breakfast with omelet station, pancakes, and waffles. And the staff were absolutely delightful!

The price of the room went down after I had booked it online, but they refused to offer me the cheaper rate. In the bathroom, the handle of the sink came off. Other than that, the place was clean. The breakfast was great. Charging for parking is diabolical. Ridiculous.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was as described. Having someone cook eggs to-order was a nice touch. We didn’t try it, though.
You can see how they have tried to do the best with what they have, but it’s too old and rundown. I wouldn’t do it again.

The room was dark and damp from the start.
Bathroom was invaded by flys from the bathroom drain - we now know why it was sealed when we arrived. Spoke with staff concerning the issue but nothing was done - we kept the door closed for 4 days.
Breakfast was toast or bagel - eggs were watered down, sausage was bearly cooked !
Do yourself a favor don’t stay here it’s horrible!
I’ve learned my lesson- the place you stay isn’t just a bed when everything around it is dirty!

Well. First, Expedia customers always get the worst rooms at any property - the management always hates third party booking sites - but this was exceptionally bad. They put us right in the corner facing the freeway. It was loud and ugly. The place was not crowded or exceptionally full - they could have given us a room facing inward towards the pool or facing the property next door - but nope we were right on the really loud and dirty freeway.

The Pool was filled with bugs floating on the surface. I grabbed the cleaning net and scooped out a ton of them - but still, they need to maintain it way better. There are also smoking areas basically surrounding the pool so it was hard to enjoy the pool without sitting in cigarette smoke the whole time.

The room was basic, nothing noteworthy really. Although they are doing renovations it looks like so most of the breezeways were filled with room furniture and that included mattresses which they covered with sheets but they clearly intended on putting them back into the rooms. There was also drywall and plaster on the walkways which got tracked everywhere.

It is, however, relatively walkable to Broadway and the Gulch - since that was what we were here for it worked for that purpose. But overall it was not worth the price.

Great location and easy to walk to fun areas of the city. Front office staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast options were plentiful and staff nearby to help if needed and happy to do so. Very strict check out time.

Note* Smoking is allowed outside by the pool as ashtrays are made available.

When I booked this online is stated the room had a private hot tub. It does not. It has your regular bathroom tub/shower. The description online is misleading. My room had a smell and needs some work. The door don’t shut tight, you could see the light of day through it.

My room was adequate, nothing special - could use an update, as everything was older. The bed was ok, gave a good number of pillows, which was nice! Shower had the cold/hot flipped waited a while for the water to warm up and then tried it differently and it worked. The AC was not loud, so I had to shut it off when sleeping. I didn't try the breakfast or pool. I needed to store my luggage there as I didn't fly out until later in the day, found it odd that the staff just gave me a key card to let myself into the storage room with everyone's stuff, thankfully nothing was taken but it didn't seem secure.

The room was clean. The staff was somewhat rude. I dropped my parking pass in the lobby before I even left the lobby. Searched everywhere. Walked back up to the front desk and asked if they would ressue since I have replaced it and I was told for a fee of $20 that they could. My husband came from outside and helped me look and we finally found it it had gotten tucked up against the counter. They offered a breakfast buffet but we were leaving at 6:30 and the doors to the breakfast area were locked up and no lights on.
The facility is about 2 miles away from Broadway. We hired an Uber to get there. Overall a decent experience

Just an FYI, \"self parking available\" does NOT mean free parking, it's another $20, although very clever wording. In my opinion, unless you can book for under $100 a night including taxes, it's not a good value. Certainly not really clean. Best feature is the location, that is definitely good

The motel was well cared for and there were plenty of staff working hard. The breakfast was excellent with an omelette station and plenty of other hot food choices. The staff were friendly except for the lady at the front desk during the day. She was grumpy and didn’t smile. We walked downtown in about 15 minutes, and loved checking out the neighbourhoods near by. The pool was nice to sit beside. It was a little cool when we were there, but on a hot day the staff put floaties in the pool which was very appreciated.

Parking payment was hid in very small print under the breakfast info? The place was the most unclean place I ever stayed at. Dust even on the lamp. The floors looked like they were never vacuumed. There looked to be renovations happening and stuff was covering the hallway so it was very hard to get around. The windows were dirty. Everything was dirty like dirty like you. You wouldn’t even think about taking a shower there. Nope, not happening. The bathroom. Looks like it was recently redone and it looked nice if you closed your eyes, but if you opened them, the floor isn’t level the sealant around. It is not in a consistent line. I mean all these things that I would suspect to the first time apprentice to get right yeah this this place is not like the advertise don’t let the pictures fool you

The property did not match the photos shown online. The rooms were not as updated and spacious as they made it seem. False advertising really. In the room I had the door looked like it had previously been kicked in. Although I will say the bed was comfortable. But overall the rooms need serious renovations. The staff was very rude. I called the day before to just ask about shuttle service and immediately was cut off and was rudely told no. Never a good morning greeting. Never smiling. I witness them a few time arguing with other customers. 80% of the “gym” equipment did not function properly. One of nights a security guard outside blocked our Uber from entering the parking lot forcing us to get off in the street.

Check in was simple and easy. We needed a handyman for a small problem, the mgmt made sure he assisted us quickly. The handyman got the small issue fixed quickly and was very very pleasant. Breakfast was very good and fresh, everyday! Best omelets I have ever had, cooked to order. Job well done!

This property does look like it was previously a motel that they renovated into a comfort inn. It was not as nice as some of the comfort inns I have previously stayed in. The pool was very clean and updated. Bathrooms were very nice, clean and new. The carpets and actual room seemed a bit dated. Bed was not extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great and complimentary. A little more run down looking than I expected overall but not terrible. Good for a quick overnight stay and decent location from Broadway/right off the highway. Staff was not the friendliest and came across stoic.

The staff at the front desk did not smile one bit at all. The only thing they asked me was for my credit card and my drivers license. The next thing was he told me the elevator is around the corner. I told him I had a car so he gave me a sticker to put in the front window without a smile. need more smiles and be a little more friendly breakfast in the morning was very nice and too much noise at night outside our room. Someone was having a bad night so their language was very loud and it went on for an hour or so if you did not have your front window blinds closed, everybody can see inside

We enjoyed our stay. We loved that it was pet friendly. The breakfast was great! They had an omelette bar which was a surprise. They also had scrambled eggs and sausage and biscuits and gravy asking with other normal breakfast items. The room was clean and updated. There is a wonderful pet friendly brewery up the street along with other restaurants.

First, check-in was a breeze! I wasn't happy to have to pay $22 for parking at the motel I was staying in along with $20 or more for all of the other places I was visiting. The staff weren't warm and fuzzy people, but they were professional and accommodating. The room was clean and the double beds were very comfortable. There was a very pungent smell in the room like the carpet was cleaned but didn't dry completely. Thank God I brought lysol spray. The highlight for me was the bathroom!! The tub was wonderful!! It was a good stay and I would stay here again, but to pay for parking is a deal breaker for me.

Location was great, about a 15 minute walk to Broadway St. if you take your time. Was a 7 minute walk to the Gulch area. The Hotel was slightly dated, but I wasn't looking for 5 stars. Breakfast was decent, the pool was clean, the room and bed were very clean. Overall satisfied with my stay, would recommend if your on a budget.

The review I went by was way off. Place was old and beat up the people running it spoke broken English. Pool was closed all 5 days !!! No clean towels ever!paint smell and construction work was unbearable!! Broken blow dryer broken iron. Terrible terrible experience. Total waste of our hard earned money. Do not stay here ! 87.00 to park in the hotel lot. Road noise was off the hook.
