Our stay was great. We booked the deluxe room which was very spacious, quiet and fully equiped. The hotel had a double check service of cleaning so that everything was perfect. Great location, in the heart of London. Highly recommended

Great central location right next to tube station and across from Hyde Park. Also next to great shopping options on Oxford Street. Very clean bedroom with good amenities and layout. Staff were friendly and efficient. Air conditioning was a godsend during heatwave (34 degrees outside!). The executive lounge was very useful for snacks and drinks in the late afternoon when we were resting in the hotel and before heading out for the evening. Good selection of food and drinks at the lounge, including bubbly and wines.

The hotel was an overall very nice stay for two nights. It was constantly busy though which made it feel extra cramped and not as relaxing of a stay as it could have been. The room I booked was not available, though they upgraded my room the following night. The location was easy to get to from the airport and the underground and train were right nearby. I would definitely consider staying again for a short trip coming in from Heathrow.

Room was clean and quiet, though there was a bit of noise from the aircon while the window was open that some might find bothersome. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Went to breakfast once and the food was OK, but other guests were behaving like animals, pushing and shoving, walking between seated people as they couldn't be bothered to walk round tables, worried the food would run out, want to get their money's worth etc. Great location for Oxford St (obvs) and main tourist attractions. If mobility is not a concern, easy walking distance to Picadilly Circus, Soho, Leicester Sq, Bucks Palace etc. Tube station very nearby. I'd stay here again, but would choose room only to avoid the restaurant.

Very nice hotel. Room was spacious with plenty of drawers and closet space. Breakfast was great as was the staff. The remodeled bath/shower leaves a lot to be desired. Little room to stand except right on the drain which then closes it. The elevators don’t go down to ground level, you have to take the stairs or a different Lyft

LOVELY STAFF AND WE WERE GREETED WARMLY AND LUGGAGE TAKEN TO OUR ROOM. RECEPTIONIST ASKED OUR PREFERENCE FOR A ROOM AND WE WERE GIVEN A GROUND FLOOR ROOM CLOSE TO ESCALATORS AND DINING ROOM. ROOM WAS EXCELLENT, PRISTINE AND WITH ALL THE AMENITIES WE REQUIRED. STAFF AT BREAKFAST WERE LOVELY TOO AND VERY HELPFUL. THIS WAS OUR THIRD VISIT BUT WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

Nice Hotel..stayed number of times...the last time was very poor. Room 704 adjacent to lifts very very noisy. No sleep at all..Lifts kept me awake all night..and all morning..absolute nightmare. Staff and guests coming and going all night and morning.

Appreciated the spacious room and bathroom, very comfortable and big bed in the deluxe king room. We had a pretty far walk to our room from the elevator so request something closer since it is a large hotel. Staff and employees were very nice and welcoming and accommodating. Enjoyed the onsite bar and restaurant several times after days spent exploring London and shopping on Oxford Street outside.

I have stayed twice before and had beautiful stays in lovely, fresh feeling rooms. However, this time my room was on a heavily used corridor which created a lot of noise and through traffic. The room felt tired, dark and sadly overlooked an internal courtyard/rooftop which just wasn't pleasant. The WiFi was temperamental with some of my devices. The shower this morning was far too hot, even on the coolest setting, it was release a suitable temperature but then suddenly change to an alarmingly hot temperature without moving the dial. Breakfast was fine but some of the hot buffet food was cold. I have stayed three times now but sadly would probably not return again, it is time to explore other options which is a shame as I am often here for work.

Really enjoyed our two nights in the Thistle Marble Arch, reception was quick and our room on the 6 floor was excellent.
Breakfast was good, not happy having to pay for a cup of Starbucks coffee and then to see an added service charge, this needs to stop.
Did have an issue with the room toilet not flushing on the second night after 22:00, called reception and a maintenance person came after about 40 minutes and resolved the problem.
We did see the card saying if you didn’t want your room cleaned on the second day , put the card on the door, we were told we would get a £10 drinks voucher, this never materialised.
We will definitely return to the Thistle in the future.

