I stayed here for the third time and it is definitely wayyy nicer than it was 3 years ago. Stayed in a beautiful balcony room on the newly renovated 18th floor with an amazing view. The hotel was clean throughout, including the hallways, and the price was great for the location. Customer service from the management and day staff is 10/10.

Had a really comfortable stay and would definitely come back.

Clean room no complaints, hot tub jets didn’t work and probably haven’t for a long time clearly the hotel is run on the cheap maintenance on everything is very shoddy, ie the door to our balcony was off the track and slide poorly and the entrance door to our room was very beat up and let a massive amount of light through. Overall not a bad experience but for the price you’d be better off to spend a bit more and stay at a higher end hotel in the same area.

The restaurant was delicious! We ate there a lot. There was a big group of several hundred college kids that stayed there for a few nights that were very loud and disruptive. Wish they handled that better but other than that the stay was great.

The location is good, nice and clean overall. The restaurant is nice with good staff.
The rooms are getting abit dated, poor lights, and not good ventilation in the bathrooms,, I did see a notice about a renovation going on but we where in an old room.
The beds are nice and comfortable.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, but the hotel itself is very run down. It felt like we were in motel. The rooms were run down the beds extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pool area was cold. I went with my kids and yes it was fun, they had a blast, but I think for the price I would expect something more upscale. Again, staff amazing, and I know the hotel is working on renovations. We were on the 8th floor. It just seemed a bit rough around the edges.

Excellent location near Canada Place with a good variety of restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit old, but still in good condition. We're happy that it had a pretty big gym and an indoor pool and hot tub. We really wanted to try the restaurant and bar downstairs but didn't have the time. But it had a terrace with a nice view of the mountains. The rooms were a good size for the price. The only things I'll nitpick are that they had paper cups instead of proper glasses and mugs in the room, and the carpets made the interiors feel old. Overall, it was a good stay and would definitely consider coming back.

I had a fantastic stay at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront. The location truly couldn’t be better—right in the heart of everything Vancouver has to offer, making it incredibly easy to explore the city.

What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly and professional, but a special mention goes to Pavel—he was absolutely awesome and made the experience even more enjoyable.

The breakfast buffet was another highlight. It was outstanding, with a great variety and quality that exceeded expectations.

Overall, this was a top-tier experience, and I will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel was just fine. Our only issue was finding the parking in the parkade. There was nothing on the street to indicate hotel parking. We went into the parkade not knowing if it was where the hotel parking was. There was no signage in the parkade directing you to the hotel parking. We parked, and were looking for the access to the hotel lobby, and finally saw a \"Hotel Parking\" sign. So, we go back to the car, and go where directed and there's still no signage. We finally found it. They need better signage on the street and in the parkade.

Just a short walk from the cruise ship terminal. The hotel entrance is only on Hastings street. Our room was a waterfront view and it was outstanding. We arrived early as we disembarked by 9:30, rounds me are not available until 3:00 pm. The concierge was a great help and held our baggage until our room was made ready. The hotel later called us to check in at 12:30. Awesome!

Overall we were happy for our stay, location, breakfast, clean room, and friendly staff ( super helpful for booking tickets for us ).
Just one small thing that we booked partial ocean view room with a balcony, but there is no patio furniture, to me, that’s a pity.

The staff were awesome, friendly and helpful. Our Harbourview room with a full balcony was lovely, with a beautiful view of the harbour and North Shore Mountains where we could watch the seaplanes take off and land. The restaurant was excellent, and the hotel was in a great location to easily walk to many attractions, as well as to Waterfront Station to grab the Skytrain back to the airport.
Thank you to the staff for making our getaway for our anniversary so enjoyable!

Nicely located at water front and about 12 min walk from train station. Lots of walk around place nearby and about 8 min away from Robson Street.

The hotel show its age but staff are nice. We didn’t try the food inside due to there are just too many ice cafe near the hotel.

The neighborhood generally is safe but you occasionally see a homeless person at corner. Close to park at water front that we can do walk in the morning.

The hotel elevator malfunction the first day and they have a staff to help us go up and down. And during our stay, there were some construction or cleaning that was noisy in day time.

The amenities is minimal but ok as we brought our own supplies. The hotel is good for family travel or if you are visiting convention center.

We didn’t try few walks to gas light district and it’s about 15 minutes. For the price, I consider this is a fair place to stay.

Some how they missed a hanger on the floor. But worse, it sounded like the bed was broken because when I sat down on the right side if the bed ( closer to the bathroom) there was a loud sound, like wood breaking. Every time I sat down. Strange. Room was aged but clean.

Clean room, central location, beautiful views from our room. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the guests in the next room were extremely noisy our first night playing loud music & yelling until 3 a.m. fortunately they checked out the next day & I was able to use headphones to minimize their noise. Then a couple nights later the hotel was flooded with young people for what appeared to be prom night. They were very noisy in the elevator area that was around the corner from our room. Bad timing I guess. For the amount we paid for 5 nights I think we could have gotten value elsewhere.

Location was great! Walking distance to Stanley Park, downtown, English Bay Beach, Sky TrainWaterfront station to airport, etc.

Hotel could use some upgrades - lighter coloured paint, repair to doors, etc.

Elevator broken down while we were there.

All staff were very nice from cleaning staff to restaurant to front desk.

After booking the room for the wrong date unintentionally, they refused to help me resolve the situation and said it was Expedia's problem. Called Expedia and they said it was the hotel's problem. After countless emails and phone calls it never got resolved. Terrible customer service!

The main problem was the breakfast I paid for the breakfast buffet for me and my daughter was about $96 but the food was so bad. Almost nothing tasted good - how can you have a buffet breakfast for that much money with barely anything warm and from eggs to porridge bland??? I was so disappointed - the food truly sucks!! The hotel is fine and the location is great but - eat out please.

Really happy with this hotel, especially since we received a great rate. The breakfast buffet which I added onto the 1 night was one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts I’ve had. The location is perfect about 10 mins from the Waterfront Station, which is the main train station to take you to all points. All staff we came across were friendly & helpful. Starting with the bell man, who warmly greeted us & held our luggage for us till the room was ready. Check in & out was seamless & very organized. The room was a decent size, upgraded to a beautiful harbor view with a balcony! Very nice! Bed was super comfy, nice, clean, quiet room. Checked out the pool & it looked nice too. The scent in the lobby is amazing! Thank you!

Totally catfished by the room photos online. Our room (543) was a dark bunker with a small door in one corner, that offered the only natural light. The view — The office employees working across the courtyard. The staff was friendly, but the building is old and are room was horrible. There are too many other nice hotels nearby to stay here. Don’t risk it.

Rooms ready for updating which apparently is in the process, but the renovated rooms aren't yet ready. Unfortunate that the balconies are not really usable. Staff were all excellent and the food and drinks were all very good. Great location which made many areas walkable. Water view from the room also something to enjoy. Parking convenient and unexpectedly expensive.
