The very small rooms have lead lights which aren’t cozy. Hotel Bikes (you have to rent) are falling apart and rusty. But, required since this hotel is far from the village center.

This is an excellent, well run, clean hotel. It is conveniently located for the beach and is approximately 30 minutes walk away from central St Malo. You can either pay to park at the hotel or park locally on the road.

Das Hotel liegt in dritter Reihe zum Strand, ist sauber und ruhig. Es ist recht weit weg vom Zentrum. Alte Fahrräder (Klapperkisten) werden sehr teuer vermietet. Das Frühstück im Souterrain ist das Geld nicht wert aber es findet sich nichts besseres in der Nähe.

Everything was fine, except that in the bathroom there is a sign suggesting to use shower rather than bathtub. Well, I do not particularly like showers, I find a bath much more relacing, especially after a long trip.

Wonderful boutique hotel in St Malo. Just a 2-minute walk to the beach, a little further to get into town. We stayed here before taking a morning ferry St.Malo-Portsmouth. Also convenient for visiting Mont St. Michel (by car). Clean and comfort room, limited parking so make sure you reserve a parking space well in advance. Breakfast is available for an extra charge, and there’s an on-site bar for the evening.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely neighborhood one block from the beach. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff (especially Sandra) went out of their way to ensure that I was happy with everything. I ordered room service for breakfast and dinner and the food quality was very good. My dog was given food and water bowls and a mat to sleep on. They also offered laundry services for a fee which was well-worth it. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

I stayed in the old part of the hotel at the front, I was upgraded to a suite. How often can we say we love a hotel? Well, we really loved this one. This is quite a historic building which has been extensively upgraded with tremendous flair, while remaining true to the original. Everything is impeccable. Bedrooms quietly luxurious, supremely comfortable beds and bedding. Good breakfast, light suppers available, private parking. And a spa if that’s your thing. It’s in a lovely quiet, tree-lined street. Our room 9 had a view of the sea about 100 yards down a short side street, which leads on to an extensive promenade running along the shore. 12 minutes drive to ferry. For us, best we’ve encountered in years. Last but not least, welcoming, smiling obliging staff who obviously lovely the place as much as we did.

This place is a jewel! We've stayed here before and were delighted with our return visit. The staff were extremely helpful. It's a shame that the lovely bar/salon is still closed due to COVID, but ownership seems to be taking sensible precautions. Really well located. Literally 1 min from the beautiful Rochebonne beach. The decor is a bit vintage for those who prefer modern but very clean. The highlight for us was the staff. From the welcome to our departure, we couldn't have asked for more. The rooms were first class with everything that you need for a short stay. The beds were very comfortable.
