We woke up late and missed breakfast. We asked the lady serving breakfast if it was too late and she kindly prepared us a breakfast just for us. She was so friendly and helpful. Her service was above and beyond and we can't thank her enough. Réception was also very friendly. Id recommend this hotel purely for the servive. Only negative was the air con in the room which was 26c all night.

The air-conditioning is extremely noisy.

An old hotel with a new look superb staff

All the staff were wonderful, so welcoming, in particular, Bart, the young Dutchman, who was incredibly professional and polite and who could not have done more to help us with several queries; he should be in management as he is obviously very intelligent and brilliantly polite.

The room was pleasant and clean, the staff were welcoming. The hotel feels a bit tired, in general. Free and secure car park was a bonus. Conveniently located for easy access to main roads. Used this hotel just for an overnight stay while travelling through france.

Decent budget hotel on the outskirts of Bordeaux. Good trams nearby. There was a rugby match on the night of arrival so very busy.

Check in was extremely long, there was no check in clerk I had to call someone and when someone eventually came he asked us to wait as he was on a long ass call. My wife and I very often choose Ibis as our go to hotel and this hotel was by far the worst we have stayed at, but I suppose you what you pay for

The hotel was a disgrace, the bedding was so thin, and the hotel never had any on site (close) disabled parking,
The bathroom was disgraceful only one Bath size towel and two small thread bare hand towels for two adults .
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, neither should you.

The room was big and pretty clean but the decor is dated and old. The bathroom is big and seems like it has been updated. They offer free parking but the gated parking lot became full quite early on in the evening. We parked our rental in the non-gated area and it was fine. This hotel is in an industrial area so there’s not much to see around. Next time I will stay closer to town to where all the actions are.

Good location, I had booked for two adults and one child including breakfast only to be told when we checked in that I have to pay for the child’s breakfast, when I said it was already payed for they told me no it wasn’t. The beds I found uncomfortable, we couldn’t open the curtains as it looked over on a bar so not private. I feel the room could of been cleaner. The breakfast was good

A Quiet Base for Visiting Bordeaux

The hotel was an easy base for visiting the centre of Bordeaux as the tram stop was very close and a direct route to the centre and if their hadn’t been improvement works direct to the railway station! The bed was very comfortable and the shower very good! Their is a choice of restaurants close by but your regular chains! The restaurant at the Ibis was average by French standards! All in all a very good quiet base for visiting Bordeaux

We asked for 2, single beds, I think due the French blocking road there was 100 -150 police staying in the hotel and thus the demand for singles was high, our bed only had a topper for a mattress, our backs were in agony, unable to sleep due to the noise, normally we confidently book Ibis rouge, very dissapointed

Good hotel. Older hotel that was remodeled sometime in the past. Nothing fancy. No toiletries, few towels, minimal service. Staff is friendly and helpful and the speak enough English to get things done. A few restaurants in walking distance and very close to Palais de Congress. Tram stop very close for trip downtown Bordeaux. Areas seems safe.

We have stayed at this hotel for the last 4 years. Great access to motorways. Trams on the doorstep to take you into the city. The restaurant is excellent. The staff speak English and are very helpful.
Car parking is very secure. All in all a very good experience.

Quick stop off on the way back from Spain and on the way to Andorra, great staff very helpful, spoke English very well. The room had air conditioning and very large bed and room. The hotel was very easy to find. Would definitely stay here again.

Soccer playoff game

It seemed like a striped basic room with no amenities- no basic needs. Check in was long. Breakfast may have been good but had to leave early. Best part was being close to the soccer stadium. It was a distance from the town and train station.

Flying one night visit close to motorway, perfect.

Arrived 3.30pm on our way to Spain, very handy for the motorway network. relaxing having a quiet meal in their restaurant which is excellent very well staffed.

Nice hotel for the price

very happy overall with the provided facilities for the price.
the bed , bathroom and all facilities provided were clean and very good quality.
I was actually very impressed with the comfort and quality of the room for the price.
Considering this experience I would definitely look to book with Ibis hotels in the future.

Good value if you do not mind being shouted at!

