We absolutely loved staying here. We did get a great deal. Only thing we didn’t care for was that the pull out couch was dirty/had lots of crumbs. We chose not to use it due to this. The resort was super fun and the staff were nothing short of amazing though. It was comfortable, quiet, and we will return for sure.

The room is fine, but the small bathtub/shower stall is maddening. The shampoo/conditioner/shower gel bottles take up standing room space. Then the shower curtain keeps wrapping around my body. The fan is very loud and it makes the shower curtain move also. The neighbors slam doors and the building shakes. Parking for building 4 is far from the room. And, why does the paying guest have to be responsible for taking garbage out when there isn't any real maid service. Not my type of property. I like hotels.

Booked the room for a place to get ready for Bride , myself , mother of groom & brides sister . When they found out it was my daughter’s wedding they sent up a beautiful bottle of wine . CONS:
1.OFFICE NOT EASY TO FIND IF YOU ENTER FROM NORTH SIDE. OFFICE STAFF WAS NOT VERY WELCOMING-NOT FRIENDLY.
2.ROOMS DATED-I THINK DECOR HASN'T CHANGED SINCE OPENING
3. WALLS ARE THIN YOU CAN HEAR THE VOICES & WHEN NEIGHBORS OPEN THEIR DOOR, YOU WOULD SWEAR SOMEONE JUST WALKED INTO YOUR ROOM.
4. BAD INTERNET CONNECTION
5. ANTS JUST SHOWED UP OUT OF NOWHERE IN MY BATHROOM & ON MY BED.
6. SPA IS NOT A VERY RELAXING SPACE. JUST A COMBO OF ALL THE ROOM TYPES TURNED INTO A SPA. (SERVICE WAS GOOD, NOT GREAT) PERFECT DAY SPA PACKAGE 3 HRS- SAME PERSON DID MASSAGE
& FACIAL, 50 MINS EACH FOR ALL 3 SERVICES. THE COMBO LASTED 1HR 15MINS AND PEDI 41 MINS FROM START TO FINISH. (AUTO 20% GRAT.)
TV IN KITCHEN DID NOT WORK-ALSO UNABLE TO TURN OFF LIGHT (IN CEILING) TRIED EVERY SWITCH IN ROOM. BATHROOM FAN VERY NOISY/LOUD.

PROS: NICE LOCATION-NEAR SHOPPING AREA- BUT IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE.
VERY NICE GROUNDS- POOL AREA, ADULT POOL, SEATING AT POOLS, BARS AT POOL. VERY NICE.
BALCONY AND PATIO SEATING@EVERY UNIT.

I WOULD SATY AGAIN, BUT I WILL MAKE SURE AND BRING ALL MY ISSUES UP WITH MANAGEMENT NEXT TIME. I WOULD NOT BOOK THE SPA EVER AGAIN, I WOULD JUST GO DOWN THE STREET TO HAND AND STONE AND GET A MORE RELAXING MASSAGE AND FACIAL AND THE ABILITY TO TIP ON SERVICE PROVIDED, NOT DEMANDED.

Overall the place was nice. A few things that need attended. The toilet ran, and filled about every 15 minutes. The refrigerator clanked very loud on startup and stop. No charging locations at all. And lastly, there was long black hair on the wall in the shower. Otherwise, the place was nice. Liked the layout and it was comfortable.

The grounds and the pool were just beautiful. However, we were very disappointed with the room due to a major issue. It rained and rain leaked thru the ceiling onto the coffee table and carpet. The room was also very outdated. Carpet had stains and the furniture had scratches on them. Very outdated! Another issue was the night we checked into the hotel there was a comforter and dishes laying outside our room's entrance. I called the next morning, and they were to come and remove them. It never happened, so I brought it up with staff again and they never removed them. It was the next day when we had the leak from the rain that it finally was resolved. Kudos to the maintenance staff, Cole who fixed the problem and also had the comforter removed. The manager, Melinda did offer another room for us, but we decided against it due to the great work that Cole did to fix the issue, so we decided to stay because we only had one more day left. Melinda stated that we would receive a 50-dollar credit. We never received it and when I called about it, the desk staff said it was a 50-dollar credit for the reservation to use at their resort. This was not told to us. We stayed there in 2017 and had a fantastic stay but this time sadly no.

I enjoyed staying at this property. The master suite was very nice, lots of room. However the bathroom sink had a leaky faucet and the shower smelled bad, like rotten eggs. The shower head had something green on it, either mold or lime scale, not sure. The soaking tub wasn’t clean either. Otherwise the room itself and bed were clean and comfortable.

This place is amazing. Our suite was large and perfect. Nice master bedroom with jacuzzi tub, full kitchen and family room.

My whole family loved it. They have nice outdoor grills. The pool area with water slide was a lot of fun as well. Plenty of lounge chairs and space for everyone.

The only small downside is that the cell/internet is absolutely horrible. If you plan on working it will be difficult unless you have satellite service. Otherwise awesome place.

I mean it worked but I wont be back

Rooms were awesome but laundry machine smelled like cigarettes. The walls are super thin and the people above us were rearranging furniture and chasing children all hours of the night. I realize that was the other guests and outside the control of the facility but we could hear people in the walkways at the ice machine at the pool and all sides of the room. The internet is total garbage. Unless you pay for the faster one but we had no cell coverage or internet without an additional fee (that in itself will

The property was beautiful and the rooms were amazing. We had a full kitchen and seperate bedroom. It was like having a one bedroom apartment. The pool was great and had a lazy river and water slide. I just wish the pool was a little cooler (we stayed in July). Overall, awesome place to stay.

