Only a block away from Marble Arch and easy access to underground, transport and plenty of shops especially a stones throw from Selfridges, hyde Park, etc ...very central and highly recommend. The staff were very accommodating and helpful to our needs such as phoning for the taxis and letting us bring a guest in to have breakfast only with us (we paid for it) as we had a reunion the previous night. Thankyou for making our stay in London memorable.

Great location, clean and good amenities. Lovely huge bath towels. Body lotion was nice but didn't like the smell of the shower gel at all. Would be nice to have a better selection of teas in the room eg mint tea, green tea etc. Overall great hotel for the price.

Great location while being quiet. Room is a good size
for London. Shower requires you to be a contortionist to get in and out. Stayed in February, so there was an extra electric oil heater in the room to keep warm.

I arrived early but they made storing my luggage incredibly easy. The room was comfortable but it was obviously not meant for people with mobility issues and the bathroom was definitely tricky. I did think that a larger person would have trouble navigating it so do consider that when asking for a room.
But the bed was comfortable and I got a good night of rest.

Katerina and her colleague in the front desk were very attentive and took care of our needs. Moved us to another room when we weren’t happy and looked after us in reception by ordering a taxi when needed. Breakfast was catered to our needs when informed we needed gluten free and vegan options although they needed prior notification to make provision which was easily done.

The room was really noisy all night. There was a loud vent outside the room which produced a noise inside the room which sounded like a washing machine on a spin cycle all night long. It was very disturbing and we didn't get any sleep. We complained to reception at 3am and 3.30am, but they couldn't change our room due to being fully booked. We spoke to the manager the next morning who was very helpful and empathetic.

Was then moved rooms and told it was an upgrade however the second room was on the ground floor and was smaller - used the toilet to flush and then water wouldnt stop running all night.

There was no help at all . Yes it was our mistake but it was made worse and we were able to get a better hotel for much much less than the raddsion offered so we won’t be returning

I came away with bite marks the following day.

The hotel may have some items that are like a radisson but the rooms are very basic 2*. I asked for an iron and no one provided me with one.

Breakfast was radisson standard and the staff in the restaurant were exceptional.

My low rating is because of the room state, and bite marks.

Nice enough hotel in a good location. Staff did a great job and were very welcoming. Did an excellent job at making you feel welcomed.

Bathroom was a tad cramped and air conditioning / heating unit in the room was extremely loud (and meant the windows weren’t properly shut). Street noise quite loud.

The room was quiet tired, both the toilet and the sink were cracked, and the shower door was difficult to use - it made an awful screeching sound when closed or opened. Plus, it was very difficult to operate the shower (due to the bi-fold door) without standing in the cubicle and getting cold water until it warmed up.

It was a small room, not even space for a chair.

I spoke to the front desk, expressing my feelings about the room and was just informed that \"it's a Radisson Blu Boutique\" hotel. At no point in my booking process, nor on the website, was this hotel listed as \"Boutique\".

The guttering outside of the window obviously had a leak too, as there was a persistent loud tapping sound throughout the night.

I would be unlikely to stay here again, especially when the hotel across the street (with large sized rooms) is only a few pounds more for the night!

The upside to this hotel is the attached restaurant, Steak and Lobster - it's great.

The standard double room was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in, and not laid out well enough to be that small (unlike other hotels). Shower pressure was terrible, and either boiling hot or freezing cold. Room and facilities were all quite dated and worn.

The hotel was in a very convenient location, close to Bond street station and a couple of minutes walk from Oxford St. Unfortunately, the room was not great, it felt like a single room. A standard double bed pushed up against a wall with no bedside tables. The bathroom was tiny and the bedroom window looked directly into an office block opposite so privacy wasn’t great. Good for convenient location but the room didn’t resemble the photos on the website in any way.