Great hotel location, close to shops, restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment.
The rooms were were very comfortable and spacious, the bed and pillows were perfect, we had a long travel day prior to arriving at the hotel, and arrived earlier than the checkin time but the staff were so accomodating and gave us a room upon arrival.
The hotel restaurant was lively we had the buffet breakfast which had a large variety of foods to choose from, including hot breakfast, cereals, pastries, fruit and more.
Overall we had a lovely stay!

This property is very well located, close to shopping and entertainment. We found the hotel to be very welcoming and accommodating. We had originally booked only one night and realized there was so much to see in the area of London that we extended our stay another day. The hotel rooms were very comfortable, we had a standard double room which included a king size bed and a mini fridge that had complimentary water bottles refilled each day of stay. The room was spacious, with lots of natural light. the only downfall was our room did not have a nice view, especially for the price we paid. We had the breakfast buffet which was delicious and so much variety of foods. We had wonderful stay.

The breakfast was excellent, full of variety and high quality in a lovely setting. The room we received was upgraded to executive for a small fee and was brilliant, with nice little touches in the free minibar. The executive lounge was a nice space for a quiet glass of wine before we went out to the show, although the food catering was limited to fruit, 2 basic hot options and one type of cake. We were not looking to rely o this as a formal meal and so the lounge was nice. Staff were friendly and systems were robust, plenty of facilities available if we needed them. A two minute walk from Marble Arch, Hyde Park, Oxford Street and the Tube!

This hotel has an amazing location but it stops there. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. The king bed is just two twin beds sandwiched together with a very uncomfortable seem in the middle. Mattresses are so old that the springs are gone. Hotel is dated and in need of upgrades. Moths flying around the halls and annoying cleaning staff that still knocks when you have do not disturb sign on. I saw a very fast moving insect in my bathroom on the last day. Would not recommend staying here. AC and fridge both very loud. Toilet runs. Not sure how this is even 4 star

I was traveling solo to visit friends and family in London. The Marble Arch hotel proved to be an excellent base for operations - very close to Oxford Street, Hyde Park, and transportation. Easy trip to/from Heathrow via Bond Street tube station and the Elizabeth Line.

The hotel has been a fixture for decades but is completely modernized and very well maintained. My room was perfect for a single traveler - comfortable bed and pillows, ample closet space, a desk, and bathroom with great shower.

Choosing a London hotel can be overwhelming but I felt the Marble Arch Hotel was an ideal balance of location, quality, and value. I did not sample the dining, so I have no advice in that regard, however there are so many dining options in the area you can find whatever your appetite is craving.

I have stayed at this property previously when it was under another name, and found that the standards were still very high. Such helpful friendly staff throughout. It was our wedding anniversary and we were very well looked after with hospitality leaving us a little gift. I love staying here, and would thoroughly recommend it. Fresh omelettes made to orde in the morning, good air con in the rooms, central location

We had to move rooms because of a leak and our other room had a very lumpy bed. Since we were only there three nights we didn't want to switch rooms again. The carpet was obviously not vacuumed with pieces of plastic on it. The staff set up is also odd, with a semi-circle of staff, leaving anyone to address any staff despite others waiting. We wouldn't stay again.

We booked a room for three with the executive lounge buy up. That includes free breakfast, drinks from noon until 9:00 and snacks from 5:00 to 8:00. It’s a great deal. The room was clean, the staff was very helpful and the hotel is in an excellent location. Transit stops are so close, and plenty of stores near by. Three Tuns across the street is an excellent pub choice. The breakfast was crowded and the coffee machines wear often broken, but the food was great and there were plenty of choices. Overall a stay week worth the cost.

Last stayed here 50 years ago. It was a good hotel then and it still is. Almost everything you could want like a cafe, shop and bar. In the room we had space,nespresso machine,iron and board, hairdryer and a better bath than at home. The a/c was fine but only went down to 16deg so cooler on the second night there than the first. Tv was a bit odd.Channels from around the world but I could not get radio. So I tried the internet which had good connection but did not work. Good nights sleep despite noise from corridor and good breakfast with an omelette maker if you want (I did).