The stay was good and I have to mention Agnes who served us at the bar and in the restaurant. She was an absolute delight, and had us chuckling frequently. Even though she was fantastic, I have rated it low because of the attitude of one member of staff in the dining room. A waiter called Walid, shouted at me when I pointed something out to him. It was loud enough that people 3 tables away could hear him. We also had a problem because I had booked 2 rooms for one night, then 1 room for a second night. Initially they thought we had only booked 1 room. Then they thought that we had not paid, and try to charge us again. Thankfully I had taken the paperwork for both bookings. This also caused a problem because their system would not let us charge to our room, so had to pay after every meal or drink.

We chose this hotel as we were travelling with a dog and my husband had stated there previously.
The hotel is obviously undergoing refurbishment and whilst the reception area is clean and modern the rooms have had a half hearted attempt to upgrade them.
Reception staff were welcoming and helpful and the hotel price was reasonable for the standard provided. Unfortunately the whole stay was overshadowed by the ignorance of the restaurant staff who ignored us for several minutes whilst stood directly infront of us and were abrupt and rude when showing us to an outside table ( in 38 degrees at 8pm). After being sat there for 25 minutes watching French speaking customers who arrived after us receiving drinks and placing food orders we walked out. Whilst I speak 3 languages I cannot profess to have a thing other than school girl French but there was no reciprocation or appreciation of our efforts as would be afforded in other countries.
In all cheap and cheerful but sadly let down by some of the ignorant staff

Good hotel close to metro stop.

We spent an enjoyable couple of days in Bordeaux - this hotel was ideal as we used the excellent public transport tram to see the sights, and could leave the car throughout our stay in the hotel car park. The hotel was pleasant and clean, and continental breakfast could be purchased at check-in. This hotel more than fulfilled our needs and we would happily stay there again.

I would rate this hotel as excellent for the money except for the fact of the lack of noise insulation in the rooms. We had some very noisy people staying in the room above ours which was quite annoying. Luckily after midnight they went quiet.

The hotel was very nice don't go to the Ibis Budget which you come across first. The \"Posh\" Ibis is opposite. Hotel was clean rooms comfy staff very nice the area is out of town but the restaurant was well served the night we stayed there is a Casino in a hotel near by you can walk there if you like that sort of thing.

The room was fine and clean. There is a secure carpark for hotel users and the location is good for road travellers.

While the hotel itself isn't in a very interesting/attractive area, it's right next to a bus stop that will take you into the center of Bordeaux and/or has easy access to the main roads if you are driving. The building was fairly new, and the beds are clean and comfortable. We didn't pay the extra amount to have breakfast at the hotel, but it looks like a decent array of fresh pastries and cereal.

Nous avons eu un appartement de 2 chambre pour 4 personnes dont l’une des chambre avait visiblement subi un dégâts des eaux et sentait donc très fort le moisi. Le mur était tout gris de salissure. Il aurait fallu ne pas louer cette chambre. Nous l’avons signalé et on nous a offert le petit déjeuner ce qui a été appreicé.

Check-in : réceptionniste très agréable! Accueillants, bienveillants, serviables.
Chambre : très agréable, configuration de la chambre très pratique avec 2 enfants en bas âge. Lits confortables.
Choix restauration aux alentour : nickel, restaurant grill connecté à l’hôtel. Hippopotamus accessible à pied, centre commercial à 5 min en voiture.
Tesla : borne de recharge situées dans le centre commercial à côte. Bornes de recharge d’un autre opérateur disponible sur le parking (prix moins intéressant que chez Tesla… - mais pratique en cas d’urgence)
Petit déjeuner : exactement ce que nous souhaitions en terme de choix. Aussi bien pour les enfants que pour les adulte.
Service post-séjour : parfait!!! Nous avions oublié des choses dans les chambres après notre départ, les réceptionnistes ont su nous rassurer et réagir. Ils ont mis de côté nos affaires pendant 1 semaines, que nous avons récupéré sur le trajet du retour.
Au second passage, café au bar pour reprendre des forces. La personne (barista ? Barman ?) qui était derrière le bar était top.

Pas de la qualité Ibis rouge

Hotel qui a besoin d’une bonne rénovation. Seulement 2 prises de courant dans la chambre, cachée sous me bureau. Aucune prise dans la SdB. Pas de tapis de sortie de douche. Chambre à l’ambiance très froide. PdJ limité au strict minimum et encore, il fait demander le jus d’orange, les oeufs. Le réassort n’est pas assuré…
Si je peux, je n’y retournerai pas
