Das Zimmer war sehr schön groß, genauso wie das Bad. Es war allerdings ein Zimmer für behinderte Personen. Die Küche war hilfreich, aber spärlich ausgestattet. Die Elektrogeräte hatten alle irgendeinen Schaden, sodass wir sie nicht oder nur äußerst vorsichtig (Kühlschrank) benutzt haben. Frühstück war nicht inbegriffen.

Nice location and easy to walk from train station and to bus station. Check in was a bit chaotic as they seem overly firm about not allowing anyone to check in one minute before 16:00, and so very long line waiting to check in.

It’s a good base for Caen if you don’t have a car. Close to the train station, close to city center (walking distance or taking the tram). Shower is amazing water pressure, kitchen is super clean and has a small fridge, microwave and stove (didn’t use). Nice sealed window so it’s quiet inside the room.
The AC could use some work perhaps - it’s not super cold, maybe just a maintenance issue.

Conveniently located, close to the train station but we had a car. Secured parking area for the hotel which was nice. Lots of places to eat close by. Area is pretty along the river front. The staff were friendly and the suite spacious with a small kitchenette. Despite the hotel advertising laundry facilities, their dryer was not working and they charge 10€ to do a load for you. We were on the top floor and the a/c wasn’t really working so was a bit warm. Hallways were cooler than room. They said it was fixed but it wasn’t really so left the window open. For the money you can’t go wrong.

This could have been a better review, but we booked what they call a 2 bedroom suite as we were travelling with my mother in law. When we checked in, the room was a 1 bedroom. The room ad said separate bedrooms and separate living/eating area, but the “2nd bedroom” was a pull out couch in the living area.
We asked for an upgrade to the room we booked and pre paid for, but they wouldn’t move us. We asked to compromise and if they included free breakfast or something, we could overlook the mistake, but they said there was nothing they could do, only that they were going to change the wording so it doesn’t happen to the next person.
The surrounding area was a bit of a sketchy area, however, the only saving grace was the Italian Restaurant, Almafi, about a block away. Phenomenal food, wine and service!! 10/10!!!

Lovely hotel and friendly

Our car broke down so we had to extend our stay for a few days. This hotel was wonderful. A little more expensive as parking was €15 per night and Breakfast was €15 per person per day. I think both parking and breakfast were excessive but we were stuck. But still waiting on a receipt to be emailed from the hotel as promised because their printer was broken when we were leaving!

Clean room, convenient location, good-average stay

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable (except the sheet which was way too small for the bed). It was well equipped for cooking, including a coffee machine (although no coffee provided). We didn't have breakfast as it was pricy and preferred to get a pastry from a local bakery.

Check-in: we arrived in the morning and were able to leave our bags at reception. We returned at 15:55 and were sent to the games room to wait until check-in opened at 16:00. This seemed a little petty; there were 3 members of staff there doing nothing but counting the minutes until check-in opened...

The decor in the corridors was very worn, and desperately needed new carpets. Although probably clean, they were very stained and the corridors felt dark & dingy. The separate up & down lifts is random but maybe a hangover from covid?

The entrance is locked after 11pm, and our keycard did not open the door either of the 2 nights we stayed. The first night a porter came immediately, but the second night we had to ring the bell at least 10 times before then calling a mobile number (twice - first call we were hung up on) then waiting for the night porter to eventually let us in.

The hotel is in a really convenient location (esp. for the station) and the room was nice, especially if you want to cook your own food.

A short stay in Caen.

A couple of nights stayed with the secure parking used at the back of the hotel. The room was spacious & for those wishing to produce their own food there were good facilities in the room. The window frame, out to the street, was poorly insulated from the external noise & there was cold air evident from the seals. The furniture was practical rather than comfortable. Breakfast was taken on the first morning &, though good, was more expensive than other hotels that we have recently stayed at - there was a broad selection of food which did not appear to be popular with other guests when looking at the untouched options.

Well maintained hotel with spacious room. The view from my room was great, the facilities and kitchenette was good. A bit of walking distance from the main drag, which didn’t matter because every tourist attraction was far from each other in this city.

Possibility the worst hotel experience ever

We arrived later in the evening and informed the hotel of when we would arrive to which their response was “my shift ends 10 minutes before you arrive so there may not be anyone here”. They refused to wait for us despite 3 calls and discussions on our arrival time. The reception told us to call the number when we arrive and “hopefully” someone will be there. Upon arrival, all doors were locked and had to wait for another guest to come through to even get into the lobby. There was no one at reception. Upon calling the number provided for multiple hours we had to give up and find another place to stay. There were also other guests who had lost their room key and could not re-enter their rooms due to no staff working. Staff in every communication were rude and unaccommodating along with the hotel itself not being in a very nice area of town. I suggest steering clear of this hotel at all costs.

Bad appart hotel pls avoid

Very unfriendly manager, language was a problem for us, since v don’t understand French, so had to take help from reception to call for cabs etc , but manager had an attitude. They gave my friend a bad room & when she wanted to change it , they said they were full , which they weren’t. Housekeeping cleaned the room once , but all the kitchen Utensils etc were left as it is in the sink , they didn’t even load it in dishwasher. Breakfast on 1st day was bad, boiled eggs were literally raw, & bad breakfast.

Franchement il faut faire un effort sur la propreté. Je trouve ça fou de retrouver des boules de poussière sur le mur de la salle de bain par exemple ou par exemple de la moisissure autour de la douche. Hôtel tout de même silencieux et nous avons bien dormi.

Le rapport qualité/prix de la chambre très correct. La propreté est au rdv, j'ai passé un agréable séjour (5 nuits).
Néanmoins, je trouve que le tarif du petit déjeuner est trop chère (16€) pour le résultat attendu. Faisant régulièrement de l'hôtel, je trouve que le petit déjeuner est à la hauteur d'un hôtel campanile.
L'hôtel est très bien placé au centre-ville, à proximité de restaurants, supérettes etc...

Arrivée à l'hôtel à 15 heures, il a fallu attendre 16 heures pour avoir notre chambre; les chambres sont pourtant libérées à 11h du matin. une famille avec un bébé a du aussi attendre c'est honteux!!!
Dans la chambre pas de lit!!! mais un canapé -lit c'est pas le même confort!!!
Des chaises non!!! des chaises pliantes.
Des couverts oui juste le bon nombre
La vue de la chambre horrible!!!