The pools were fantastic! We travelled with my 16 year old daughter who needed to sleep on the pull out couch but it was so uncomfortable with no support that she ended up just sleeping on the couch itself. Such a bummer. The bed in the bedroom was a full size which it seemed like there may have been a queen or king previously in the space…replacement bed? Either way, it was very uncomfortable. Overall, if you come for the sun and plan on staying outside a majority of the time, it’s a nice choice. Keep in mind that this resort is not within walking distance of anything, so you have to drive at least ten minutes to get food.

Key cards didn’t work , 2 sets of them , had to have a electrical engineer out to fix lock doors, we were suppose to have a pack an play crib for our grandson after about 3 hrs an like 5 different people they finally said they didn’t have one , had to talk to manger an said that it was totally unexceptional that they need to do something , they went to a store an bought one !! I shouldn’t have had to go through that , what a way to check in an the floors were dirty again !

everything was fine until the last morning never told us it was a 10am checkout! now for our entire stay they never once cleaned the room we had to ask for towels and toilet paper.At 9:30 they started banging on the door to clean this happened 3 more times b/4 a guy basically threatened me to get out now. We were out by 11 as we thought that was the time B/4 this I had recommended 3 people to stay here

Very nice amenities but parking was awful. They lure you into a time share presentation. The room was nice, had some weird quirks. Lights came on in the middle of the night, fan would start and stop randomly. Not enough garbage cans and the toilet ran all night. We were on the 3rd floor and the upstairs neighbors had children running laps every night. I never received the receipt I asked for to find out what the charges were for

upon checking in… We were going to be upstairs… We requested a downstairs level so they put us in a handicap room… First floor… The bed squeaked just as you just sat on it… The shower tub seemed like it was gonna break any time… The handle for the water in the shower was very difficult… I thought for a handicap room everything should’ve been a lot easier… Would we stay there again? Yes just probably a different room… I didn’t wanna make a fuss.

Peoria Resort and Spa stay

Went for spring training. It does have family and adult sections. We did not use the facilities. We were out most everyday. The room was clean, but did have odd switches for lights etc., No cleaning services, per say. But, do not expect in a spa experience. It is located on the edge of Peoria, so if you want to drive into town it take a few moments. Overall I would stay there again if things required it.

Lovely resort excellent for families. Huge pool with circular slide. Hammocks, corn hole setups, quiet areas and lovely grounds. Separate adult only pool with pool bar. Very nice grounds.

Rooms are condo style with kitchens and washer and dryers. Great for extended stay. Clean and neat. Maybe getting a little older, but still very nice. Some roooms have balconies with great views.

Resort is located about 40 minutes away from downtown Phoenix. Very much need a rental car to get to and from the airport and to get to local attractions, grocery stories and restaurants.

Fix your system!!!

They messed up my reservation in the computer and kept knocking on my door and even trying to open my door, to tell me I was supposed to be checked out. They even brought another couple to my door to tell me they were supposed to be staying in my room. I felt like I couldn’t relax and was unable to rest. I will never stay here again and if I could demand a full refund I would.

The entire trip was absolutely wonderful the only thing I wasn’t a fan of on Expedias part was the hidden fees. Expedia should just include that in thier price, a girls trip away ended up costing an extra 1000 because they don’t tell you about resort fees and car rental insurance that isn’t covered by them when you purchase it.

Room was nice. Lots of work going on outside my room the entire day. So was not very peaceful. The Hilton grand vacations offer, was 125 of my stay or a free night at the concierge. Neither was given. Offered only a MasterCard if I took a tour I did not have time for. Yes, this property was purchased by Hilton. I was unaware.

Pools were very nice. Some kind of motor running all night, off and on. Really difficult to sleep. Watching a sporting event at adult bar and they closed right as main attraction was starting. About 9:30 pm. Very disappointing.

At checkin, no one gave me a wristband or parking pass, only for me to later be awkwardly told as I was entering the pool that I needed a wristband to enter, and to go back to the front desk. The big pool itself is wonderful. The room however was not like the misleading pictures showing nice windows & light in the kitchen/living area. Not a single window in the living area. I get that rooms are \"individually decorated\", I suppose I just lucked out with the \"dungeon theme\". Dining table & chairs crammed so close to the fridge that it was literally impossible to open the fridge door without having to move furniture! The room was an \"adjoining room\", and the entire first evening, night, & morning was filled with incessant noises, voices, shuffling, banging etc from next door. To top it off, I turned down the bed duvet later that night only to find 2 large stains on the sheets! They charge an additional $28 \"resort fee\" (not made obvious when I made the booking, and for what?), but perhaps with their \"resort fee\" they could afford to at least replace stained sheets! Disgusting. Day 2, with a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, a maintenance person knocks, wants to come in to inspect Internet connectivity. Um, what does \"Do Not Disturb\" mean? When I mentioned the bed sheet & other issues to the maintenance guy, he said he'd see what he could do. Nothing was done. At checkout, there was no \"thank you\", no \"how was your stay\", just a \"you're good to go\". I couldn't wait to leave!

We like the location, pool area, food truck, easy access to stores.
We thought the cleanliness of areas in elevator and outside our room area could use attention, the rooms were clean, but when we were in our room someone before us left behind perfume and nail polish in vanity drawers that didn’t get cleaned.
We would return again.
