The hotel is close the the beach with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, there are plenty of free parking just in front of the hotel.
The hotel and room is quite dated, facilities are not up to 3-star standard to be honest. There is no kettle, tea, coffee and cups in the room. Bed comes with a thin sheet (no duvet), additional blanket available in the wardrobe but so worn off.
The sound insulation is the worst, you can hear noise from the room next door or up/down as well as corridor all the time. If you are a light sleeper, this hotel is definitely a bad choice.

Great hotel and really good breakfast with plenty choice. Room was good with nice balcony. Staff were all friendly. Good location tho small steep hill, so maybe not ideal for those with mobility problems. Ten minute walk to beach and resort, few local bars nearby. Photos were accurate, fridge in room although no kettle. Would definitely return.

Great location but with issues

Pros: location 5-10min walk to the beach, very helpful and kind reception staff

Cons: room dated with broken equipment (phone not working, toilet roll holder missing), very loud - close to highway so you can hear cars all the time at night, also noise from doors slamming anyone talking in corridors as the place echos. no fridge or safe in room, though these can be arranged for a fee at reception

The property was close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the breakfast could be improved as it didn't include any nice summer food, but it was a 'typical' English breakfast of bad quality. I tried to have mozzarella cheese one morning and it had gone off.
The rooms were in good condition, but for our 4 nights of stay, the floors never got cleaned.

We stayed 2 nights mid July. The hotel is in an ideal location, close to the beach, bars, restaurants yet set back. On the first night we could hear people walking, wheeling cases in the corridor and on the second night there must have been a leak so the corridors on level 2 were full of water and someone was mopping up until early hours of the morning. Granted it needed to be cleared but it was unfortunate that we could hear everything going on from our room. Pool and sunbed area lovely, bar convenient. Breakfast was very standard, we tried it one morning only and didn’t go the next morning. Included in the price so can’t really grumble.
We’ve definitely stayed at better hotels but for a 2 night vacation it was all we needed.

This is a lovely hotel, but there are a few things that would have made it better for me.
1) the room doors have to be slammed to close them which is incredibly loud. With different people wanting to be active and resting at different times this means that sleep is inevitably disrupted.
2) the tiles on the stairs are super shiny and very slippery.
3) There is no evening restaurant or bar which means you have to go out for your evening meal (this isn’t a huge issue, but I was surprised)
4) there is no fridge in the room so you can’t keep water cold.
All that said there were a lot of positives, the beds are super comfortable, breakfast was delicious and plenty to suit vegetarians.

Nice hotel ! To improve: free wifi and car parking

Good hotel with lots of amenities and its clean too.
The breakfast was really good .. with lots of choices.
The location is good too .. 3-4 mins walk from beautiful Palmanova beach.

Couple of things though :
1. Hotels.com says 'FREE WIFI' but its only available in lobby not in the room. They only offered paid wifi (5 euro per night) in the room. Now onward, Hotels.com must mention if the free wifi is really free in the room or only in the lobby !
2. There was no reserved parking for the hotel. So, every night we had to roam around a bit to find road side parking.

For what you pay, the hotel is decent. Very close walk to beautiful beach which is what we wanted. Breakfast not great, but coffee machine is a nice perk. Only downfall is walls are very thin- rolling suitcases and doors slamming woke us up pretty much every morning. Other than that, hotel is very clean and lobby WiFi is good.

Quiet location, 5 mins walk from Palma Nova shops. 20-25 mins walk to Magaluf strip.
Fitness Centre / Gym. Poor equipment and NO AIRCON making it impossible to workout when it is 35 degrees outside.
Bad smell coming from the bathroom
Also - the locks on the doors make it difficult to close the doors so all you hear is slamming doors echoing around the corridors!
Pool is ok and breakfast very good.

We got an amazing room!! Separate queen size bed and then a nice pull out couch. The room had a kitchenette and an awesome view of the pool and small one of the ocean.

It was an awesome vibe at the pool.

As a backpacker it was a bit tough to find the location as it was a backstreet. But when we got there it was worth it!

The only negative thing was that they maybe didn’t t have enough front desk staff. Everything was just too slow.

Basic 3* hotel that is clean and comfortable

Booked this hotel for 5 nights in October as I was going to a tennis camp at the Vilas Academy which is 5 mins walk away. It was good value for money - no frills but simple, clean and comfortable.

