It is a motel. It is cheap. It is not in a convenient location - apart from being only 15 minutes from Caen ferry port. Make sure to bring your own food and drink. The facilities are lacking. (Though the paddel club across the road serves pizza until 19:00) OK for the price compared to hotels nearby. Not the cleanest, not the worst. Won't stay again unless absolutely necessary.

Budget hotel so for the cost it is extremely good value. Would have liked a hand towel for the separate sink area, but just two bath towels provided for the wet room style toilet/shower. Continental style breakfast was good for the first two days, but on our last day (a Monday) there was very little on offer. The room was small but adequate and the bed was very comfortable. There is free WiFi, but unfortunately this went down half way through our 3night stay and was still down when we left. If you just need a room to sleep in for a few nights and don’t need lots of extras I would recommend the BHotel

No air conditioning- false advertising
There is no Air conditioning hotel whatsoever, false advertising on Hotel.com and other websites. We tried to get a refund of our stay but the staff refused so I called hotels.com to reason with staff. The staff speaks English quite well but when hotel.com calls them, she refuses to speak English to Hotel.com to provide any assistance. The windows can’t be locked and there were no screens on the windows and bugs can fly in. There are a lot of truckers around walking around without their shirt on. Definitely not suitable for family visit. The location is right off the highway, so I’d say it is convenient when you are driving but it is not close to any business.

Like all 3 of your hotels I had great difficulty locating them by sat nav . You need to give clearer address instructions . It spoiled my holiday as I wasted probably 30 minutes or more trying to find each one and stressed me out as I was travelling solo.

the hotel was fine, the room served it's purpose. Basically it had a bed and a shower. But if you plan on staying, be sure to have a car. The location is way from everything and the public transportation to get anywhere is VERY limited. I probably spend $100 just on cabs and bus fares. The restaurant next door is NOT open on sat or sundays and is basically a truck stop. I take that back, it IS a truck stop.Pay the extra money and stay in center city, that area is really nice, and historic.

When inexpensive rhymes with cheap
One should not expect too much of a hotel charging so low prices. Even there, the hotel did not deliver up to my very limited expectations. The place is located in an industrial park, near the highway. A shopping center and restaurants can be found nearby (around 2 km), but you need the car to go there. The decoration is at a bare minimum but I really don't mind that much. Finding the toilet close to the shower cabin (in fact, the toilet is in the shower cabin!) is not only surprising but also mainly awkward since you are likely to have your feet wet when you go to the toilet.
The most irritating issue is the fact that you perfectly hear what the neighbors say and do. Unless you are sleeping pretty hard (and it that case your snoring will likely disturb your neighbors), you should not expect to have a peaceful night of sleep. Inexpensive prices may also attract people who are not specifically respectful in public places such hotels. I should have paid 10-20 euros more and find a better place to stay.

The hotel is in the middle of an industrial park, which is a little inconvenient because there are no nearby restaurants but not too much of a problem if you have your own auto. It was clean but a little small, particularly the shower. I would stay there again.

Une nuit passé dans cet hôtel à l arrivée bon accueil de la dame prix très raisonnable pour 2 chambres !! Chambre très propres très bonnes literies !! Le seul bémol dont je ne tiens pas responsable l établissement mais plutôt le manque de respect de certains clients cette nuit là qui ont franchement abusé jusqu'à une heure tardive de la nuit !!

Facture débitée des réservation. Une chambre qui puait la cigarette. Les portes sont bruyantes. On vous dit que si vous souhaitez qu'on vous change votre serviette de toilette, il faut la laisser dans la douche. Surprise en rentrant le soir : la serviette est toujours dans la douche et le lit dans l'état où vous l'avez laissé. Et pour finir, mauvaise surprise le matin du départ : la factures ne correspond pas avec ce que j'ai payé : le site de réservation prendrait des frais ? Où est ce que c'est noté ? Et si la facture ne correspond pas à ce que j'ai payé, comment je me fais rembourser par mon employeur ????

J ai lu des commentaires négatifs sur cet hôtel ! Personnellement j ai fait bcp d hôtels de ce genre et je peux dire qu il est TB j ai passé 3 jours impeccables. Personnels très serviables surtout Mr Jean Louis tjrs à nous demander s'il nous manque rien et si c est le cas il partait de suite nous le chercher il est très gentil ! je recommande cet hotel le couchage est confortable..le seul bémol c est qu il se trouve dans la zone routière. Je pense que j y retournerai.
