No mountain view that I could see. We requested early check in but that was not accommodated. Our room was right by the elevators so we were disturbed a few times when trying to sleep. Gym and pool are shared with residents so almost always busy. Breakfast was ok but not many plant based options. Overall decent hotel but would try another hotel if we return to Vancouver.

Great property. In the heart of downtown Vancouver. Easy to get ride shares and walkable to all the hot spots to see downtown. Enjoyed the breakfast every morning during our stay, the pool was a little cold but we enjoyed a nice swim after our day out. Although it was rainy through our stay we made the most of it. Would stay again when visiting the city. Also thank you to the staff for your food recommendations as well, we really enjoyed our stay.

The front staff was not helpful when I asked at check in about five weeks of up and coming weeks of stays I needed. There wasn’t anyone behind me and when questioned if it was possible to pre book my up and coming 3 nights 6 weeks she said she wasn’t able to help. I’m glad she deterred me from booking because right after when I stated I had an over height vehicle she sent me down a back alley or a very vague information of where to. I then had to walk back after her vague directions just to reassure I was parking in the right spot. She told me that the two out of the four are used for deliveries and the two were already taken. I told her that I would have to park until at least 10:30 AM. I paid $54 to be able to be parked till 5 PM. Only to be asked in the morning to move my truck just before 10

From the moment I arrived, the experience was disappointing. The staff was rude and unwelcoming. A gentleman behind the counter wasn’t assisting anyone, and when I approached to check in, he told me I had to wait for the other employee because he wasn’t ready to help at that moment. Meanwhile, the young lady at the computer who also didn’t appear busy helped someone who cut in line ahead of me. She then asked another individual nearby if he needed help, even though he was clearly with the person she had just assisted. I felt completely ignored standing there, waiting until they finally decided to check me in.

When I eventually received my key and went upstairs, the room was not what I expected. I always check the mattresses for cleanliness, especially for bedbugs, and the mattress looked very old and worn. The room did not feel clean. There was visible dust buildup in the corners and underneath the beds. The beds themselves felt dusty and dirty, to the point where I slept on top of the blankets because I didn’t feel comfortable.

This was not an ideal place to stay especially while on vacation. I would have gladly paid the extra $100–$200 to stay somewhere else if I had known this location would not meet basic cleanliness and service expectations.

Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The room was a bit dated but still modern enough, and cleaned to our satisfaction. It would have been nice to at least have a few bottles of water in the fridge. And the TV only came with YouTube and Netflix, maybe adding Prime and Hulu may be good options for guests to enjoy the TV. Overall the staff was nice and the location was great!

The pool and hot tub is painted a hideous butter yellow and chocolate brown combination that is not conducive to a serene relaxing experience, but the hot tub works well and it is clean and everything else was lovely. Just making note of this so they will someday repaint and relieve our poor eyes of that godawful yellow and brown pool.

Overall nice and clean with friendly, helpful staff. Nice amenities. Would be nice if there were a bar/restaurant in the hotel. The King suite were nice, but limited comfortable seating for having our traveling companions over to visit. (I was sure the pictures showed a couch, but there was none.)
Some construction in the area, and the surrounding neighborhoods feel a little unsafe at night sometimes.

Cleanliness, hospitality and housekeeping were all outstanding.
Saif Sayed, the hotel manager, was very attentive and kind in the matter of a personal event I occurred. I had cut my finger and he was on hand within just a few minutes to offer first aid. Because of his professionalism and quick timing with first aid supplies I quickly avoided a trip to an Urgent Care facility and have almost healed over completely from the finger cut.

Breakfast options very limited and basic, A/C had a loud vibrating noise right above the bed, if you're a Gold Member or above, you'll have to constantly let them know and ask for your \"benefits\", parking is expensive on top of the daily rate they add taxes almost half of the daily rate.

We were there for a family trip. The location made a central home base for our week filled with different activities. Parking was easy and included in/out privileges. Our room was spacious and having a full kitchen was a huge plus. Having a wall of windows on one side, plus the lighting in the room made it feel bright and cheery. This isn’t always the case in downtown hotels with tall buildings all around. The beds were comfortable and overall the room was updated. Note that the hallways were a bit outdated, but we didn’t mind. The full breakfast included was a plus. A grocery store was a mile away, making it convenient. My only complaint (if you could call it one) was the extra blanket they had in the closet…it was very old and would not use it. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Large, pet friendly room with a small balcony. Good size kitchen although we did not make use of it. Great location. Large pool and smaller hot tub which was great for families. Good size and well equipped gym. Loved the complimentary breakfast in the morning and the parking was easy, safe and secure.
