Beautiful hotel located perfectly between the bay, shopping and Granville Street. Very clean and super friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Easy to take the train from the airport and then a short walk from your stop. I will definitely stay there again!

The parking situation and location were great however the room and overall hotel were very dated. The first room we were assigned was 26.5C and the AC was broken, they ultimately reassigned our room to one that seemed to have previously been a smoking room (IYKYK). Personally would not stay here again.

Staff were friendly and helpful, security was present which was nice as a solo traveler. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (sink overflow looked gross). TV also didn’t work great, took a lot of troubleshooting and sometimes just gave up. Fridge in the room wasn’t very cold either. Bedding was clean and the shared spaces were well maintained. Lots of windows and was able to open window for fresh air which was a bonus.

Very restful stay at Rooftop. Helpful and respectful staff. Found Rooftop restaurant quite pricey tho for quality of food choices. This hefty bill was offset by free sitdown breakfasts offered. Great location for exploring downtown Vancouver!

The location of this hotel is perfect , 2 blocks takes you to the water taxi to Granville Island, or you can take a stroll along the ocean wall to sunset beach . Staff were very helpful and answered any questions we had. Rooms were very clean but a bit dated but I understand they are renovating . Overall a great stay and I’d go back

Staying at the Parker was a mixed experience. On the plus side, the location was great, the hotel was reasonably clean, and the valet/porter staff are helpful and attentive. In-room, the blackout curtains were effective, and the mattress was comfortable. The elevators were reasonably fast. On the negative side... the room was definitely not the 28 sqm it was advertised as being, perhaps 20-22. Sound isolation is bad, both from the outside world and the hallway. The in-room heating/cooling is also very loud. All told, earplugs are a must. Breakfast was edible at best, with slow and inattentive service on the first day... nobody in the party of five that dined wanted to return to the hotel restaurant the next morning even though breakfast was included in our rate (we'd rather pay more elsewhere to avoid it!). In room, a sometimes-helpful-sometimes-awful light turns on automatically from under the bed, presumably to guide sleepy patrons to the washroom at night... but there's no way to turn that off, and it can be bright/disturbing for a sleeping partner. Finally, my Hotels.com VIP privilege of a free bottle of wine was not honoured. Not the most terrible thing, but it was noticed. Overall, staying at the Parker Executive Hotel didn't feel like a very premium experience despite the fancy cars parked out front, more like a just a notch up from a good highwayside place. I don't think the hotel should be avoided, but my spouse and I concurred we would try somewhere else next time.

Excellent location. Staff unable to explain what looked like extra credit card charges. Main dining room closed one night for a private event. No warning. I had invited a friend for dinner. Room had very strange lighting under the bed with no obvious way to turn it off at night and no instruction. Heater/Air Conditioner very loud. Bathtub needed a safet/grab bar.

The room was clean and acceptable. The room had a broken door lock and the curtains needed adjustment because they wouldn’t close but was repaired upon request.
Parking was pricey
Service was excellent including valet, cleaning and front desk. It would be more comfortable to have front desk attendants at the front desk, many times they were in the back room adjoining and less accommodating

The staff were nice. I made reservations about 8 weeks in advance. At that time, I asked for 2 extra blankets, that didn’t happen. The bathroom had only 2 washcloths. I had to call for more as there was three of us. They brought up 2 hand towels. There are lights under each bed that go off and on with motion. I asked how to turn them off. They said you have to disconnect them from under the bed.
The hotel lobby is very small. It doesn’t look anything the pictures. There’s no cafe. No gift shop, nothing. Just bare bones.

Great location close to beach walk. Local restaurants relatively walkable. Breakfast was convenient. Had other amenities like bikes - we did not use because they are very old style bikes and not very adjustable to riders of varying sizes, free shuttle - we did not use this as one event was out of the shuttle distance range and our other event was outside the operating time. Desk staff and Concierge were absolutely wonderful! Also close to water taxi.

We had a nice stay at the Parker Hotel. The staff was very helpful. The rooftop bar was nice and food was delicious. I booked this hotel because they had a shuttle and breakfast. The shuttle service does not include the airport, doesn't start til 10 and ends at 5 and only includes a small area. They do not pick you up. We were disappointed in that but thankful for Uber!

