I stayed here with a friend for 6 nights, the beds were comfortable, there was AC and good amenities in the room. Unfortunately house keeping did not come to our room for all 6 days. I even asked an employee if we could have housekeeping sent up on one of the designated housekeeping days. She said no and did not provide reasoning as to why. I recall one time before 10 AM there was a knock for housekeeping and we were still asleep as we were vacationing. We never once put out the do not disturb sign on the handle of the outside of the door to prompt the room to be cleaned. Other than this the staff was very kind and helpful.

We arrived late due to flight and hertz being out of rental cars. Our room was unavailable at 3:00am. Exhausted with 2 children. I made sure in my note to Expedia that we would be arriving late and to not sell the room. They did anyways and we pre-paid!

Bad. Smelled of marijuana. And didn’t feel safe with people drinking outside, propping doors and no staff around. Booked 7 days and stayed one night. Lost 6 nights but our safety wasn’t worth it.

Disclaimer: I did not call the front desk, we were there one night to be closer to the airport. I basically didn’t want to deal with it.

No hot water, seemed as though mixer in shower was broken. Large gap under the door. One of the safety mechanisms on the door was broken. I went to plug in a charger next to bed outlet did not work at all. Plugged in across room, when I attempted to first plug it in a spark shot out. I used my own battery pack. Dirty cleaning rag left in bathroom. Two random light switches that didn’t seem to control anything in the room. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I will say the lobby staff was okay and the entire place did smell clean.

Poor experience. Poor lobby appearance, not here clean hotel in general. Pictures are deceiving. Rooms are old. My son locked himself in the bathroom, the response of the person at the front desk, who didn’t look like she wanted to be there, was “there’s no maintenance available at this time.” I said “Maintenance or no maintenance, my son is still in there. Don’t you have a master key?” She handed me a key chain with 20 keys and “try these.” None of them worked. I ended up forcing one of them in and was able to free my son. The phone in my room didn’t even work. That same person strongly knocked on our door the next morning and woke us up to get the keys back. The shower was also bad, very tricky to get the water temperature right. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Was ok for a one night stay. In the price point. Omly 2 complaints to note, and that's the bath tub looked to be horribly refinished with some type of coating to make it whiter or to cover stains. I didnt want to shower in it at all, and the ice machine on my floor was so loud you could hear it clear down the hall, so I just asked for a room on a different floor and it was fine. The staff was very nice, and my check-in went smoothly.

I will say, the staff member who checked me in was an absolute delight. He’s a younger gentleman, and he was very helpful and kind.

My biggest concern with my stay is that I arrived late after flying into Orlando to catch a connecting flight in the morning. I just needed a place to sleep. Upon arrival to my room, I walked into an odd stench.. it almost smelled like cat urine. The room was pretty clean but pretty underwhelming at the same time.. they did provide a car freshener hanging from the ceiling to help with the smell, which obviously didn’t help much.

I’m not sure if all the rooms are like this, but mine certainly was.

The only reasonI didn’t request another room or request a refund because it was one in the morning and I only had to sleep for a couple of hours before I had to leave.

I was in Florida on a business trip. We switched hotels our last couple of days so that I could relax and hideaway by the pool. But the pool was disgusting and filthy. The rest of the hotel. It was exactly what you expect for the price that you paid. It was decent nice and clean. So if you don't care about sitting by the pool, it's a great place to stay. If you want to swim, not so great

The reception was polite and the service was okay, but the room was not completely clean. When we asked them to send housekeeping to clean it, they didn’t actually clean the room; they only made the bed. We also ran out of toilet paper because it wasn’t replaced, and when we tried to contact the reception several times to request more, it was difficult to reach them.

The hotel rooms smell musty and moldy. The AC was decent but seemed to have quit in the middle of the night. The mattress was awful. It was obviously a very old mattress. It was very worn in, to the point my partner and I had to sleep spaced apart as we would roll into each other. Both of us woke up with back pain and involuntarily slept at an incline. We would not stay here again for this reason. The bathroom and shower were nice. They seemed to have been recently updated and the shower was all glass.

We arrived at the hotel after 11 pm with our 5 children. We had reserved 2 rooms several months ago. We were told at check in that they did not have a room us as there was a system error and they were overbooked. The desk manager was completely unhelpful and horrible. He did not offer any help and only blamed the system. At 11:30 pm we had to scramble to find a new hotel for the night. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, ever.

Room was clean. Smelled great. Carpet “looked” clean. I was wearing colored socks during our stay and they got black from walking without slippers. Rooms look just like the online pics. Bathrooms are really nice and clean. Ours had a huge mirror with led lights, which was really nice. Overall, I’d stay here again and recommend the hotel to my friends and family. It was cheap and clean. Can’t ask for anything more.

We specifically booked a hotel that said they had an airport shuttle. When we arrived at MCO we called Sonesta Essential for a pickup. We were told \"no more shuttle\". We paid for an Uber to the hotel. Then the next morning we needed to go back to the airport, due to a delay in our cruise boat getting into port. I asked at the desk and was told they no longer have a shuttle. We paid for another Uber back to the airport to wait for cruise transportation. The hotel room was fine for one night. We didn't end up eating the continental breakfast because room was small and crowded. Next time we will stick with a chain hotel instead of getting a local hotel.

The hotel was very generic. The neighborhood di not look great. Yes you will be close to the airport but do not expect much more. The breakfast was ok. A women putting breakfast out could not bother to smile or respond to us after we said Good morning. There is a deluxe coffee/cappuccino type machine that either was not tuned on or just not working. We asked the woman and we just got a \"no\" You get what you pay for here if you pay under $100. I would not stay again.

Rooms definitely need a deep cleaning, the bathroom was not clean fully. Folding table to iron was stained. Elevators need updating and the reception was very rude. I understand the language barrier and the accent but they need to learn how to have patience with guest and respond in a nicely manner especially when asked nicely. Will definitely not stay here again.
