Nice Business Hotel in Campinas.
Nice efficient hotel if you are coming into Campinas for a business stay. Room was spacious and clean, but there were some outdated things in the bathroom and minor things like one of the TVs not working, etc. I am sure if AI had mentioned the TV. They would have taken care of it. But all in all, a nice hotel that is clean and affordable if you are coming into Campinas for a brief stay.

O único ponto de observação é o tempo de espera para retirada do veículo do estacionamento, que ficou em uma média de 15 minutos para o manobrista conseguir atender a demanda dos hóspedes que se valeram deste serviço. Mesmo que você solicite a retirada antes de sair, o tempo não reduz pelo fato de ser um só funcionário fazendo isso. Precisa de mais uma pessoa ou melhor organizar a prestação desse serviço.

Fiz o pre-checkin informando minha chegada para as 12h, liguei para o hotel e fui informado que estaria disponível no horário. Cheguei às 12:40h e não tinha quarto disponível. Pediram para voltar às 13:20h, assim foi feito e ? Não tinha quarto. As 13:45h consegui liberação. Eis que, ao tentar entrar no quarto, me deram a chave errrada do quarto, isso mesmo, desci mais 2 vezes e o atendente trocou a numeração dos quartos. Enfim, foi um caos a entrada entretanto, apesar de antigo, quarto confortável, silencioso e o café da manhã ótimo! Faltou talher, copo e um cuidado maior no quarto que só tinha uma banqueta, enfim, nota 7

Gostamos muito deste hotel, já nos hospedamos várias vezes. O atendentes são muito corteses, o espaço do apto é ótimo e está sempre bem limpo e cheirosinho. Localização ótima com estacionamento e manobrista. O café da manhã é bem satisfatório. Enfim, me atende muito bem e recomendo.

Tivemos alguns transtornos na prorrogação da estadia (que informaram que estava tudo certo e quando chegamos de volta ao quarto nao conseguimos entrar, tendo que fazer toda documentação novamente), mas nao gostamos, principalmente, do sumiço de um colar e de um brinco que estava sobre a mesa dentro de uma necessarie.
Comunicamos o sumiço assim que notamos, mas ninguém conseguia falar com o gerente, nem verificar quem fez a limpeza... ficamos sem respostas.
Depois notamos que o cofre estava fechado, pedimos para alguém (quem sabe nao tinham colocado lá) e nada… ninguém conseguiu…
Nunca tivemos esse aborrecimento em outros hoteis.

Bom café da manhã e quartos espaçosos, além de estar a menos de 20m de uma famosa rede de loja de conveniência. Fora isso, a experiência foi bem ruim: apenas um elevador funcionado, o que atrapalhava bastante as idas e vindas; fiquei trancado para fora do quarto após o café da manhã, pois a pilha do leitor de cartão do quarto havia acabado. Ao informar na recepção, o gerente, e nítido descaso, informou que teria que aguardar a manutenção chegar, às 8h da manhã. Tive que ficar esperando do lado de fora até lá. E isso porque era só trocar uma pilha!

Quarto amplo, confortável. O check-in foi muito lento o atendente não localizou o pagamento pelos hotéis. Com. A localização é muito boa! Gostei da acomodação escolhida: Suíte Luxo. Espaçosa, com três ambientes incluindo uma mini cozinha e, compondo o banheiro, uma banheira com ducha, proporcionando um banho relaxante. Suíte muito confortável e aconchegante. Já o café da manhã foi outra experiência muito agradável. O buffet maravilhoso e o ambiente intimista e acolhedor. Excelente escolha, excelente experiência.

O quarto é bastante espaçoso e limpo, conta com frigobar, pia e ar condicionado, além de uma ante sala com sofá. A pior parte foi o checkin, extremamente demorado, cerca de 40 minutos para ser atendido, e o atendente ainda tentou me cobrar novamente a estadia que já estava paga. Foi terrível.

A experiência no hotel não foi agradável, devido ao cheiro de mofo. Precisei trocar de quarto, pois no primeiro, não conseguia parar de espirrar. No segundo, o cheiro estava um pouco mais discreto, mas ainda estava lá.
Os quadros tinham mofos, o sofá de ambos os quartos eram velhos, com cheiro forte e sujeira visível.
As toalhas de banho também estavam bem velhas e desgastadas. As toalhas estavam quase transparentes de tão usadas.
Outro ponto era a demora para pegar e retirar o carro do estacionamento. O carro fica um bom tempo na porta sem ninguém para manobrar, e na retirada, levava cerca de 20 minutos para pegarem.
Por fim, o único ponto que \"compensou\" a estadia foi a cordialidade dos funcionários da recepção. Todos extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos.