The hotel is located just off Oxford Street, very close to Selfridges department store. It is two minutes walk from Marble Arch tube station which makes it convenient for commuting and getting around London. It is also a five minute walk to Hyde Park. Its location down a side street makes it very quiet for sleeping. The reception team were very welcoming and the water in reception was very welcomed after being on the hot tube. I received an room upgrade which was a nice surprise. The room has every amenity, hair dryer, robes, slippers, excellent tea and coffee, all bathroom hand lotion, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, tissues, bath salts and self care items. There were two comfy arm chairs and a table if you wanted to eat in your room. There is a Marks and Spencer a couple of minutes away if you want to visit their food hall. The only negatives with the room were a couple of stains on the carpet and some paint chipping on the skirting boards. I didn't try the on site dining options but the restaurant looked very nice. Unlike other reviews I found the hotel to be quite and would definitely recommend it.

Surprisingly small room. The most cramped room I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve stayed at Radisson Blu hotels internationally and this was nothing like the brand I know. TV was not working and very dusty behind. Technician had to come and find the switch behind it. The grand facade, is a little shabby close-up. Reception is well staffed - but there were boxes lying around. It had the feel of an office reception. Staff were perfectly friendly and helpful. Its location is really all it has going for it. Needs investment.

Hotel is kind of OK in a somewhat faded way. It's just not great. Everything feels a bit tired and when you're told that your room is on the 4th floor and the lifts are not working then your heart sinks a little further. No mention of that pre-arrival that I noticed.

The staff were friendly but room tiny, aged and not that of a quality hotel. Lift out of order entire stay when on 3rd floor in old building, not ideal. Air conditioning pointless, open the window and you got the fresh smell of cooking from the beautiful view of the read of a kitchen. Location handy but hotel not up to standard of radisson.

The property is very very tiny. It was very difficult as everything is so old in the building. You can hear what’s happening in the corridors and it was so spooky.

In the middle of the night my TV turned on by itself.

These buildings are hundreds of years old and maintenance is not good. It’s not a pleasant experience however the area is right on Oxford street and it’s a good place.

The location if the hotel is quite good and quiet as its off the main road but still very close to restaurants and shopping areas.
Unfortunately, being in the ground floor and very close to the main door coming from reception means I’m probably going to struggle to sleep. I have been trying to get some sleep for the past hour and unfortunately… the constant opening of the main door is very disruptive.

The bed itself was comfortable and the room itself has all the necessities needed for a short stay. I think I may struggle if I were staying here longer as it’s quite a small room for a double bed and the bathroom definitely made me feel a little claustrophobic.

We had a lovely trip. The staff were really pleasant - especially Jerian who was so helpful and friendly. The location is great for shops, restaurants and the tube. We had a king room on the ground floor which was spacious by London standards and had everything we needed.

Very convenient location. It is 1 minute walk to Oxford Street and 5 minutes walk to the train station. Jarien was lovely! The AC in my room wasnt working and she got it fixed asap. They also stored our bags since we had a few hours between check-out and our train. My entire party will stay here again the next time we are in London.

I have to say I was very disappointed with our check in. We paid nearly $200 for an early check in to move our check in from 3 pm to 11:30 am. When we got to our room it was extremely hot and uncomfortable with q little fan in the room. Our first night was miserable. The next morning when I complained how hot it was, I was told that the AC was broken in that room and we would be moved to another room. No one told us as check in that the AC didn’t work and I paid an extra $200 for that! I believe I should have at least been offered the refund of my early check in. This is unacceptable!!!!

This was a great hotel for a night’s stay close to Marble Arch/Hyde Park.

The hotel is well maintained and clean and has good facilities.

The only negative was the unpleasant drain/air circulation smell that ran through reception and the lobby area. Really not great!

this property is tired. lift was broken. had to lift my bags two flights of stairs. room was a disaster - when enter room had to walk down 12 steps to room - which was so so small. to turn on main light i had to go up and down the stairs. bathroom tiny. to me NOT worth the money. i couldn't wait to leave - the next morning the lift was still broken - had to take all bags down two flights of stairs. joke !!

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed. I am traveling for 2 weeks and stayed at 4 different hotels. Nothing compares to this disappointment. HOTEL HAS NOT BEEN REMODELED!!!! The images Expedia posted is incorrect. I felt grossed walking or using it anything there. The furnitures were, very dirty with stained carpet, and so much more. I cannot even explained. This was deceiving in regards to booking. I will NEVER stayed there.
