Checking in is now done with a computer screen and there is an actual person going through the process with you.

However the hardware failed to scan my license three times and we started over three times. Took way too long to resolve and I was disappointed with the system.

Check-in via kiosk w/ remote employee is annoying. Room is decent, but the condition of the property and surrounding area is poor. My family felt didn't feel safe and we immediately checked out to find a new place to stay. It was not apparent if there was staff on site.

Had ants and spiders in the room. The check in process was done by talking to a video call, no live person there. The room was not very well maintained, and the outside was run down. I didn’t feel very safe staying there by myself.
One of the employees did greet meet, which made me feel safer.
Air conditioner did not get very cool.

The pictures on the booking page are not the actual location, and it's no wonder. The whole place is under complete construction, and it's a huge mess including the wonderful view of the trash filled pool. Although the room itself was clean, there was still drywall texture on the shower tile and the bottom of the tub flexed which was odd for a steel tub. The interior swing lock was broken and missing half of the latch, and only the handle lock worked. If I had not been so exhausted and taken so long with the concierge on the screen to check in, I would have canceled and moved on

Very run down. Safety and health issues : extra safety lock on door did not work. Tub/shower drain had standing dirty water. First room was dirty, bed linens were missing, phone did not work. Moved to Second room, was a bit better but had the lock and shower issue. Emailed company about issues and asked for a one night stay refund because of poor conditions. Reply stated they would look into issues , did not address refund and no name or contact at end of reply. Emailed back to them and have not received a reply. For a cost of 200+ a night , this was extremely disappointing and would never stay again. Will not ever consider a Days Inn by Wyndham again. Website pictures are very misleading.

Room was in horrible conditions , the blankets and towels were smelly had stains of lipstick or something . I had to call to get more towels , I also had to call for toilet paper and no one answer , thank god I had wipes ! No one answers the phone , no breakfast . The room smell really bad. The coffee mater was super dirty . Do not stay here !!!!!

If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to crash and aren’t easily \"grossed out\" by cleanliness lapses, this motel serves its purpose. However, those seeking luxury or high-end security should definitely look elsewhere.

High-Tech Check-In
The lobby was empty of physical staff, replaced by a video kiosk. This all-in-one machine handled everything: ID verification, digital signatures, payments, and key dispensing. While incredibly efficient and the remote representative was great, the experience lacked a personal touch.

Security & Layout
The property layout is confusing. I used a key to access a \"secured\" stairwell, only to find the upstairs hallway propped open with a trashcan. Additionally, a secondary stairwell nearby allows anyone to walk up from the street. If you are a solo traveler who prefers restricted building access, this may not be the place for you.

Room Condition
The room was dimly lit and appeared clean at first glance, but a closer look revealed food crumbs by the coffee station, sticky surfaces on the furniture, and hair on the bathroom floor. Fortunately, the bed was comfortable and well-made. Note that the property is currently under construction, so the pool is unavailable.

Bottom Line: Great for a cheap, functional night’s sleep if you carry your own cleaning wipes, but skip it if you want a more secure or \"hospitality-focused\" environment.

Not worth the money. The overall experience was disappointing from start to finish. There was no staff available to assist when needed, which made even basic requests difficult. The electric switches in the room didn’t work properly, adding to the frustration. Housekeeping was essentially non-existent—no one came to clean the room during the entire stay. On top of that, the place was very noisy, making it hard to rest. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

Hotel property was very run down. Towels were dirty when we arrived & we had no shower curtain on our shower. When asking for these things, staff took an immensely long time to get them to us after we’d call the front desk (they often wouldn’t answer) and we’d have to go down just to get the things we needed. Other guests (we think?) were loudly yelling and arguing outside our room between 4-6am. Hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Electricity kept turning off, no staff at front desk. Hotel was dirty and under construction and lots of construction debris everywhere. Hotel had bugs and construction workers were loud partying all night and were smoking marijuana reaking the whole area up.

I will not stay at this place again. I was greeted at the front area by a guy sitting inside some kind of AI Box. I was charged a $100 deposit, additional to my 2 day prepaid non refundable rate thru Expedia. The deposit was never disclosed by Days Inn or Expedia. The guy in the box took a photo of me to match me with the Federal approved ID that he took a picture of. For What? There was a construction area for workers to obtain material. My room was behind and blocked by a 6 foot wall enclosure. It was 100 yds from the lobby. I was on crutches. I had to walk and find it then walk back to get a dolly. And there were rats in the general area and bugs in the room. Located in an industrial area.

Room was filthy (bedding, towels, mirrors, surfaces, fridge) toilet and chair were broken. Reserved and paid for 2 days. Second night our keys were deactivated and we could not get into the room or access our belongings. Told over the phone there was \"no reservation\" under my name when we had already been there for one of the two nights. Then told in person that I had been charged the full fee but marked as a \"no show.\" The keys were eventually reactivated but this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Don’t stay here. This looks nothing like the pictures and there is no Days Inn signage. There is no breakfast like the picture shows. There were pubic hairs on the towel. The entire parking lot is a sheet of ice. Wyndham should be ashamed to call this one of their properties.

