The breakfast and parking was good. The hotel itself need a lot of work and upgrades. I was very disappointed. I doubt if I will stay there anymore. Kitchen staff was very nice: no ice was available in the evenings. When I asked for some, the person behind the desk said it would take her 20 to 30 minutes to make some….. really if you know you are to supply ice, keep making it so your patrons will have some and outside temp was hot.

There's only one ice machine in the entire building, and it wasn't working for my entire stay.The air conditioner was noisy, and a giant floodlight just outside my room meant the room was never fully dark, even with the curtains drawn. The staff person was less than friendly on the phone when I asked for an early check-in. Other staff people were nice, but this woman -- long black hair, big glasses, big eyelashes -- paid zero attention to people walking in and out. She was always looking down, either on her phone or working on some kind of art project. I could have walked in with grenades strapped to every inch of my body and she wouldn't have noticed. Both times I needed her attention, I had to get right up to the counter and say, \"Excuse me\" in order to get her attention. Just a person putting out the least effort possible to get paid.

Then, when I was at the pool, a manager was outside in a shouting argument with one of the employees, and ended up walking away shouting, \"You're f'ing dumb,\" although he didn't use the apostrophe.

On the plus side, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The property is clean but very neglected. The elevator door opens like molasses, the ice machine doesn't work and when you ask for ice it is not even enough for two drinks. My sister in laws door had to be lifted up in order to close and there were two peep holes one of which was falling out. The vent in our bathroom was half off. The shower door had obviously been broken and just replaced with a curtain. The TV is extremely small and hard to see from the bed. The light from the parking lot also blinds you unless you completely close the black out curtain. The shower shelves hang down so small things actually fall out of them and the shower bottom is chipping and flaking. The carpet between the bathroom is lifting and you can see the tacks are showing. Lots of the furniture is worn and torn and can see the stuffing.

The room was perfect. I loved having coffee and tea in my room to make. The bed was so comfy. Nice and quiet at night. The young man who was in charge of breakfast did an outstanding job keeping up with all the peoples needs. The breakfast was delicious. Parking was perfect for us . USB ports were missing to charge phones both me and my travel companion have CPap machines so there way no way charge phones and plug in our machines. Shower door would not stay open or closed. No one came into clean our room until our last day there so I had to call for more toilet paper and was told I could have some if I came down and got it. Room phone thingy stuck so you had to pry it up to get a dial tone. Elevator door opened very slowly and sometimes started to move before the door was completely shut. Elevator did not have an inspection posted in it, part way through our trip a note was put up that the inspection info was kept at the front desk. Bedside reading lights did not work.

The staff was very courteous. Hotel is older, and in need of updating a repair. Our hide-a-bed had an old mattress cover that had holes and didn’t appear to have been washed. I did call the front desk and they quickly brought up a brand new mattress cover. The air conditioner did not work well and it was difficult to manage the room temperature. Also, this hotel directly backs up to a major freeway, so freeway noise is very prominent.

The room was spacious. The charging plugs and electrical plugs by the beds were broken or too worn to hold a plug in. The second nigh the room keys for at least everyone on our floor were reset. The elevator didn't appear to have a recent inspection card and the doors open very, very slowly. There are ice buckets in the room, but no ice machine on the floor. It was an adequate stay.

Night staff was very attentive and helpful. I liked that they conversation with us and we felt welcomed. The room was clean, however, it had a funny odor and we needed to keep the window open. The curtains were broken and we weren't able to sleep due to the bright lights shining inside. Tje first night was nice and quiet. The second night was very loud due to cars racing or running their motors too loudly.

This was a step down hotel of what we were used to. A bit older hotel, the room needs to be upgraded. My granddaughter saw 1 cockroach in bathroom. I wasn’t comfortable there. We stayed because it was late and only one night. I slept with my clothes not night gown on, I wasn’t comfortable just in my night gown. Breakfast was ok though.

Clean room and breakfast had a good selection of warm and cold: eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, pancakes, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, juice, muffins, toast, bagels, coffee.

Well lit parking lot.

The one downside is that it's close to the freeway so you can hear a bit of traffic at night.

The pool area was a tad small, but still nice. The hot tub wasn't extremely hot and only a few jets worked, but was still good.

This hotel calling itself “3 stars” is laughable. I’d barely give it 2.

The room was a complete dump. The A/C had clearly been off all day, so it felt like walking into an oven. The carpet was torn in several spots, trash was left in the hallway, and the sheets were so thin you could practically see through them. Neither outlet by the bed worked, the drop-down lights didn’t work either, and to top it off, the shower pressure dropped every time someone next door flushed or ran their sink.

For $111.05, this place is a total ripoff. There’s nothing “comfort” about Comfort Suites here. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it to anyone honestly, sleeping in your car would be a better night’s rest.

when I check in afternoon.no-one at front desk. rang bell twice. called out twice. finally someone came out. very flat and seemed annoyed I bothered her. room 225 needs door paiting. waterstains on ceiling need kilz. bathroom faucer hot n cold plumbed backwards. hot should be on left. shower shampoo n conditioner impossible to figure out n use. worthless. matress is tired. can hear spring occasionally when getting up. overall clean. appreciate free breakfast. and really loved noon checkout.

The one big compliant I have is that I entered the hall and the housekeeper was in the hall and asked if we were checking out when I said yes. She went to my room and put the door blocker on the door then she jump on the elevator with us. I asked her if she opened and left my door open she said yes and she said she was just going down stairs to get a housekeeper in training to train her to do a deep cleaning on my room. It really disturbed me that she would leave my room door open and leave the floor.
