Staff was fine. Tv not working so I had to move to another room. Tv in new room a bit “off”. Key card not working so I had to go get that taken care of. No microwave. Lots of mold and run down furniture. Teeny tiny soaps. Homeless people everywhere. Noisy at times.

The room shook eveytime a person walked by or went up/down the stairs. There was mildew on bathroom ceiling. The floors were so slippery, I almost fell many times. The bathroom got drenched from the shower. The bed was a rock.

We stayed at this hotel for two days and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is well maintained, and everything was very clean, which made our stay comfortable and pleasant.

The only downside was the parking situation—it was quite chaotic and a bit stressful to deal with, especially during busy times.

Aside from that, everything else met our expectations, and we would consider staying here again.

This was bare bones enough for one night but the room we got had one working lamp for lighting up the whole room. Upstairs person was very noisy walking around. AC worked fine thankfully.

1. They overcharged by a serious amount for Coachella. It was one of the worst stays ever. 2. They do not supply you with shampoo unless you ask for it and at that, it comes in a ketchup like packet. 3. The room was dirty and furniture damaged. 4. The lights would go out periodically and sometimes not come back on. 5. The sink would back up and the tub. Their drainage is horrible. 6. You can hear absolutely everything outside, which makes it hard to sleep. 7. Do not stay here for the love of god.

It was Coachella weekend and this was the last resort. Roaches on the bed and the shower water was barely warm. Awful experience. When I notified the motel staff, he stated he would refund $50 after paying $260 for the night. Sleeping in your care is a lot better then this place.

It was a fine motel 6, didn't really expect much. My only issues were that the Internet was terrible and (I was not really able to connect with my laptop and had to tether to my phone the whole stay to get work done) and I had to fiddle with the cable on the tv to get it to work most of the time

I spent two days at this property and if you stay on the road side you can expect to hear lots of traffic noises. They definitely need to install noise canceling windows. Room size is okay, but not having body wash or shampoo in the rooms is very off putting. I rarely pack such items as everywhere you stay they have them. The mattress was well worn and did t give the best support. TV worked and had a good options for watching. The AC unit is old and needed cleaned. I will probably no stay here again as it wasnt the best stay.

We stayed here at this quiet but conveniently located Morel 6, AC worked great during the heat. Occasional issues with wifi signal but other than one neighbor slamming their door all night the area and property was very quiet and comfortable

The room was clean, everything (A/C, hot water, appliances) worked fine. The only strike against the property is the WiFi. It was unreliable, working most of the time, just slowly. And they changed the password with no notice, so I had to return to the office get the new one. Also, the room key card lost its magnetic coding and I had return to the office to have that reprogrammed, too.

There’s no hair dryer in the room. We have to borrow from the front desk , leave our ID as collateral.
I really don’t blame the management, maybe people are bringing home this hair dryer .
Next time I’ll just be ready and bring my own.
The floors are new , very nice not carpeted …

*Sigh*, based on other reviews I wanted this place to be more then it is.. I'm going to seem pretty snooty but here we go..

1. Parking was super congested and it was nearly impossible to get a spot near your room
2. Staff was plenty nice, however it seems that the system they use for reservations is lacking
3. Our room key didn't work, which was very annoying when you go up a floor with all of your items and can't get in
4. there were an incredible amount of grasshoppers outside near the lights. Like not just a little bit, like a swarm. luckily they do not bite
5. there was clearly a gap around the door seal of our room. with the door shut, you can clearly see the lights from outside the room
6. Air conditioning worked fine, but there was a very large amount of debris and food in it..
7. for a single king room, there was only 2 outlets and 1 nightstand
8. the small table could barely fit 2 people to sit and eat. we end up sitting by the TV console because the table was too near the air conditioner (and was pretty gross)
9. floors weren't the best quality and made me question the cleanliness. I barely wanted to take my shoes off
10. the bathroom (toilet/tub room) and vanity light were the same, so any time you wanted to use the bathroom at night the vanity light needed to be on too.
11. the bathroom sink pressure was insane, and water just got all over the place any time you used it.
12. the shower water stunk bad

won't go back, spend the additional $50/night

Zach was amazing. Our room had a broken AC unit and he helped us switch to a more comfortable room. It happened to be 111 degrees that day, so he made our night by doing this, despite being very busy with other guests and things that had come up.

There are two sides to this hotel. One side (with the mountain view) is literally directly next to the highway and it's loud with car and truck noise even with the air conditioning blaring . Hence skip
The mountain view even though it sounds poetic. It's not. The backside of the hotel is quieter (the pool
Side ). That's the side you want unless you're deaf or sleep like a rock no matter what .

Great place to stay in. Very clean and safe. I liked they provided shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, brush and disposable razor in case you forget these needs. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Good size t.v. and nice AC unit. Only recommendation is for them to add a microwave and refrigerator. Overall, great staff and place.

The staff was nice and helpful. The check in ptocess was easy. FRONT DESK was amazing. HOWEVER the room was disgusting bathroom had mold and water damage. What was advertised certainly wasn't what it was. I literally slrlept on top of sheets because of how uncomfortable I was of the dirtiness. I wish there was an option to upload pictures so eveeyone could really see.

Listen; I'm a realist. I know what I'm getting and not getting when I stay at a Motel 6. Let's be honest; there is only one reason to stay there; the price. But even with the price, one should not be subject to negative attitudes, unhelpful staff, roaches and other bugs, and an internet that is barely useable. These things are unacceptable at any price!

I requested room service, ie: no shampoo, only one bath towel, more wash cloths, a three day stay and no one did anything.
Also they say they have Cable/Dish TV Entertainment but +most channels are not there, including the channel One \"Guide\". The Internet worked, I think. I didn't do any speed testing.

N/A Office personnel was not very pleasant . Workers i interacted with were very pleasant. Rooms were clean but extremely small and didn't have a decent chair to sit in. Didn't deal with laundry because only there 1 night. Bed was not that comfortable. TV was good and thats about all i can say. I feel very over priced for what we got.

I am all for basics when not spending much time on property, but for $125/night, seems reasonable to expect decent towels, shampoo, soap, extra blanket. Our towels were so thin, small bar of soap, no shampoo, no extra blanket, sink falling off wall so anything set on the sink fell off, grungy bathroom, and no place to set toiletries. I would not stay here again

I realize this is a budget Motel but when I’m paying over $220 a night for a budget Motel, I would expect at least there to be some outlets and charging ports on the nightstand by the beds. This is the year 2026 and all travelers need those charging ports.

If you can sleep through an earth quake or a train horn then this place is for you. the bed was terrible and this should be the most important thing to help you sleep. The traffic is loud all night, the a/c is on the wall facing the street so its like you left the window open. You get what you pay for and I guess you need to pay 250 to 300 per night to be comfortable and sleep at night. A lot of burnt out people staying or living there, that think it's ok to stand in front of your room and talk loud with their homies at 2 a.m. I guess they sleep in the day time.....

I checked in at 7:30 in the morning sometime two hours later my wife got sick. We had to leave and go to the hospital. It was maybe 1230. We gave them the card keys so we could check out they didn’t even offer a refund or nothing I checked in for two days was there four hours to me? That’s not right I understand keeping part of the money but not all of it.