The woman at the front desk was lovely, but the hotel room was strange. They are obviously renovating the place, so our room had new floors but the bathroom was awful. Ceiling paint peeling, the showerhead was installed improperly and water sprayed from the sides and got everywhere, the bathtub didnt drain properly so I showered in a large puddle, the newly installed shower handle was wobbly. The pictures of the hotel itself show a dining area with what appears to be a continental breakfast, but at 7am there was nothing there.

The worst part was that our room had a connecting door to another room. I could hear everything they did, from opening doors, to their tv at a reasonable volume, to coughing.

Nothing wrong with hotel my complaint is with Expedia. My wife booked a Wyndham motel in fernley in Reno. She called to see if there was an option for refund if a closer motel was available to work. Expedia took it upon themselves to cancel my reservation that was set up already and leave me high and dry with no place to stay. The lady on the computer through Expedia had a language barrier with my wife, but explained to her that everything was set up for me to stay in fernley. When wife called motel 1hr before I go into Reno they said they had no record of my reservation. What a nightmare and created more travel time, more expenses, and way more than needed time on internet instead of an easy phone call. We have always used Expedia for travel and had good results. Please use this as an example of things that could be improved thanks and safe travels.

I want to give this a decent rating because you can tell the new owners are trying… but it is really tough. The lobby is so bad. Broken doors. Smells like old cigarettes. No breakfast. No elevator but putting a lot of people on the 2nd floor. Pool is shut down. The rooms are redone with new flooring, sink, beds/linen/pillows, but the windows are old and dusty, the bathroom is old and dim, the TP holder ripped off the walls, no towels in the room, questionable guests. The room was cheap though. Need to keep upping the ante to get those ratings up!

Our room was not cleaned, so I called the front desk and they offered to either clean the room or give us a new room. I told them we were going shopping and they can come clean the room. When we returned from shopping I stopped by the front office to ask if our room had been cleaned, and I was told the cleaning crew was gone for the day. I asked for a new room and the staff liked a bit confused but changed our room. The new room had been cleaned, but was not clean at all. The beds were made, but the floors were dirty, the walls had something spilled down them, and the toilet was very dirty. We stayed for two days and had to endure the uncleanliness of the room the entire time since no one came to clean the second day either. We will not stay here again.

Room climate and parking were fine except for the garbage and cigarette butts all over the place. Didn't use the air conditioning.
What happened to the morning breakfast? It was always there in y previous stays but not now. Big disappointment. The online photo shows the breakfast room with breakfast. Fake advertisement.
Re staff: Abdesh was fine, effective, and polite. My 4 stars are for him. Dealt with Kim also, but only once; she was effective. I didn't see any other staff.
I've given this inn five or six chances over the years but this may be the last time I stay there.

the room was dirty and the there were no cups for the coffee maker. The blow dryer was broken. The safety lock in the room was also broken. the grounds were very dirty.
The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. Did have a mini fridge, and microwave in the room that worked.
There is no breakfast as advertised. The place is in very bad shape, but it appears they are redoing several of the rooms. Maybe it will be better in the future.

The parking area was well lit with plenty of spaces. Room was very clean. The AC/Heat worked well getting the room to a comfortable level quickly. The front desk staff was very helpful in getting me connected to the wi-fi network. It was a good 1 night stay.

Room was not cleaned. Two beds only one was cleaned. The second bed was left just as the previous occupant had spent the night. The room smelled bad. I went to staff requested an other room non smoking. The next room was in a dark dirty walkway. Trash and damaged doors.I opened the door only and realized this was not a good place to stay. No parking close by. I am 78 years old, alone and terrified to stay safely. I immediately checked out. I never touched anything in the first or even when inside the second room. I was informed upon arrival that there was only coffee available and not a breakfast like what was advertised. False advertising and pictures for this facility.Was charged the extra over the room rate of $100. fee for extra incidental charges. Also that the king size bed was not available when I made my reservation and would I accept a room with 2 beds. I was on the property for less than an hour. I checked out immediately and informed the desk clerk of my fears for my safety. I checked my credit card and the extra incidental fee still shows as a charge. The facility is being repaired but false advertising is shameful.

Had parking directly in front of our room for being downstairs was a plus with a newborn. AC was great, had to shut it off a few times as it got to cold sometimes. Good thing.

One downside, some of the wall plugs did not work and rather than reload the whole family up and attempt to move rooms, we bought ourselves a traveling extension cord now for future, in case use.

Currently the place is being remodeled. Questionable. We were uncomfortable for two reasons. 1. Advertisement said nothing about remodelings. 2. Room door was open when I walked up to it for the first time. No bell hops for it to make sense.

The photos on Hotels.com shows breakfast bar and advertisement. No such thing. Did not sleep well.