PROs:
Clean & comfortable
Neutral, simple decor
5 mins walk to Palmanova beachfront
Friendly receptionists
Free parking on street outside although it’s a narrow road and lots of cars parked up
Good water pressure in the shower
Value for money
Reasonable breakfast buffet
They offer a courtesy room free of charge for 1 hour as an alternative to paying for a late checkout - so if you have a later flight, you can book the courtesy room for whatever time you need, leave your bags with them, get on with the day and then use the room for an hour to shower etc before heading off
Lovely girl working by the pool (from Ipswich) - fab service

CONs:
No fridge in room
No kettle / tea & coffee in the room
Don’t accept American Express
Shower floods the bathroom floor if you turn it on full blast
Pool is small and at peak season might be very crowded
No towel service by the pool
No food served after 7pm
Food served at the pool bar is an uninspiring selection of frozen ready meals but they do make their sandwiches from scratch

For a no frills, basic hotel this was a good option for me.

Calm and Welcoming Hotel with Excellent Prices

I really enjoyed my stay in this property although the amenities were fairly basic. The lobby is somehow welcoming and reception staff were pleasant and helpful at all times and went beyond the bounds of duty for me. Parking was easy to find on the street outside, it was 5 minutes walk from the beach with waterfront restaurants and the location was very quiet.
Positives - lovely pool area with bar, nice indoor bar, excellent breakfast buffet, simple but comfortable standard rooms, great hotel staff, quiet location, amazing price.
Negatives - no comfortable seating in the room, bathroom had plumbing and odour problems, no free wi-fi in rooms (but lobby wi-fi was good), poor coffee at breakfast, noise in tiled hallways.
I will happily return here on my next visit to Mallorca island. The hotel had a pleasant ambiance that is difficult to define. Some places you just like, some you don't. Palmanova is a major tourist destination but is surprisingly pleasant despite this.

A good hotel to use as a base. A 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only draw backs were that walls seemed very thin as you could hear everything going on (i’d recommend earplugs) also the showers are prone to flooding the bathroom if you put them on full power.

Our check in with Romina was very efficient and she was very nice and professional, always greeted us when she saw us. We were able to leave our cases in a room next to the reception. Our room was clean and comfortable and was cleaned everyday unless we told the housekeepers we didn't need the room servicing. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The pool area was nice and the bar did drinks and snacks. Great location, just a walk down a little hill and you're in the middle of a good range of restaurants and just across from the beach. Staff are happy to ring taxis for you! Our only issues were the hidden costs, you have to pay for WiFi (unless you are lucky enough to get a room directly above reception as it's free in the lobby), you have to also pay for the safe which was €10 deposit and €3 per day which is really steep!! They could do with a fridge in the room to keep drinks nice and cold as there is a space under the desk for one.

Excellent hotel only 5 minutes to the beach shops and nightlife. From the moment we arrived at the hotel were well treated by all including barstaff George and Jose and the cleaners. A special mention for a lovely young lady who booked us in called Carley who could not do enough to ensure we had the best of times. We won't forget her and will almost certainly be booking into this hotel again.

Value for money but don’t expect to sleep.

The hotel is up a hill in the quiet end of Palmanova, the room 1315 was ok, 2 single beds not so good asc1 was very squeaky.
The rooms have no soundproofing so expect to interact with all your neighbours😫.
The rooms are all along long tiled corridors so noise is a constant, as is the slamming of doors as they are not easy to close.
So terrible for sleep but value for money and breakfast is just ok.
The pool is ok and so are the sun beds.
The staff were all very pleasant.

Fantastic location, nice pool, nice breakfast. Very good air-con. The only let down was reception staff were not very helpful and we were charged 10 euros for wifi despite booking a hotel that stated free wifi, it was only free in public areas, which was not how it was stated.

Quiet, but close to the bizz

Excellent stay in this newly refurbished hotel. It's in a quiet area, but is only a five minute walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants.
Our room was very well appointed, and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was large, and again spotless.
The staff were very friendly, and helpful whenever we needed them.
Pool area is large, with plenty of sun-loungers, and a nice snack bar.

This hotel is ok. It’s close to the beach and a few restaurants. I think some of the reception staff need training in how to talk to people and help them as we had very unfortunate dealings with them, unhelpful and rude. One staff member who stands out for being amazing though is Jorge, he was really friendly and helpful. He worked in the bar and was there for breakfast. Breakfast is good, lots of options. Pool is small but wasn’t busy when we were there.

