Breakfast was good by American standards, but for me, being Italian, it's a bit of a problem...especially without espresso!

The room was clean and the bed comfortable enough, though everything was dated.

In any case, for what I paid, it was good value for money.

Convenient location. Odd property with many different buildings. The main building #7 was fine. Older but did the job. Breakfast is minimal but nice. Very convenient to the highway yet very quiet. The sheers on the windows could definitely use replacing.

The room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. There was no luggage rack. Had to put suitcase on dresser. As an older adult it is difficult to use a suitcase on the floor.
The sofa was too low. Unable to get out without assistance and there were no other chairs in the room. Definitely need more or better seating

The room was clean. But not as expected. We were in town for Cheer nationals. This hotel is half hotel, half motel- which was not anticipated. There are 3 separate buildings . We were located the furthest building. A motel with room entry on the outside of the building. Located in the Harley Davidson parking lot, along with a dozen other motorcycle stores and a few pubs. Area was ok, nice enough. But the room had very thin walls and the ceiling fan rattled. On the second night the WiFi went down with no fix. Breakfast was included, but we didn’t go to the main building in time. There was a tub shower in the room, but the water was like warm, never got “hot”. The staff were great. Very nice and welcoming- checked in a little early with no problems.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. There is a pub on location that was great but closed early. We didn’t use the pool as it closed really early. The location was right next to 1-95 so if traffic noise bothers you it may not be the right place. I didn’t feel it was too bad and it didn’t bother our sleep. There’s not much traffic going by at night.

Room 1213. One bedroom king suite with kitchen and living room. It is large.
Far away from lobby and breakfast but not far enough from the live bands that played. The music is very good but loud!!! Might not be for everyone.

On arrival attendant was very pleasant. We were placed in Room 1230 away from main site (Bldg across the way); Both Friday night and Saturday night from 9:30pm - 3:30am tenants above (laundry area, next door 1229 and the other side were loud in and out of steel door slamming; kids running above and the smell of weed on us and on all of our belongings; I made a call to office Friday night as was told families live in those units and that was the way it goes; We were in town for a USTA Tennis Tournament where my children were up at 6am both Saturday and Sunday mornings. The music from the Harley event was music to our ears and ended at a decent time. The rest was pure HELL!

We went during bike week so there was very limited parking for a truck and trailer. The staff was very helpful and had us follow them to a parking area some distance away and gave us all a ride back in their golf cart back to the hotel. Very accommodating!

Hreat place close to everything . Wosh we knew they were getting ready for bike week as we felt “”in the way”” nothing to do with them . Great pool area super clean place . Only down fall was we rented a suite for 5 . There was only 2 cups in kitchen and 3 plates not enought cutlery. We dident do a big fuss about it as we had plastic in car but that kinda only downfall

Staff was super friendly… I forgot an item called later that night and they got back with me instantly. We stayed in a suite it was perfect!! Only complaint I would have is the breakfast… it wasn’t that great, and they don’t let you take food back to the room (some in our group was still sleeping)

Great 2 night stay for our pre-cruise trip. Close enough to Port Canaveral cruise terminal, plenty to do and see by the beach and town! The hotel is huge, live music at night, breakfast lady was the sweetest, and the gym was perfect! Only thing i would rate low would be the pool closing so early. As much as the place has to off and the fun relaxed environment….later pool hours would be a GREAT addition!

Constant loud music from the attached bar. The stage was right outside our room. We couldn't get any rest or even hear the TV between lunchtime and 10:30pm. Also loud motorcycle exhaust starting real early in the morning. Sounded like they were doing dyno runs for the entire morning. Hotel is really only suited for loud Harley riders.

Awakened at midnight to loud music playing and could also hear the semi tractor trailers coming and going from the Loves store next door. It’s on the property of the Harley dealership so the noise from motorcycles late at night could be heard as well. We had a patio room that faced the parking lot on that side. Not much insulation in the walls gif sure!

Had to change rooms after driving to the front office twice (which was nearly 1/4 mile from our room maintenance came tod try to fix the remote. After unable to do so, we moved down the hall a few rooms. Both room smell. Certainly have been smoked in and stuff sprayed to try to mask the smoke. LOUD out door bands playing until 9PM with big crowds.
Not the relaxing stay in a \"suite \" we looked forward to enjoying.

They were nice enough to give us a room on the first floor because of mike. But room was not accessible so the toilet was extremely low which is not easy for mike.

Area surrounding hotel had alot to offer. Buc-ee’s not far, super plus. Absolutely no rooms available before 4pm was a minus as had plans. Returned from event at midnight. Had to wait in line. However it was quick and associate was organized & friendly. There was some sort of bug on bathroom wall, minus. Overall room was comfy.

I traveled to take a Motorcycle class at Harley Davidson in Ormond Beach. Upon arrival in Friday, I took a 2 hour portion of my motorcycle class and was extremely tired from working a full shift prior to travel. There was a concert taking place on the same property which caused the inability to park for the most part. At the same time, while checking in I was notified that my room was across the about a good ways to walk, elevator was not working, and the door would not open because the battery was dead.. horrible situation due to the front desk clerk stating she could not help us unless we walk all the way back down stairs and across a parking lot which was a long way from the area where my room was located. As well as, I took the keys back to be rekeyed due to the front desk clerk thinking the key was not working was because the keys were not synchronizing with the machinery they use at the desk to assign rooms. I was simply annoyed because I could not get in my room for about 1 hour as it was after normal check in time. Unfortunately, that was not the only inconvenience!! The next day after a battery was install in the door unit in order for the room key to work, after my motorcycle class the following day expecting the extreme heat all day, the key would not work again. This was the most horrible inconvenience I have experienced utilizing Expedia for the Last 6 years.

Let me say Ms. Lynns in the breakfast lounge hospitality saved my trip. She was kind, she spoke, helped us make 4th july plans, and made sure we ate goood every morning. Even helped us make plates. She was amazing & very attentive!
This hotel knew i was checking in late & canceled my room & Then dbl charged me. Told me they had no rooms but found a standard dbl bed even though i paid for a dbl bed suite then she gave me a a king suite whose only bathroom is in the bedroom so kids woke us up going in & out plus it only gets 3towels even if we have 4 people. There are no mattress protectors, rooms are outdated, & furniture stained. There are no high chairs for toddlers & everything is in the main building across the parking lot so youll have to drive. Staff do not speak nor are they friendly. Breakfast is good, no bugs, great bathroom, clean & spacious, nice shop area but mostly empty. Just nothing special.

The room was very clean AND it had a (small) WASHER/ DRYER stackable with laundry soap for you. That was AWESOME! Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Small fridge with a tiny freezer. Nice.

The reason for the 4 star, someone was smoking weed in their room which stunk up the hallway. Staff did let them know and it stopped.

Otherwise a very nice experience

Had to swap rooms 3 times. First room was a single bed we booked a double as we had 4 guests. Second room someone else was literally sleeping in the bed. Third room was finally one we could use. The lobby rooms smelt like straight cigarette smoke. But the building we stayed in was good just very complicated to find as none of the building are numbered.

Faculty clean however the carpet was very stink . You should really consider removing carpet from pet friendly facilities . In addition there was TOO much noise transmitting from the multitude of TRACTOR trailers which seem to be idling there vehicle throughout the entire night right behind my windows of the suites .There was no mention of the rest stop right behind the suites ..
