I chose this location based on the description of newly renovated rooms, 50 inch TV, and the kitchenette.
The hotel is currently under renovations they are not complete. The lobby and hallways are ripped up, there was a large bin full of debris in the hall making it difficult to get by with bags. The room doesn't look like the pictures making me think that not all the rooms have been renovated. The kitchenette was pretty beat up but clean. Unfortunately no plates, bowls, pans or anything in the room , had to go to front desk to ask for some.
The shower drained slowly, and there was nothing more than a bar of soap, no shampoo or conditioner.
The TV wasn't working correctly, had to use a streaming service, but the aTV was stuck in some kind of retail display mode? There was a pop up advertising some of the TVs features that couldn't be closed out, very annoying.
The breakfast wasn't very impressive, and there was no regular cream available, just imitation flavored cream for the coffee.

If you're just looking for someplace to sleep for a night it's not too bad, the bed was comfortable. I do wish I'd stayed at the other hotel in the area, it was similar in price.

If you're looking fnir a similar price.

The room wasn’t clean. They never came back to switch towels or anything I booked it for 3 days 2 nights. Came back to the exact room dirty and all. The next day my key card stopped working I had to go down 2 times to have staff fix my key card. The hotel itself could have been cleaner.

The place gave off shabby sh*thole vibes. Was a little worried about my car in the lot. Very quiet neighborhood on a Saturday night; neighbors a bit loud till late. Sheets rough, towels soft. Tv worked. Fridge very loud - had to unplug it. The free breakfast was a joke - instant oatmeal, Nutri bars, individually wrapped muffins.

They booked all the king rooms after we had booked months in advance and had “upgraded” us to a room with two full beds without saying anything to us so we walked in to the room and got that nice surprise. The bathroom had long wet hairs all over everything. It’s not really they’re fault but the water was shut off the whole morning and we weren’t notified and couldn’t shower before we left.

I arrived from Connecticut around 9:30 with my husband and two kids and there were people lingering out front and my husband witnessed a drug deal right in front of the lobby. I was inside with the kids waiting to be checked in and I called for assistance and took forever for someone to arrive. All night doors were slamming people screaming. The next morning we got up early to leave for Boston and as we were exiting our room the next room over two people screaming at eachother and the man was pushed out the room as the woman was throwing things at him. I was forced to tell the children to run fast to the elevator. If we didn’t travel far and the time we got there it was so late we would have left but I would not recommend staying here. The room was gross and the beds were like cots and the bathroom was dirty. And there “free breakfast” was coffee from what I can see as I literally threw the hotel room keys on the front desk to get out of there as fast as I could.

Thursday OCT 9th, 5:15pm-ish....
This place wins the prize for the worst hotel/hospitalty experience I've had in 25 years using Hotels.com. Yes, I know this isn't a high end hotel, but I'm not super picky.

1) The place was filthy. It looked like the hallways hadn't been vaccumed in month.
2) The room: shower didnt work, TV didnt work. I called down to the front desk and the evening manager told me to fix it myself or change rooms.
3) The Staff: When I went down there I was greeted with a night clerk who was on the phone. With no eye contact nor greeting she extended her free hand and snapped her fingers demanding my room key. She was super rude in her tone, telling me she was very busy. 20 minutes later, I saw her in the parking lot in front of my car smoking a cigarette. I can say however, the morning manager was very nice and professional.

This place has a long, long way to go to even reach the courtesy level you'de expect at an adult motel by the hour. My advice is STAY FAR AWAY from this dump.

The bathroom doors don’t get closed. Upon checking with the helpdesk we got to most of the rooms bathroom doors don’t get locked and then came for the repair and took almost 1 hr for the drilling and repairing work which was noisy and disturbing during the stay.

You Get What You Pay For

I booked a total of 6 rooms overnight for a business trip. I was attracted to the price and proximity to Quincy, MA. Also at the declaration of hotel being recently renovated. When I arrived it was disappointing and the feeling was unanimous with my colleagues. This suited us since we literally checked in, slept and that was the only time spent on the premises, but if you plan on staying somewhere pleasant and comfortable I highly suggest you move on and spend up a little more. You won't be sorry you did.

We stayed for 2 nights. Staff was not very helpful. Rarely at the desk and did not answer phone. No coffee or tea maker in room. Had a hard time getting another pillow and could not get a light bulb for lamp at all. Breakfast consisted of package items. Faucets did not have aerators so I got sprayed everytime I turned on rhe water. It was clean but not worth rhe money we payed.

The staff was great. They were friendly and welcoming. However, the hotel was probably fantastic when it was first built. The hallway floors were filthy. Inside the room, there were areas where paint was needed, the refrigerator and stove top had multiple rust spots. There were no dishes, pots, pans, etc. I could have requested them from the front desk, but I shouldn't have to.

