We love that this hotel is pet friendly. The room was perfect. Continental breakfast had more choices than any place I've seen. The free drinks is a nice touch also. What is needed is a pet area. Also the parking rate is ridiculous but that is Vancouver I guess

My family and I recently stayed at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre and had a very comfortable experience overall.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing space after a long day of work and travel. I especially appreciated how tidy everything was upon arrival as it immediately set a positive tone for the stay.

The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was smooth even though we arrived quite late. A special thank you to Milton for his assistance—he was welcoming, efficient, and made the late-night arrival pleasant for us.

Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options to start the day. It’s a convenient feature if you’re planning a busy schedule in Vancouver.

For future travellers: if you’re arriving late, don’t worry, the front desk is accommodating, and the process is quick.

Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, helpful staff, and comfortable amenities in and around downtown.

Fantastic place to stay with great amenities! I needed a place to stay with 3 beds, which is really hard to find. This Sheraton property offered a two bedroom suite with 2 doubles in one room & a king in the other. They also allow up to 2 pets to stay complimentary! They have a Starbucks on site and a great pool, 2 hot tubs, and a good-sized gym. And you’re right downtown.

We travelled with our family with 4 rooms booked at this hotel. From the outside the hotel is beautiful but on the inside the building has an odd layout and kind of confusing when you are trying to get to where you need to go. The staff were not super welcoming. My mother’s room had a drug baggie under her bed, she let the front end staff know they apologized and refunded her money. Our room appeared clean until we looked under the bed which seems to be overlooked by the cleaning staff. Our room only had about a quarter of a roll of toilet paper which I found odd we had to call for more. My sisters room had toothpaste all over her vanity she received an apology and they cleaned her room but I was not confident in the cleanliness of this place after the 2 incidents. Parking was expensive I wish they would tell you when you book that it is an additional $60 per night to park there. My room was loud on our second night I could hear people talking loudly until 4am which woke me a couple of times throughout the night. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub the hotel also has an impressive and spacious gym. Service at the restaurant was quite slow. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again with there being hotels at a cheaper price point for what we got at this place.

The hotel staff and facility were perfect. Complimentary services were very helpful and much appreciated (toothbrushes, disposable utensils, water bottles etc.). Cleaning was done regularly (I believe twice a day) and towels and garbage were always changed. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful upon arrival, as well as in arranging services when needed. I couldn’t recommend the property more based on these factors. The only negative I have would be concerning the homeless population in/around the area, although this would be true for most places located downtown (not exclusively an issue with the hotel or location itself). For the most part I felt safe in the area (especially within the hotel grounds) and it was definitely a very nice location in general (close to many essentials and attractions, which I very much enjoyed)

Check-in is a joke. This hotel has a check in time at 4 PM. However management seem to feel that having one trainee checking in everybody at 4 o'clock is the way to go for a good customer experience. It took me 35 minutes to get checked in with only two groups in front of me then I was put in the wrong room and he took another hour for me to get the correct room.
Also beware this hotel likes to gouge its guests by charging $70 for overnight parking when you can park across the street in a public parking lot for $20 a night. Corporate greed at its finest. Avoid this hotel.

The housekeeping was excellent and the hotel team were incredible to provide us anything we were lacking.
Breakfast was delicious and the view from the window on a high floor was stunning..
The location is right in the middle to almost everything you want to see or visit. And the evening lights on the trees in front of the hotel were magical. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

The hotel was very nice. We went to use the pool and hot tub and found it had very large exercise facilities. The hot tub wasn’t particularly hot but it was a nice escape. There were two hot tubs but one was only open on the last day following maintenance.

Room cleanliness was great although I did see plastic gloves on the floor for a couple of days. Silly that breakfast for two would have costed an additional $45 (we're a family of 4 with kids, that wouldve been too expensive and great places within walking distance). Staff friendly and helpful. Very quiet although the hospital is close so you will hear sirens. Awesome location, easy to get to many downtown locations.

Unfortunately, we left disappointed and would not stay there again. The room/site felt extremely dated and dirty (grime was everywhere: floors, outlets, switches, and walls). The WIFI did not work anywhere except in the lobby (spent an hour on the phone with the WIFI support before giving up); room service ordering/payment went down, which was a small inconvenience; the bed was so uncomfortable it caused us both to leave with locked-up backs. On the positive side, the staff was very nice, and the view was lovely (king corner room!). The location is great, very walkable. The food was delicious. Accessibility is not the greatest. For the high rate... we expected a better experience.

I was traveling alone with three children and a dog and the valet staff kindly helped bring our belongings to the room and look after our vehicle during check-in. The cleaning staff made several attempts to refresh the room with clean towels etc while we were out * about which demonstrated excellent customer service.

Wonderful view from my room balcony. Will stay here every time I’m go to Vancouver. Only snafu is they do not accept debit Visa cards for deposits. I find that very disappointing. They were very kind to pull out a debit machine from somewhere and take a $200 deposit and return it once I checked out but had told me they won’t do it again.

The family room was perfect for our family of 4. It gave my husband and I some space from the kids and each of them had their own bed.

The views from the giant windows were amazing. Even though the clouds hid the mountains from us, the cityscape and lit up trees and fountain on the hotel property were lovely.

We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the views, overall hotel quality and staff.
Only criticism was how cold the pool and hot tub were. We went with two young kids, which means the pool was very important to our trip, but neither could handle being in the pool for more than 5-10 minutes before their lips would start to turn blue, and the hot tub was only lukewarm.
That said, if the pool isn’t a big deal for you, then this hotel is pretty much perfect.

Figuring out parking was a bit overwhelming, spots are tight had to unload then back in . Room was ready a bit early and was clean and spacious for the family suite. Bathroom ceiling was low and bumped my hands into it on occasion. Didn’t receive my drink vouchers that came with Expedia booking.
