Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, relaxing sleep. Handy coffee shop next door for mornings. Restaurant next door Burgoo was excellent for dinner. Relaxing sitting entrance and second floor sitting area with table firepit nice touch! Elevator was down for a bit, no continental breakfast but they had evening snack and drink which was a nice surprise. Overall pleased wonderful stay overall!

The property is so cute and colourful. Affordable for the area, and convenient to downtown, Davie Village, Granville etc … complimentary bike rental was a nice touch. It’s definitely a budget hotel but we were comfortable.

Room was not clean what so ever. Got there and it looked like the bed had not been cleaned, sheets had hair all through the bed. Then when I went to pull back the bed sheets to get in, I was greeted by a big massive what looked like either a booger that’s was very stuck and dry or someone’s chewed gum. Either way, gross! Then when we went to tell the front staff, they were attentive and I told them I wanted new sheets and I myself was going to make my
Own bed, however they proceeded to give us two sets and neither of them had the right sheets or even clean ones at that. Opened the sheets and an old blood stain. Then Upon removing the used sheets and mattress protector, I found dirty socks between the bed frame and mattress. Mattress killed my back, it’s very old and saggy.
Overall, 2/10. Thank goodness the staff were kind, or I would have checked right out and found somewhere else to go for the night.

Fantastic location. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The bed was comfy and clean. The room was small but well appointed with a mini fridge and coffee machine, coffee and creamers etc.
A very nice touch was some free chips and non alcoholic drinks down by the reception at night.
The courtyard is a fun area to hang out in with a fire place and a ping pong table.
This hotel also had a laundry machine and dryer onsite.
The only thing I’d mention is the flooring in our room was a bit damaged and my husband caught his foot on it a couple times and hurt himself. Also, the drive down into the parking area is very steep and we scraped our car even when going super slowly.

They Don't have anyone helping you with bags in and out the door that has two steps. The door doesn't have an automatic open either. It's a very small elevator.

Room was clean aside from a large clump of hair stuck to the blowdryer. As others mentioned walls are pretty thin but to be expected in an older building. The courtyard was cute and likely a nice place to hang out in the summer. It was pouring rain so we didn't spend much time out there. Good location for downtown activities. Check in was a little slow even after 4 oclock. I was \"welcomed\" to 3 different room numbers through their automatic updates and when I arrived they were unclear as to if my room was even ready. The fire safety plan on the back of our room door was labelled as a different room whick could be confusibg for some. Overall not a bad experience and a good option for those just there to sleep for a night. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper

Great price for downtown Vancouver as well with helpful and efficient staff. The staff takes time to approved my free parking, they said I have to pay at first then I show him the offer that was stated here in this site. And he only allowed 1 car but we have 2 cars. Room was spotless and in a perfect location in centralized in downtown Van. Easy walk to shopping and dining. Parking is secured under the building but you have to check in first and get your room key for access. Super friendly front desk staff at all hours and housekeeping were also friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend! Coffee shop attached to the lobby is good but dozens of other options abound nearby like Starbucks and Breka a block away. Burgoo restaurant on the corner is pretty tasty too! Not like your typical HIE or Hampton Inn, but it’s a comfy room and bathroom to call your own when done exploring Van.

I just don’t think it’s worth it for the price at all. When we checked in the girl at the counter had an attitude even tho we are just checking in. No smiles, welcome or greetings. We checked in late around 10pm on the 10th Feb. All of the other staff after were really nice and helpful. But the hotel itself wasn’t worth in, it smells so bad like MOLD. That was really the main issue. Plus the charge us $25 a night for pets and $30 dollars a night for just parking and tax…
