Pros- Fine for a one night affordable stay in the main area of city. Accessible to mostly everything. Never had to wait for restroom. Cons- Sound traveled right through doors and there were people walking down hallway at 3am speaking at full volume. Homeless man slept outside main entry. Bed sheets and pillows were very cheap.

The room was perfect for my needs. It had a sink, a refrigerator and AC. It was a little noisy at night, but canada just won their first World Cup match, so it was excuseable. Would stay again.

You get exactly what they tell you, clean rooms with a mini fridge and sink. Good air conditioner units in the rooms. It was very convenient that they have blow dryers etc on hand for borrowing. The beds weren’t overly comfortable, but were fine for a few nights. No TV in the room but that’s not a big deal, there was a desk space to work at if needed. The twin room was quite small but enough space for two people to stay if you don’t mind being in close quarters! Bathroom and shared areas were clean and well maintained. I wasn’t sure what to expect with the bathrooms but they are completely private rooms which was great. I never had to wait for a toilet or shower. Staff were always friendly and helpful, we were able to store luggage prior to checking in and after checking out. I liked the location as it’s within walking distance of a lot of great spots!
Overall a good place to stay if you don’t plan on spending much time at the hotel! I would recommend it to anyone wanting to save some money and plan to be out exploring during their stay!

It was great. The street the guesthouse is located on is busy so was a bit loud late into the night, though I sleep with earplugs in so it didn’t bother me too much.

The room was clean and well-maintained. It was quiet throughout, at all times, even when there were many many people staying there. The staff was courteous and helpful, and they were available 24/7. The kitchen had tea/coffee and was also open 24/7. The bathrooms are shared. They were always clean. When I was visiting, they were also always available.

Had a good 3 night stay at the Guesthouse. Well-located and had no issues. The room is fairly basic, but it was clean. The bathroom was shared, but it was quite nice and like a proper bathroom you'd have at home. Was satisfied for the price. One small thing was they did not have an iron.

I wouldn't stay here again. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the blanket provided was thin so I was cold throughout the night. Quite a lot of street noise, complimentary ear plugs did help however, but not ideal. It's very over priced for what it is.

As senior citizens, we found it incredibly difficult and physically exhausting to climb the stairs, as there was no Elevator (lift) available at the premises.
Furthermore, considering the high Rental Charges, the lack of such a basic and essential facility is unacceptable. We expected better accessibility and value for the price we paid.
