Upon arrival I just got handed my key and not offered help with my luggage until i prompted. Then I was not shown to my room. Which i thought was rude. To then have the main shower head not working (room 607). Then in the morning I had breakfast in the room only to have out and of date butter with it. This is by far the poorest service Iv had from the hotel as Iv been many times and hence my returns it’s always been of great service and I recommend it a lot but from this most recent experience I’m very disappointed and wouldn't return let alone recommend it.

Lovely room -spacious, clean, well equipped. Housekeeping quick to top up coffee etc on request. Discrete but attentive service all through the hotel staff. Doorman quick to offer and supply umbrella when needed. Food excellent and service impeccable.

I booked a room with park view and it was our 3rd time at the premises. I was on the first floor at room 103. You could literally listen every person's conversation walking in the street. Every car passing by could be heard in the room. I mentioned to the people at the reception and aince they are well aware of the problem the did not care. When I checked out in the morning, I mentioned the situation again to a different person. He knew about it and sorry without really meaning it and doing nothing. This was not a $1.000/night room. There are 10's if not more in the area with a better room and service.
Also the reception are look ridicolously crowded and cheap with terrible furniture.

Beautiful hotel - disappointing accommodations.

Surprisingly uncomfortable beds at this price point. We had a double twin and the beds were like roll-away beds with mattress pads. The fire alarm went off in the middle of one of the nights due to someone smoking in their room and there was quite a bit of noise in the hallways coming through underneath the door.

Great hotel in a prestigious area. Clean and pleasant, expected for the cost of the booking. brilliant bar staff all around.
poor general staffing from the porter to back of parking. Unpleasant on both ends and poor checking in staff. no excitement even though stating for purpose of staying. Hotel was great but lacked an experiance purely down to attention of detail from staff, across the board. great facility, eventually for parking car on site. Would only stay again because of the neat and tidy hotel and location. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels across the mayfair and surrounding area and have never left a review, purely because I don't have time to leave one. overall was disappointing but could've been an off day.

Great convenient location, beautiful/spacious suite, delicious breakfast in nice indoor/outdoor café, cool bar, and relatively good value via Expedia booking for Mayfair area. Hotel is impeccably presented and amenities/services are 5 star. Bathroom comes with Toto washlet, heated marble floor, and very nice shampoo products (small issue is that some bottles are twist shut and impossible to open, which the hotel should address with their suppliers).

The air condition is very bad. I stayed 3 nights with no sleep. 3rd night they gave me another room to sleep around 3 am. That is also not good with air conditioning. the room is at 25 degrees centigrade. It is really high time for the air conditioner systems upgrade

The Biltmore is an ultra luxurious stay right in the heart of Mayfair, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in London! The location is superb, placing you right in walking distance of fabulous shops, cafes, and historic sights. The service was second to none. Asif Bajwa, the Restaurant Manager, Alessandro, and Christopher at the front desk were the epitome of 5-star service. The Biltmore is clearly vision driven, and it was an absolute pleasure to stay here. We will stay again on our next trip to London.

Absolutely outstanding service, all the staff were so friendly no efficient. It’s very rare to receive such personal service in a large city hotel. The building was only recently refurbished so it was immaculate and perfectly situated. We have been fortunate enough to stay in many good hotels but the Biltmore was at the top of its game and we will definitely be returning.

Can’t complain about the comfort of the hotel, although for the price of £900/night for 11 nights the deluxe room is quite small, especially the bathroom.

My biggest complaint is the service or lack there of.
I attempted to call the concierge over 20 times from my room over the 11 day stay to no answer. I visited the concierge several times only to find an empty desk. Reception only answered around 20% of my attempted calls, most going through to a switch board that took a message although almost all of my messages went unanswered. My friend who was staying in a separate room had the same experience & on many occasions I saw disgruntled residents in the lobby asking why their phone calls weren’t being answered.

Some of the bar/restaurant staff were below par with English language skills or knowledge of their own menus for a 5 star hotel in London.

The only member of staff that positively stood out during my visit was Peter. It was a pleasure having him on the door as he was very helpful & apologetic on behalf of his co-workers.

During my stay on 3 separate days I tried taking a shower to have no hot water or very very low water pressure. Something that was fixed eventually but did take too long.

Disappointed at lack of vegan options on the restaurant menu.

This year I have stayed in almost 20 different 5 star hotels and this experience has been the most frustrating. As a Hilton diamond member I would expect more from the Hilton brand.
