Great location, clean facility, large room with a nice view. For the pool you need to walk up 5 flights of stairs. Front desk staff not very friendly or welcoming but it might be a cultural thing. Breakfast is optional and can be added to your room tab if you decide to eat at hotel It's about $11/per person. It's decent nothing great but a good option to have. We enjoyed our stay.

I would highly suggest that the hotel hire bilinguals for the guest who stay there. The staff seem to get frustrated because they could not under when you wanted something. The front desk especially. They just shutdown...I would not recommend this hotel if you don't have the basic Spanish speaking skills until the hotel adapts to hiring staff for it's guest.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over a dozen years. I isn't the cleanest or shiniest, but it is a killer location. Doit, Subway, KFC, McDonalds, Liquor stores, Gourmet food store w/gourmet coffies across the street, very nice steak house and TGI Fridays less than half a block away. Close to Albrook Airport, Albrook Mall, Super 99 grocery....and that is just for starts... The rooms are larger than average, most having balconies with views of the city, a microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge. You may have to provide your own coffee and condiments, but for the price of this hotel, it is worth it in my oppinion. Did I mention there is a casino? I don't gamble, but it is available along with a fairly large swiming pool. I just got home from a 3 day stay and I was very pleased.

The service was very friendly, but the rooms were neglected. There was no safe. The hot water took more than 15 minutes to heat up. The lights and hallways had no air conditioning. For the price, it was not bad. The facilities in general were once a great hotel, but now they are neglected. Thanks to all the workers who helped me and made me feel good.

She was very rude checking the room on my way out, security there put a sticker in the driver that was helping me to get there. I was surprised that I was treated this way by the lady at the desk. Good location but my room’s bathroom was very dimly lit. No table lamps and no charging points close to the bed. Kitchenette was a brilliant idea, and I used it fully. All in all, it’s a good place to stay for 40-50 a night with tonnes of dinning option at walking distance.

I immediately noticed the error as we were no where need Panama Mexico and tried to cancel. An agent from hotels.com even called the hotel directly and they refused to refund the one night stay even though they knew we would not be staying there! Very poor customer service.

Our group has booked 4 one-bed rooms at this hotel starting Nov 11, 2019. Due to the stuffy condition of the hallway, sticky condition of the floor and bad moldy smell of the room, no supply of hot water, request for change of room were made for all the 4 rooms. Only three rooms got changed but the hotel did not change room for me. The reception lady who refused to disclose her name said no more one-bedroom was available for change. She asked me to pay $50 more if I want to change to a two-bed room. She talked to her manager over the phone and told me to wait. She did not inform me her manager's decision and kept me waiting for a long long time. She was argumentative.

I've spent over 100 nights in Panama City spread over 25 different hotels. This is my favorite in the El Dorado area. Friendly, helpful staff. Big comfortable room with nice bed, refrig, microwave, and little balcony. Lots of restaurants and mall nearby. Uber to Albrook is usually less then $4. Wifi was out in the room sometimes.
