It’s a bit rundown and not in the nicest area, but there was a bowling alley across the street—albeit with heavy machinery doing some kind of construction outside. Oh, and the WiFi didn’t work.

Luckily, we only booked for 1 night due to a late FlixBus cancellation. Very old and tired building that could do with some serious TLC. Spotted a mouse in our room, luckily my daughter was too busy on her phone to notice it.

The hotel has a charming character that reflects its age. I noticed that in my room, the ceiling had been patched, although it appeared to need some final touches. The hotel has a single elevator located at one end, which can make it a bit challenging to access rooms on the opposite side; I experienced this myself and had to navigate several turns. Additionally, getting to the road from the hotel or the highway can be somewhat tricky. On a positive note, the breakfast offered is quite enjoyable, and the staff who served us were very accommodating and friendly.

Stayed with wife and kids 9+4 for a kids tournament. Staff were great , breakfast was great. Rooms are really outdated though. The staff still clean but it's just old carpet and finishes that look dirty and have rips in them.
Again not the staffs fault but a little push by ownership and some upgrades, this place could be a real find.

Great area. Bowling alley and games arcade a 1 minute walk across the parking lot.

The shower only produces lukewarm water. You have to wait for a long time at the train station for a hotel shuttle. The staff were quite passive. Air conditioning was loud. Breakfast was fine.

The room was pretty clean except for the carpet. This is a very mediocre facility. Nothing fancy or even roomy. But it had clean beds and shower which is all we needed for this one night stay. Staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

The property can use a little TLC. Lamps there we parked were not on. Carpet was sticky in the room and chairs have hair and debris like they were not cleaned before. TV was not catching good reception. Hot water took a while to run. However, bed was sleeping comfortably.

I was booking a 2nd night with my autistic twins. They did not damage or destroy anything the first night. We had no where to go and the older manager made us leave. The young girl behind the desk was amazing and called us an Uber so I didn't have to walk across 2 boulevards myself with two 4 year olds

The staff were super helpful with everything. There was a grocery store, a convenient store, a restaurant, a Subway and a Dunkin Donuts nearby. The train station is about a 20 min walk away or less than a 10 min bus ride away. I had a great stay!

The hotel is a hole: dirty, poorly maintained with bored staff. I booked it because of relatively good reviews, which are misleading unless one does not know what “good” is. Also, because they offer a shuttle service from the airport. Well, what they don’t tell you is that it’s not available after 9pm. Uber was $45. Cherry on top: housekeeper entered the room at 10.12am without knocking after I’ve checked out online to depart at 11.

This hotel is at a good location and offers a thoughtful shuttle service to JFK/U Mass station and a much needed airport service.
Expect some level of noise from revelers who could be unruly.
The air-conditioner worked as it should.

The staff couldn't have been sweeter, and there are eating options, and a drugstore and convenience store nearby. That's where it ends. My towels had hair on them, and they were replace with towels that had a hair on it. There was a stain on the bedsheets, no microwave in the room, tabletop ironing board with no place adequate to lay it. They had CABLE tv but the picture was HORRIBLE, grainy with two horizontal lines that keep looping from the bottom of the screen to the top. Comfortable bed but hard pilllows. Hallways are dingy and dark; elevator walls marked up and dirty. If you are looking for a cheap place to shield you from the elements in the Boston area, give it a try. It's a very old motel inside of a hotel.

The room is pretty clean, does need some TLC on the carpet, seems old and dirty. The ac needs its filter cleaned, funny smell when you turn it on. Also, workers needs to be mindful when doing repairs. A worker was drilling at 7am on Memorial's day, work me up and other tenants. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I did not have a good experience at all. The first room I was in had bed bugs and I have pictures of multiple bugs in the bed. It also had black mold in the bathroom and I got stuck in the room because the deadbolt got stuck. When I moved rooms on my second night, I still discovered bugs and the bedding had lots of hair on it (not mine) and there was even some sort of red stained liquid on the side of the bed.

The breakfast was not appetizing at all. The sausages were raw and the eggs were sitting in water. We didn't eat the complimentary breakfast there any of the stays. The paint is bubbling on the bathroom door. No microwave. The hotel is a maze with little to no signage for the rooms on the opposite side of the building. The employee we asked for help didn't know how to speak english.

The hotel rooms are extremely dated. The carpet near the hotel rooms and inside of the rooms looked grimey and dirty. The beds were sunken and not comfortable.
There hand prints on a chair in the room.

I have 5 bug bites on my stomach.
The room was horrible.
The HUGE positive impact were the staff that were helpful and accommodating.
