I am all for basics when not spending much time on property, but for $125/night, seems reasonable to expect decent towels, shampoo, soap, extra blanket. Our towels were so thin, small bar of soap, no shampoo, no extra blanket, sink falling off wall so anything set on the sink fell off, grungy bathroom, and no place to set toiletries. I would not stay here again

I realize this is a budget Motel but when I’m paying over $220 a night for a budget Motel, I would expect at least there to be some outlets and charging ports on the nightstand by the beds. This is the year 2026 and all travelers need those charging ports.

It’s a motel 6. It is what it is. It was quiet and affordable. The amenities are almost none. Late evening check in helped through a cracked bank teller window. But it is affordable in a decent location between Indian Wells and PS.

The pictures are just filters because the rooms are awful. I got what I paid for. My sheets had old blood stains and the room was dirty. Poorly cleaned. Needles to say I will never stay there again!

If you can sleep through an earth quake or a train horn then this place is for you. the bed was terrible and this should be the most important thing to help you sleep. The traffic is loud all night, the a/c is on the wall facing the street so its like you left the window open. You get what you pay for and I guess you need to pay 250 to 300 per night to be comfortable and sleep at night. A lot of burnt out people staying or living there, that think it's ok to stand in front of your room and talk loud with their homies at 2 a.m. I guess they sleep in the day time.....

I checked in at 7:30 in the morning sometime two hours later my wife got sick. We had to leave and go to the hospital. It was maybe 1230. We gave them the card keys so we could check out they didn’t even offer a refund or nothing I checked in for two days was there four hours to me? That’s not right I understand keeping part of the money but not all of it.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. I suppose my only complaints were that the towels were not really bath size (smaller than I would have liked). There was no shampoo or conditioner, which is usually provided. However, I was happy with the room and the service.

the staff @ the office were ok, but the maids couldn't speak a word of english, I couldn't communicate with them @ all.
I was really neglected there. I pd a lot of money for nothing.
I selected it for the pool that wasn't usuable,& the hot tub that was discusting, with dead & live bugs in it!! the cement inside of it was scaling & needs lots of renovation!! my room had no toiletrees but soap,& I had no microwave or coffee. office had no phampletes for tourists nor did they know much of anything.Only 1 restaurant around but have to walk 3.5 long blocks to get there.The only restaurant close by is very expensive!! I only had maid service 1 day out of 7 days!! Was I suppose to clean my own room? The bathtub was very small I couldn't barely fit & am less than 5 ft tall. It has a bit of mold & needs work. The key to my room didn't work very well. I had to do it 3x before it opened & hurt my hand to push it open. I complained & they re did it but it wasn't much better. The room was suppose to be 86.00 per night so why was I charged 124.00 for Sat. & Sun. Not very happy. I think I should be reimbursed for lack of service & amendities. motel 6's used to be good in the past, some had breakfast included. Their vending machines prices were very highly priced too. I can't reccomend this place @ all. It was also far away from downtown. The bus stop is 3 blocks away & the office didn't know anything about them. Not very helpful.

Awful hotel. As soon as we checked in we noticed a Sheriff’s patrol car slowly driving through the parking lot. It appeared to be a routine patrol, which suggested that this is a high crime area. Also, the room we were given appeared to have the TV ripped out of where it was previously bolted into the desk and the room smelled of smoke. The smoke detector was covered by a cage secured to the wall, which suggested that prior guests would rip it off or cover it so that they could smoke in the room. Lastly, the room we were provided faced the roadway and you could hear every car passing. Needless to say we got zero sleep. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again under any circumstances.

The room was comfortable and clean but it was the young lady at reception that made our check in so easy. We had been there on bikes a few weeks ago and she remembered us and was just so pleasant. I wish I got her name for a better shout out, but she knows who I’m talking about. We will return!

This hotel is weird!! The front desk was very nice and let me change rooms when the room above me was making so much noise but the people staying there seemed unsavory and frankly I was a little scared here. Weird lady knocked on my door multiple times looking for her phone and then multiple men. Kept trying to convince her she had the wrong room. Idk the whole place has a strange vibe.

Floor was separating, AC unit was rattling, counters were sticky, and the room next to us had a barking dog all night. People loitering around the grounds drinking and smoking pot with others rummaging through the dumpster. No security presence with all that happening.

We have been at Motel 6 Rancho Mirage in an extended stay and we appreciate the management, staff and housekeeping for their kindness and helpfulness while we are going through a difficult time. Plan ahead if you want rooms close to each other, the motel does get busy especially on the weekends and the staff will do their best to accommodate all requests.

It was a bit of a disappointment. But it was affordable for those who just want a clean no fuss place to stay. I would have liked a bit more and nicer place. No blankets, no tissue, no coffee, no hair dryer, towels were thin but for bare minimum it was ok. A bit noisy and walls were thin. I won’t stay there again. Sorry.

After driving by this place several times I deemed the area around it safe enough for me to stay for one night at the appropriate price expected. Upon arriving I immediately wished I’d either selected elsewhere to stay or had a traveling companion. It served its purpose for a last-minute overnight stay while in town visiting my father at a local nursing home. You get what you pay for and what you expect the experience to be like is exactly what you get as well.

Plenty of parking. Well-lit. Room was run-down but again, I was expecting a 5-star stay either.

To sum it up-you have to leave you drivers license to get a blow dryer!! The bed had a sink hole in it. Old spring mattress. The counter by the bed had a spill on it, that I had to wipe down.

Total dump. Staff blew me off when I went to the office to have them rectify a noisy neighbor upstairs. She said \" Oh you're the type who needs to be upstairs because of noise\" bad customer service for sure. Instead of taking care of business, she tried to turn it on me. They allow dogs here, so throughout the night, dogs barking and waking the other tenants. Doors slamming. The bed was itching my skin, unknown if it was a soap issue and lastly, had to kill 7 tiny moths flying around the room when I arrived. Not recommended. Stay elsewhere. There are many other things I didnt put on here. RUN!!!

Noisy! Didn't realize it was next to the road, so you hear traffic constantly. Then the room, its like they have no insulation between rooms. So at 4am when the guest next door takes a shower, you're woken up by the exhaust fan from their bathroom, like a road grader, at 4am! Before that, at 3am, the fire alarm goes off in our room. But there's no fire or smoke anywhere. It stops after 20 seconds, after it wakes us up. Then morning comes and there's water on the floor. Turns out the refrigerator is leaking. Wipe that up and 20 minutes later, more water. Not the best place to stay.