It’s an older hotel compared to the images. They have updated the televisions in the rooms and beds, but the carpet, walls, ceiling and other things in the room are a bit outdated. The first room I was given the fridge didn’t work, the fridge door was beaten and broken apart, the ceiling vent was lopsided and the television wasn’t working properly. Then they moved me to another room and it was smaller but everything worked. I only got $35 American Dollars back onto my card for the inconvenience. It was nice they will drive you and drop you off anywhere downtown. It’s not bad walking back as long as the weather is good. Breakfast was offered for free bc of the inconvenience but there was no meat alternatives for dietary restrictions. I don’t eat beef or pork and they had all pork products.

We stayed at the Parker Rooftop Hotel (felt meant to be since we’re Parkers 😊). The staff went above and beyond when their guest car wasn’t available, they covered our taxi to the Vancouver Playhouse (Queen Elizabeth Theatre complex). Such a thoughtful touch! Will definitely be back.

Unfortunatelly, there's no lobby bar and the Rooftop Restaurant was closed all week-end long. Other negative point, the fan in the room is very noisy.

Nice hotel in a good location. A little disappointed with the hotel staff, although they were nice, they were not very helpful. Upon arrival, we were told to self-park our car (even though our booking included the parking package and valet was emphasized). As a result, we never learned about how the valet service worked and only learned about it the morning of our departure and had to work with the bell man on it in a rush that morning. Additionally, we were hoping to use the bike rentals that were featured as an amenity but the front desk staff said they didn't know how it worked and told us to talk to the bellman, who was no where to be found - so we never used it. It's a nice, clean hotel and the rooftop is great, but we were just disappointed with these minor things.

We stayed there for 10 days and were very happy with the help from staff, including those worked at the front desk, valet, cleaning and second-floor restaurant.

The location is great--walking distance to lots of downtown attractions and a short drive to the Denman Street area (lots of street food and close to the beach).

Note that if you pick the free breakfast option, you will be responsible for the valet cost if you have a vehicle (approx. $50/day!). The front desk gave us a deep discount for our stay. The breakfast vouchers were handy and flexible (two per day but you could also use more than two in one day) and we ended up not using all of them. The plated breakfast was awesome--way above buffet quality.

Only thing I noticed was that when it got cold outside, the heating system was a bit noisy at night--It did not affect others in the room but I am a light sleeper.

I did not expect this level of service to be honest, but felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment we stepped in the door.

This was a quick weekend visit and therefore I didn’t have high needs or expectations but the Parker was incredible. Kiti at the front desk made check in a breeze, answered my questions without hesitation, and was there seemingly 24/7 always in the lobby with a smile on ready to help.

The room was spotless, very modern, and had comfy beds. The bathroom seemed brand new and the l’occitane amenities were appreciated. Every aspect of the room was comfortable - the big chairs, the giant TV, the ice bucket (with ice and water machine steps away in the hallway), and the unique dimmer switch which meant the lights weren’t just on/off. The view was nothing special but having a room up high made it easier to take in the sunlight in the morning.

The shuttle is a great perk that helps get around the city without needing to figure out directions or transit.

Having a restaurant up top was unique and there are great views up there. Even being on the 8th floor I found it amazing that the noise and music from the 9th floor restaurant didn’t carry through at all.

The hotel feels compact with a small lobby and driveway but its location is convenient for much of Vancouver. Parking is absurdly expensive at $52/night which is higher than even five star hotels I have stayed at before. Aside from that, this place is a great option and we will be back again.

Not so good: I had to pull the fridge out and turn it on from the back and the air conditioner was loud. Coffee maker looked dirty on the inside of the water tank, so I couldn't use it to boil water for tea.

Good: Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was very comfortable. I love the ability to cast my Netflix to the TV as well.

My room was perfect, wish it was bigger, but don't we always? The bathroom was typical with many spare towels, which is a nice touch. Like the regular hangers and other iron and board. Even the robes are soft and super white!
The staff at the restaurant and upstairs bar are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Work recommend.

Great price for a nice clean hotel with warm lovely staff. Would be great when they get the hot tub going. Definitely enjoy staying here when I find a good deal as it’s not a high end property.