I've stayed at several Extnded Stays and have had an excellent experience but not this time.

A person pounding on our door after midnight claiming to be housekeeping. My wife and I are both 75, we were in Boston visiting family. I finally got up and went to the door. I said who is it? I looked out the peep hole and saw a woman. She shouted It's housekeeping. I said, what do you want? She said, your mother called and said your daughter over dosed on drugs and was dying in your room. obviously I was confused but I realized she must have the wrong room and I certainly new this was not housekeeping banging relentlessly on my door. I told her she had the wrong room. Before I could finish that sentence, she opened my door with a key card and shoved the door at me hitting me in the leg. Fortunately, I had the the little lock bar on the door so it only opened a few inches. I yelled at her to get out and that she had the wrong room. She finnally realized she had the wrong room and left.
The next morning I went down to the front desk and explained what had transpired that night. A lead emplowas on duty. She told me that she was the Asst. General Manager. I found out later that she was only a lead emloyee.So she lied. She started to tell me that they they didn't do any thing wrong, they didn't know it was the wrong room. She sent an hourly employee up to my room to gain access by saying it was housekeeping. Again, she lied. I asked why an hourly employee was sent to handle this event. she said the police were with her. They were not, they refused to acknowledge the problem.

Don’t stay here !!

I checked in at 1am.
The room unacceptably smelled of heavy fragranced cleaning products, giving me a terrible headache.
I should have just gone back to the front desk and ask for another room.
But It was late and I was tired.
The next morning I decided to check out and go to a different hotel.
I prepaid for 3 nights.
They refunded the next two nights, but the manger said the computer could not refund my unsatisfactory first night, then and there. The manager said she would refund that first night if I called later that week.
I tried to reach the manager several times, to help me refund that first night.
But she was never available to help me and did not return my voicemails or emails.

Hotel was low quality all the way around. Room wasn’t fully cleaned found empty condom wrapper behind chair, bathroom sink was clogged for the entire weekend, room floor had sticky spots in various places. The place was just not cleaned thoroughly. Was happy to leave once it was time.

Was up for a funeral. Checked in only to use the bathroom after a 6 hr long car ride. Building and elevator were dirty. Left to head to the wake 10 minutes after checking in. Saw the room long enough to use facilities and leave. At 11pm returned hoping to go to bed before a 6 hr drive. home. The parking lot was filled woth homeless people and before I could get out of my car 4 police cars zoomed into the parking lot. I didn’t even stay the night. I didn’t feel safe as a female traveling by herself to stay there. Had to stay at another hotel in the area. $120 plus $200 incidental charge to be returned a week after staying????? Not worth it!

Breakfast in the am is granola bars and muffins. Beds are okay. Skimpy on the blankets. Kitchen area was too beat up and burnt stove and counter areas. Place was quiet. People who work there were great.

Room floor was not clean when we came in. Clean service came only one time through 17 days stay. Acces cards stopped working whenever they felt like. Amenities were loudly . Breakfast was promised but they inlcude only coffee ,water ,tea and chocolate.Overall staff was nice ,and reapondive.

I chose this hotel because I had great experiences in the past. Reception was swift, but not private. She announced my room number when she gave me my key. Windows in room were open and easily accessible to anyone outside; hair was found in the bathtub (I always clean any room I stay in because it is never really clean); paint in shower appeared to be melting and falling off the wall. My room smelled like smoke, so I sprayed lavender and it went away. The tv didn't work. When I asked reception, she told me that I needed to fix it or wait until the morning. To add insult to injury, the people in the next room were playing their tv really loud and their kids kept screaming and fighting. Needless to say, this will be the last time I choose this hotel.

Just as we checked in, four police officers appeared and a man in handcuffs was taken out of the property. I guess you can say that police presence was positive, but when a place has a dedicated parking spot for police by the front door, that's a clue that there are problems. The place was shabby and needs some love. Some white dust in our room, possibly construction dust. Had to slam the door for it to close properly. People in room next door were playing loud music at 8 a.m., and then what sounded like a loud video game. I can't recommend it at all. The only good thing was that when I came down for breakfast, although both coffee urns were empty, the staff person immediately said she'd make more, and did.

Late Refund/Lack Of Professionalism

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. They advertised breakfast, but it turned out to be just candy, chocolate, and light coffee—not what we expected at all. Additionally, we were charged a $100 fee, which they promised to refund. It's been two months, and we still haven't received our money back. We called many times, and Michael, a manager, was very disrespectful and hung up the phone multiple times while I was speaking to him. This lack of professionalism and poor service has left a bad impression. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
