I hope this note finds you well. My family and I just concluded our stay at The Parker Hotel, and I wanted to share both our appreciation and some feedback.
We rented the Executive Suite after a long trip, particularly because we were traveling with two young children and hoped for a restful evening. While we found the hotel’s amenities and staff excellent, we unfortunately encountered an issue with a party on the rooftop that lasted until 9 p.m. The loud music kept our kids awake, which affected our early morning plans today.
We understand that such events are part of hotel operations, and the team did ask them to lower the volume. However, we believe this type of potential disruption should be clearly communicated on platforms like Hotels.com. I have already informed them.
We rented the Executive Suite after a long trip, particularly because we were traveling with two young children and hoped for a restful evening. When someone arrives by car, the staff should be polite, respectful, and welcoming from the start. The front desk should be more friendly and provide tourists with helpful information about things to do around the city. They should also be more willing to assist guests with questions and recommendations. In addition, parking should be included in the hotel price. Guests should not have to pay a separate fee for parking.

The hotel is clean and modern with a pretty good view of Vancouver. The room is well maintained and clean. The beds and pillows are plush and comfy. Its location is great as it is within walking distance of attractions and many restaurants. The staff is nice and well mannered and helpful. However, they did not give us a complimentary bottle of wine with our Expedia booking, but we did not ask for it. It a great stay.

I got locked in the bathroom when we first arrived. The doorknob was faulty. Took facilities about 30 minutes to remove the entire unit and open the door. The hotel didn’t offer us a new room and nothing else for the inconvenience. On our last day, we went to the front desk to log the complaint, the employee was very apologetic and offered to confer with management on waiving our parking fee. There was no follow up from management on this matter with us, I had to email the manager in order to get parking fee waived. Very unsatisfactory when it comes to customer service and facility maintenance.

I had a pleasant stay at the Parker Hotel. The location was excellent, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
One downside was the lack of room service, which made it difficult to order food late at night. Fortunately, there were many good dining options nearby. Another drawback was the construction around the building, which created some noise in the mornings and made it a bit harder to relax.
Overall, the hotel offered a comfortable stay in a fantastic location, and I would consider staying there again.

Nice, clean place, but rooms are super small. Lots of street noise all night, plus noise from above. We were on the 8th floor and the cleanup crew at the \"rooftop\" lounge was pretty noisy. AC unit was real loud so we turned it off at night. Kiti at the front desk was very helpful at check in, and got us in a bit early.

The location of the property was excellent. We were near the sea wall paths to walk to every destination such as restaurants, sights, and coffee shops. The staff went out of the way to accommodate our needs. The room was comfortable and the view of the city was pleasing. The room wasn’t as clean as it could have been but it sufficed. The bathtub was difficult to get in and out due to the large size whirlpool tub features. If you’re a senior ask for a regular shower tub for easier access.

You can order just one breakfast item and a drink from the manue and that's it. They could provide buffet to upgrade their hotel. The location is great. We didn't get any trouble of taking Uber. We stayed in the jacuzzi room. The room was clean and the staff were polite. The valet service was great. While our stay here wasn’t terrible, there were a few issues that when all considered mean we won’t be returning.
The WiFi was very poor and unusable for most of our stay. The outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. There was a faint smell of sewage present on the second night that worsened throughout the evening and into the morning. Before 9am, a man came over the intercoms to announce that the elevators would be closed briefly for a fire alarm testing.

We booked this room as a 4 star hotel but I would not say the room or the inside of the hotel was up to that standard. Nice lobby and entrance and the staff were kind enough.
The first room we were put into the AC fan was loud and squeaky and there was no way we would have managed to sleep and requested another room which they accommodated right away.
The manager kindly waved the parking fee ($60! - even though listed as $35 on hotels .com and in the email we received before we arrived) for the inconvenience.
The second room was a bit nicer, but I noticed silverfish on the bathroom room floor while I was showering.
When we went for breakfast it was a very basic a la cart choice that we had prepaid for. The breakfast restaurant needs attention, all kinds of boxes and junk pilled up in a corner of the dinning room, even Mcdonalds doesn't have this!
Also in the hallway outside the elevators, the floor was so dirty. Also the front of the cabinets in the room desperate for a wipe down.
Bed and pillows were comfortable, the best part of the stay.
Overall for the $350+ we paid, I wouldn't stay here again.

When going their they said the parking was $60.00 a night the next day the put a sigh up saying roof top was $22.00. That’s a joke the rooms are small. garbage from other people in the room.. Disgusting as they put it on the side table. They where painting in the lobby counter Black as the smell was so strong as l get headaches as it a trigger sick all night from. Two days of it. The restaurant closed two days than a private function said booked hours before. Never heard of that. Normally that’s booked months before. It was my worst experience at any hotel l have even stayed at. I have travel a lot.

Room was nice. I stayed four nights. I did not make use of the rooftop restaurant or the breakfast restaurant. Instead, I went elsewhere for food because I like to walk and explore. Coffee shops nearby. Location is excellent for catching the ferry across False Creek to Granville Island.

Overall this place really wasn’t worth the money. The proximity to the beach, Granville Island & Stanley Park was nice but the hotel is very warn down and uncomfortable. Notably the beds were very stiff, with sheets that did not fit so they came off the bed very easily and in one case on our last night we even had a pillow with a bloodstain!! I personally won’t take my family back but hope that others have a better experience should they chose to stay there.

The parking situation and location were great however the room and overall hotel were very dated. The first room we were assigned was 26.5C and the AC was broken, they ultimately reassigned our room to one that seemed to have previously been a smoking room (IYKYK). TV also didn’t work great, took a lot of troubleshooting and sometimes just gave up. Fridge in the room wasn’t very cold either. Bedding was clean and the shared spaces were well maintained. Lots of windows and was able to open window for fresh air which was a bonus.

The location of this hotel is perfect , 2 blocks takes you to the water taxi to Granville Island, or you can take a stroll along the ocean wall to sunset beach .
