The property is right in the party area of Albufeira, so if that is what you’re looking for - this is a fine place to stay. It was also a good size for 5 people and clean. If you are not ok with very loud noise all night - stay away from this area. That is not the fault of this hotel, just how it is there. Our main issue with the property was parking. The listing says it’s available but the lot was full the entirety of our stay so our choices were to park a 20 min walk away for the same price or to park next door for 40 euro/day (although that lot filled for our last 2 nights).

À fuir!
L'hôtel n'est pas au goût du jour (ce qui n'est pas un problème). Les logements ne sont pas propres, il y a aussi des coquerelles... À partir du bloc A, nous entendons le musique des bars et les jeunes crier jusqu'à 4 heures du matin... Les seuls points positifs sont la proximité de la plage et le stationnement (il est payant).

Only thing we liked about the hotel is the location to the beach and shops. Exterior looks great but the interior needs alot of attention. The units needs alot of TLC and you can hear everything from the hallways. The drainage from the shower is also very slow.

Done for a short stay

Arrived late in thr evening so dumped our bags & went out to eat. Next morning there were cockroaches in the room. We immediately went to complain were \"upgraded\" to another block. That room was slightly better and had a balcony. As we were only staying 3 more days it done ok but wouldn't want to stay any longer. Very dated. Sheets & towels were clean but the rest not very. Ate out all the time as wasn't comfortable preparing food in property.

The shower was broken, and the Coffee machine was broken.
There was a live cockroach in my bedroom, which freaked my wife out. No Toilet roll, paper towel, and only one set of towels were given. Not worth the price.

This property is right across from the beach and the elevator that takes people up from the beach, so it can get loud at night. You don’t walk through the lobby to get to your room so you feel a little isolated. After you check in, you go back outside and walk over to another entrance where you need to code to get in. Your key is a regular key, not a key card. The room was a kitchenette, which was cool, although we didn’t cook, but it was nice to have a small refrigerator and the extra space. The room was a bit outdated, but adequate for our needs. The air conditioning worked great. they have a great outside seating area with comfy chairs. That was my favorite part. It was very relaxing to sit there and it’s set back from the busy pedestrian street. It’s in a very busy section of Albufeira , lots of tourists swarming around . The beach was packed. We were there in August so I think that was probably the busiest that it would get. It was a great location for being able to just to walk outside and get food and do souvenir shopping and the beach was right there as well. Short Uber ride to the marina to take a boat tour. We arrived there from Lisbon on Flixbus and walked about 15 minutes from the bus stop to the hotel with our luggage. You have the same cobblestone streets everywhere as in Lisbon.

The location was perfect. The sea view was beautiful. The apartment was clean, spacious with comfortable bed & great shower. Needs updating. Lift was out of order for day & half, which was a bummer as we on 4th floor! Air con in bedroom leaked twice in the week. Deffo need ear plugs if light sleeper.

When we arrived the air con wasn’t working nor was the toilet flushing. The maintenance man fixed these quickly. The apartment had 3 sliding doors which lead on to a patio - this was in usable as was constantly water leaking from apartment above - patio wasn’t safe, reporters d not fixed also the patio was in an enclosed space as our apartment in centre of the building on 1st floor, we were a family and seemed to be placed in a rough/older part of the hotel with young people partying. We asked to be moved and reception were fairly rude saying u get what I pay for, we were happy to pay more but they never agreed. It’s was a very depressing apartment and after speaking to others and seeing other apartments I realised we’d one of if not the worst apartments on offer. Feel very disappointed and am now concerned about booking via hotel.com.

The building was in poor condition, the windows wouldn’t close properly, letting in mosquitoes and us waking up to a bunch of bites. They also let in all the noise making harder to sleep.
The patio doors didn’t lock, they installed chain locks but one of them was broken.
The bathroom and kitchenette were probably last renovated in the 90s. I saw a cockroach in the kitchenette and wanted to eject out of there in disgust.
I wouldn’t return or recommend. The only positive is the location; it’s walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Totally false advertising no restaurant no deli no outdoor pool no bar as specified & definitely not 8.0 rating as advertised. Manager says property has never been 8.0 rated - I will be taking this further as the refund we had is not acceptable !!!!!

The property’s neighbour that is below all the rooms advertises it plays music and live music starting at “6 pm til late “ which is 2 am every night. You’ll hear the worst lounge act or karaoke. If you’re into it , you’ll join in but for those who have early starts with tours you’ll get very little sleep.

Great location

Location is great on the Old Town strip. Hotel is a little dated but none the less clean and tidy. Check in/out was easy and straightforward. Plenty of places to eat in the direct vicinity. Only gripe was next door decided to have a multi room party all night and the walls and doors are paper thin. The next day was a bit of a struggle.