Lovely accommodation and location is fabulous. Close to beaches, restaurants and activities. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of options and very clean! Pool is fine and it’s a good option if you don’t want to pay to rent the beach beds. The staff are friendly on reception and at the pool bar. The hotel has recently been renovated, we stayed in an apartment which did have a fridge however, the room my sister stayed in didn’t have one. Believe they are still installing them but don’t let that put you off! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Excellent 4 night stay here 18th-22th July. Rooms all modernised, A/C best I've ever experienced in a hotel. Nice chilled pool area with plenty of beds for all. Great pool bar with great staff. Breakfast was very good something you would expect in a 4* star plus.

Hotel has been updated, Every thing looks new and clean, Hotel was not finished when we were there in June every day the workmen were there but did not cause any issues for us. Bar was not finished so this will be a nice addition when complete. Pool area and pool bar is very nice and gets sun all day. Pool finished at 6pm which is a bit early for most people. Great breakfast.
Hotel is only one street away from the beach but up a hill. Would stay again.

Mein Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, keine 5 Minuten zum Strand, Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber trotzdem in zweiter Reihe, nur 5 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen entfernt. Also perfekt mit Linienbus zu erreichen, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Der Empfang und auch das auschecken ging sehr einfach, das Zimmer ist außerordentlich großzügig und angenehm mit Balkon, Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank. Auch mein Rad konnte ich bequem im Gepäckraum unterstellen.

When we arrived there was still rubbish in the bins from the last guests that hadn't been removed. We asked the hotel staff for another room and they said there were no alternative rooms available even though the hotel wasn't booked out.

Das Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber man konnte Haare auf Bett erkennen. Man hatte aufs Zimmer, kein Kühlschrank und kein Wasserkocher. Dazu war es laut, man konnte die anderen Gäste neben anhören.

Poorly insulated walls, you can hear too much. Should have carpet in the corridor so that you don't wake up every morning by the cleaning lady. The breakfast is not worth wasting money on unfortunately. Could become a super hotel if the owner invests a little more in it.

Nous avons bien aimé l'emplacement de l'hébergement, pratique si vous avez loué une voiture, stationnement facile à trouver dans les parages. De plus, l'hôtel est situé près de la plage.

Flott hotell

Fint hotell, god rengjøring, serviceinnstilt personalet. Vi var der i en varm periode, men AC fungerte veldig bra, likeledes satte vi stor pris på at det var et lite kjøleskap på rommet. God frokostbuffet. Fint basseng og badsengområde. Eneste negative med hele oppholdet var at WiFien var litt ustabil. Men absolutt topp hotell med nærhet til strand, restauranter og buss.

The TV didnt work all week. Despite that we told the reception repeatedly.
All information we needed we had to ask for, nothing were told of its own as a welcoming upon arrival.
Besides that, a good location. A quiet place with about a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Nice pool area with a bar.
Conclusion - a simple but somewhat overpriced hotel with the possibility to book large rooms.

Zimmer leider nicht sauber und das wurde auch nicht besser. Abfluss verstopft wurde aber am nächsten Tag behoben Zimmermädchen hat es selber bemerkt und dann weitergeleitet, so etwas sollte mann bitte vorher ab checken. Balkontüre ließ sich nicht verschließen so das die Klimaanlage den ganzen Tag lief. Und jeder der gut klettern kann von Balkon aus sofort hätte eindringen können. Somit haben wir alles gut verschlossen. Keinen Kühlschrank vorhanden das sollte wirklich Standard sein im Jahre 2024. W-lan lief auch erstaunlich gut. Zimmer leider sehr hellhörig man hat den Wecker von den Nachbarn gehört. Wir waren nur zum schlafen und frühstücken dort. Pool nicht genutzt.
Ansonsten eigentlich ganz Ok Anlage war gepflegt. Man bekommt was man gebucht hat. Frühstück ausbaufähig....Zimmer seitlicher Meerblick 3. Etage aber leider sehr hellhörig aber trotzdem erstaunlich gut geschafen. Man wacht mit dem Sonnenaufgang auf. Klimaanlage perfekt, kühl sehr gut runter & sehr leise Top. Hotel obere Lage für Ausfüge perfekt. Strand wirklich nahe Top. Hotel steht neben Einheimischen Häusern, finde ich super.
