This was an excellent 5-night stay! Conveniently located downtown with everything walking or Uber distance and in a seemingly safe area. Since the hotel is next to the hospital, we did hear a few ambulance sirens when our windows were open. Room 2804 was a huge corner suite with kitchen, very comfy mattress and pillows, large TV, great views off the balcony, separate living room with sofa and chairs. This hotel has the best free breakfast we have ever had! Got $30 coupon per guest for every morning in the restaurant which is very nice! Choose off the menu. The fitness room was very nice and clean with lots of equipment. The heated indoor pool was very clean. Great little coffee and pastry shop. Free safe underground parking included was also great. Staff were super helpful. Everyone is very professional. Nothing to complain about. Highly recommended!

Nice stay at this hotel. Convenient location, nice staff, clean room, great perks with free breakfast and parking. The only thing that I hope they can do better with the shower. It’s either too hot or too cold. Took us a while to adjust to the right temperature every time we shower.

Shower was a big problem. Water could not be regulated, either scalding or freezing cold, despite all efforts.

Had a good stay overall, but there were a couple things that could’ve been more ideal. Eating options are pretty limited considering you only get a $25 coupon for the whole room for the entire duration of your stay, and the restaurant and café have great food, but it is pricey. Either having a better coupon or some more affordable options would be nice, although there are some other good restaurants nearby but again pricey. The room itself is very comfortable, although I think the kitchen is rather small considering the size of the room. Would be nice to get some more varieties of coffee (such as dark roast) provided as well. It would also be great if the TV was compatible with smartphones or had a screencast option. One thing I would like to bring up is we actually got locked out of our room one night because my brother put the lock on from inside, so we had some staff try to help us out with a special tool, but the lock seemed to be bent from the inside so it didn’t work (luckily we were able to get in later). However, the staff were very friendly and helpful and did their best so I appreciated that. The gym could use a couple renovations, mainly just equipment repairs (and some weights were missing?) but it’s decent other than that. The pool however absolutely could use an upgrade. It looks like it hasn’t been changed in over 20 years, only part of the building that seems out of place. Other than that, checking in and out went smoothly and I enjoyed my stay here overall.

Room is showing its age with spots on the ceiling tiles and sloppy paint. Water temperature in shower was not very good and one shower ended up with entirely cold water. The staff were good. Newer sheets on bed felt like they were made out of paper.

Great location. Staff were friendly, room was lovely and spacious. Bed was comfortable.
Bathroom needed a little attention as there was damage from a previous occupant.
Breakfast was delicious but drink never came despite a couple of reminders (usually it would come before meal), bill was adjusted thankfully.

The room was clean but showed some wear and tear, especially in the kitchen. The kitchenware provided was minimal but servicable. The pool facility could use some improvement. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, room service was quick and often went beyond the initial request.

Every staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quite large - we had a one bedroom - but the bathroom was a bit tired. The restaurant serves amazing food! The location is quite central and there was actually green space nearby for walking the dog!

We had suite and used the kitchen facilities during our 4 night stay. The location was perfect because my wife had an operation next door at St Paul’s Hospital. The Canada Line station (Vancouver City Centre) at Granville/Georgia (which accesses the airport) is only about a 15 minute walk to the Century Plaza.

My family and I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet. The balaconies are big and the windows bring a lot of natural light into the rooms. I love that the windows open and you can have access to fresh air. There is a lot of emergency vehicles and Sirens at all time of day and night due to the hospital next door but that didn't bother me if the windows were shut. Everything we wanted to see or do was within walking distance and public transport station was close if we needed when we wanted to go to the airport and science centre

The beds and pillows are unbelievably comfortable, the kitchen is a nice feature, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Sehaj, Brijesh, Mary, Zeenhan, Beth, and Suzanna (from CPrime) as well as housekeeping all went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. I was especially grateful for Brijesh who personally made me feel valued and respected during my stay.

The only things I wish I could change are more cooking utensils and a bowl in suites, hot water was sparse near check out hours, and there were at times long waits for elevators.

Things that were spectactual were thecommercial Nespresso machine in room, full kitchen incuding stove and oven, classy decor in rooms, impeccably clean spaces, large balcony, on site restaurant, on site coffee shop, and hospitable staff and front door personnel.

We appreciated the kitchens in our room as it made our trip easier. Though we were on the side of the building facing St. Paul’s which was very loud and sirens late into the night and early in the morning. Location was good though, a 30 minute walk to the convention centre.

Wished the windows were more sound proof and would have liked for there to be more then 2 sets of everything in the room (booked room for 4 people but only had 2 towels, 2 sets of dishes, etc)

Honestly this hotel had everything we needed: great room size, a large comfortable bed, clean bathroom with mini toiletries, a TV, and a mini kitchenette, and the breakfast at the restaurant on site was incredible. Service was lovely and the location and parking was extremely convenient. The only downside I would say is the shower-head and controls is a bit outdated and it stood out to me because otherwise we were super happy with our stay!

The hotel was wonderful. All the staff were kind and courageous. Always greeted with a smile. The suit was spacious. And clean. The kids loved swimming in the pool. In walking distance to the ocean and lots of great places to shop. We will most definitely be staying again.

The room wasn’t as described in the booking. I thought I was going to get a suite but got the single room that had a locked door to an adjoining suite. This room was very small and had three steps going down to the bed, but not much room for anything else except for the desk with TV. The lights and phone didn’t work.. I had to change rooms and was put on the backside of the hotel where I heard sirens all night from the hospital next-door.

Very nice restaurant in the hotel. Convenient attached parking with monitoring. Swimming pool there but tired and needs a brightening refresh. Good for if you just want to swim though!

The only reason I difn't score a 5 was because the amenities in the kitchen were very limited. No.pairing kmife, no cookie sheet, no can opener. I'm sure I could have probably called for some of those items (because I hsve gad them on previous stays). We made do and it was all good.

The building was in poor condition. The floors with the ice and pool smelled terrible (like urinal cakes). The carpet in my room was dirty, and I didn't feel good about walking around barefoot. Low water pressure in my room and the toilet didn't flush well...