Nice place in a great location. The only downside to the location is the noise throughout the night until 4/5 o'clock in the morning most nights. The swimming pool is ok, but you can't swim the whole length of the pool because it's too shallow for a third of the pool.....3rd of a metre

We weren't sure at first as reviews were 50/50 however another review elsewhere said the rooms had just had a slight update with new beds and furniture and the main reception area was updated and the building painted so we took a chance and glad we did. We booked a seaview and got a nice balcony as some seaview rooms don't have a balcony, the room was spotless clean, the studio kitchen and bathroom was dated but it done us ok and again clean, with the cleaners coming in everyday. We were in block C and you got a code to enter the building which was right on Fishermans Square so nice and handy with restaurants etc on your door step, however most closed early enough so quiet at nights. The main bar and restaurant area is only a few minutes walk away, we will definitely be staying here again, it was our first time so there's no need to look elsewhere.

Never select this hotel, you’ll be robbed

Good location, space room/ apartment, clean
But I will never ever stay there even to recommend because someone stole Eur 1.000,00 from my locked bag. I noticed only that morning when check-out and report at reception when returning room key. They suggested to report to Police but I had only about 20 min to take taxi and catch bus to Lisbon. They are able to open lockers without notice, very well training.

Property needs updating. Facilities are all there in the apartment but decor and beds etc are very old. No headboards but painted on. Only 1 bathroom for 5 people. Only 4 chairs etc set up despite our 5 people booking. Cleaners did a good job. Ruined our trip by telling us that there was no storage facility for luggage!!! We had 5 hours until our taxi and had to carry suitcases around all day, with 3 kids. Awful. All they needed to do was provide a room.

At the outset we had problems because they gave us an apartment that did not correspond to the photograph published on Expedia or on their own website after making us lose an hour they finally changed the room to us the new room although it was a little better it is absolutely old and with old blankets. The worst are the pseudo pillows ..... they are actually bags filled with foam pieces that have left the whole group with neck pain. At night it is quite noisy because there is a restaurant downstairs and there are many people who really shout during the night until 5 in the morning. The facilities are absolutely old and dirty. The wifi works and is cut every 5 minutes prehistoric !!! Finally, the hotel wanted to charge us an extra 20 euros per day to park the car in conditions that parking the car on the street is free and they have absolutely empty parking. Finally the beach view so bombastic mind offered is tiny which is on the verge of misleading advertising. I do not recommend this lodging for any reason, there are other alternatives a little further from the beach that look much better. In any case, the town is full of people who will only eat and eat. Hundreds of junk food restaurants ... seems to be the only activity they know how to do.

Room was not as illustrated when I booked but we did receive a room with a view and balcony. Kitchen was well stocked. Checkout was unusual making us wait while they inspected the room. Checkin was late after a 7 hour train ride which was not ideal but they gave voucher to get a cup of coffee while we waited.

Fantastic!

Fabulous location, spacious room, a bit dated but everything in full working order, staff very helpful and will lock your cases away if you have a late flight and let you use the shower in the gym before you leave for the airport, all free of charge. I will definitely be back.

Close to all amenities

The indoor pool and facilites were closed for maintenance. We were told by reception that they had only closed in April this year and would be doing the repairs during the winter. Other guests however told us that they had been to Turial Apartments before and the pool was closed when they came in 2009 and hasn't been opened since.

There was lots of noise from the room next door during the day as the maintenance people were putting a new bathroom in the apartment. As they close for the winter could this not have been done then? We reported to reception 5 times about the noise and each time were told it would be finished that day!! Why can't they have a kettle and toaster as basic equipment in the apartments? We were told again by reception that it was dangerous to have these on the premises?????

Room was clean but dated. Beds were terrible, too hard and the air con in the bedroom wasn't adequate. The hotel pool was closed and although there was access to another at a nearby hotel the staff on reception had to contact them on our behalf. The hotel was close to the beach and local for shops, restaurants and bars.

We were there for 7 nights and had no complaints, everyone very friendly and helpful. Location was superb, close to beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife. I had read a lot of reviews with bad feedback but decided to try it anyway. So glad I did. Would definitely stay here again

Check in was easy and staff pleasant.

Rooms dated and tatty (one sofa was held together with cable ties).

Most other guest near our room were drunken teenagers and two windows to other apartments bathrooms were smashed during our stay. We paid to upgrade to a sea view room but the view was a mere glimpse between two other buildings.

To top it all the indoor pool was empty and closed for maintenance.

If your after an apartment/hotel to relax in choose elsewhere.

Perfect location!

Accomodation basic yet adequate..would recommend requesting 'block C' for perhaps a better sea view...we were in 'bock A ' which hadn't ideal seaview...however.location is absolutely perfect...close to beach and old town centre....very friendly staff...indoor pool only but beach is less than 200 m away !
