Received great service at the check in and checkout. Bar staff were slow with orders. The deluxe room was very nice, roomy and nice layout.

An old style exterior - modern, comfortable rooms

The hotel was very well appointed and generally comfortable. However, the largest towels in the bathroom were not really quite large enough. They didn't need to be bath sheet size but maybe at least one should have been just one size larger to accommodate a tall and 'well built' man! Also, all the easy chairs in the lounge area were rather low and not easy for older residents to get out of!

Fantastic location, very nice lobby, rooms were very spacious and loved the extra area that we could separately put a crib. Also loved our room's balcony. Only downside, our room had a strong smell almost like stale air (despite us opening the windows) that we couldn't get used to.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. It is very well situated in the city and our room (233) was fantastic with plenty of space and huge windows overlooking the Royal Palace. The staff were superb and made us a breakfast bag to go when KLM cancelled our afternoon flight which meant we had to leave much earlier and miss breakfast.
Overall I can absolutely recommend the hotel.

I have stayed at Park Centraal twice now and enjoyed it both times. You cannot beat the location with close proximity to shops, restaurants, museums and parks. The rooms are small but clean and well appointed and the beds are so comfortable! Highly recommended.

Bugs in the rooms- avoid!!

Avoid like the plague. The rooms are ridiculously hot and we woke up after our first night covered in small bugs. I went down to reception as I was worried about bed bugs and was moved without anyone even asking if I was ok or if I needed my clothes to be laundered. After being moved, we woke up absolutely covered in bites so whatever it was was also in the second room. On check out, I brought it up again and showed a video of live bugs as well as my arms which were covered in bites. I was told a manager would call me in an hour and they never did.

Lovely looking hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly, room was comfortable and clean BUT our room was directly above a cinema event on the ground floor which was very loud until 10pm. We tried putting our baby to sleep at 8pm but every time the cinema music kicked in the baby woke up - this kept happening for 2 hrs! Spoke to several members of the front desk who offered us a 15% discount code for our next stay.....

The stairwell itself is enough reason to stay at this hotel. Just like a sketch by MC Escher. It’s right in the center but the room was very quiet. There were no slippers and no tissues provided. Should not happen in my opinion. Also, my room had a bathtub but no walk-in shower.

Park Centraal Den Haag was well presented as a quaint historic style central hotel, but had all the flair and modern amenities. The staff were very helpful, knowledgable and pleasant.
The room was very clean and spacious, I was initially worried when i booked as the images on the internet did not do justice to the room we had, I was expecting something just above a formula 1. The breakfast was well stocked, the hotel did not serve evening meals. This was not a problem as being in centre a plethora of restaurants were on the doorstep.
Staying at the Park Centraal Den Haag was very pleasent experience and will certainly return again.

Despite being in a central location, the hotel's quiet atmosphere ensures a peaceful and restful night's sleep, making it an ideal choice for travellers seeking a good night's rest.

The hotel itself was clean and spotless and exceeded my expectations. The room facilities were above average and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

My only minor quibble was the separate hot and cold taps in the shower, which required some trial and error to find the perfect temperature. However, this was a small inconvenience compared to the overall quality of my stay.

Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Den Haag. I would definitely look to stay here again on future trips.

With 4 nights to explore the city, Delft and beach it was important the hotel was good. Room overlooked the Palace and gardens. Good size with everything we needed. Good bathroom. Good tv, which mattered with the Euros being played. Didn't rate minibar and didn't eat at hotel as so many options nearby. Very convenient for sightseeing.

This property in Den Hagg city centre and accessible by all transport services and facilities. The room os very clean and provided with adequate toileteries and amenities. Breakfast seems reasonably priced for a continental choices and fruit and juices. There is a little bit waiting line for coffee and tea dispencing machine which is a self ervice.
If you are going to stay for morethan a night or two and if you are alone don't book for a single room. It is extremely small and privacy is compromised from the adjacent room window of the same property. Overall this is a very good property to consider for your next stay in Den Hagg.

And the Mauritshuis has The Girl with a Pearl Earring by Vermeer and many other gorgeous works of art. All within easy walking distance from the hotel.

Travelling solo i Got installed in a very small single room, no desk to sit at for working. In the headline of the reservation it did say double bed and expected a normal room. Staff were friendly and helpful yet always, always check your reservation through hotels.com information not always correct!

the very friendly receptionist asked if we had any special wishes regarding the room, view, bath and so on. we said not really. we therefore got a room that was located at the back. without a view. In fact, the guest should simply get the best available room anyway. the extensive buffet breakfast was fine

If you are lucky enough to book this hotel your stay will be magical. It is right in the centre of The Hague, right in the centre I add. Fabulous place to stay. Parking is only 200 metres away if you unlucky not to get one of their limited spots. I’ve travelled for 5 weeks and this is the best of the best.
