The staff was very friendly and helpful from check in to up in the night when I ordered food and the delivery person dropped it off at the other end of the property they help find my food and also helped me with an item I needed to use and brought back to them. However I’m yet to receive my deposit I made when I check in.

I did not have a good experience at all. The first room I was in had bed bugs and I have pictures of multiple bugs in the bed. It also had black mold in the bathroom and I got stuck in the room because the deadbolt got stuck. When I moved rooms on my second night, I still discovered bugs and the bedding had lots of hair on it (not mine) and there was even some sort of red stained liquid on the side of the bed.

We were surprised when they charged $10 per night for parking. It was not mentioned in the contract.

The breakfast was not appetizing at all. The sausages were raw and the eggs were sitting in water. We didn't eat the complimentary breakfast there any of the stays. The paint is bubbling on the bathroom door. No microwave. The hotel is a maze with little to no signage for the rooms on the opposite side of the building. The employee we asked for help didn't know how to speak english.

Honestly wasn't to sure about the hotel at first. When I arrived the room was nice clean the bed was comfortable.
The breakfast was great and fully stocked . The bowling alley and other surrounding things definitely add to it . The front desk employees were super nice and happy.

The hotel rooms are extremely dated. The carpet near the hotel rooms and inside of the rooms looked grimey and dirty. The beds were sunken and not comfortable.
There hand prints on a chair in the room.

I have 5 bug bites on my stomach.
The room was horrible.
The HUGE positive impact were the staff that were helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is outdated and dirty. There are no microwaves in the room. The paint is bubbling on the bathroom door. The bathrooms are extremely small. The breakfast was awful, scrambled eggs sitting in water, sausages raw. Both stays we were unable to eat the free breakfast. The staff is rude and interrupts when you're speaking. The signage leading to rooms 210-220 are non-existent so we needed to ask a non-english speaking employee to take us to where the rooms were which was difficult because she only spoke spanish. I will never book this hotel again.

The hotel overall can use a major upgrade. Path to the rooms is not welcoming, through a few doors, with 1 elevator that is quite dated and making loud noise with each use. But overlooking these characters, the pros: the room itself is clean, nice linens, towels. Daily maid service. With adequate supply (single use shampoo/conditioner/body wash...). The cons: Tub needs renovation and an updated shower head. (Currently only and old stye showerhead, not a handheld one), water pressure is good, but carpet, paints, etc.. could use a refresher. Breakfast room is well kept, well stocked; the food is basic: hot cereal, waffles, toasts, bagels..fruits, juice, coffee, tea..Fair space with nice view of the front driveway outside. Parking lot is a good size, the road immediately in the front is tricky (the median blocks the entrance thus, the car must do a Uturn to get out of the area, instead of following the main road which is a longer route). Overall this hotel has good location (30 mins walk to Field Corner subway stn) and some convenient stores/ gas stn nearby; the price is fair with breakfast until 10am, a real bonus! It has its own parking lot, this is a bonus in Boston! it can use some TLC though, which will make the stay more pleasant.

Construction outside and extremely loud property with thin walls. Very loud the entire time you could hear others alarms through the wall. Turned on the fan to make it better but with the heater when preset temp was met a very very loud sound played.

Check in and out was easy with the app. Breakfast was as you expect. Room was run down but clean enough.

Most of the hotel staff was very welcoming. However shuttle driver smelled like alcohol and didn’t wear a seatbelt while driving. Didn’t make me feel safe. Also, my hotel room had the trash can full when I got the room.

The check in staff was not friendly. I received an email to check in online. I did so. When I arrived at the hotel I was told only one of the 2 rooms that I booked can be checked in online . I had to check in for the 2nd at the desk. The waiting time was long, only 1 person multitasking. I wasted my time checking in online. Also unable to get WiFi.

This hotel is awful and scary. Gang activity on site. Scared to go out of our rooms. Staff did nothing. It was awful. I plan on calling Monday. I’m not even sure the premises are secure. We needed to be close to the airport. People shouting and screaming in the commons area all night. Finally when we got up to take showers the hall was fia lit quiet we got out of there. Absolute worst hotel experience ever.

My stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Boston was disappointing. I travel with a trained service animal due to a medical condition and encountered several issues with staff regarding ADA service animal rules. I was initially told I would have to pay a pet fee, asked to provide documentation for my service animal, told my dog was not allowed in the breakfast dining area, and informed there is a 40-pound weight limit that applies even to service animals. I have traveled with my service animal to many hotels and flights and have never experienced these types of restrictions before. My dog was calm, quiet, and well behaved the entire time.

In addition to that experience, the condition of the hotel was not great. The hallway outside our room had water leaking from the ceiling and the overall cleanliness of the property was not what I expected.

Guests traveling with service animals under the ADA may want to be aware of these issues before booking.

They get slammed with airport shuttle check-ins so you might have to wait if you don't pre check-in. But their staff is incredibly friendly despite some of the guests attitudes. Please don't be a rude guest to them. They're all amazing.

I worked with 4 different people at the front desk, and they all deserve 5 stars. The breakfast was all the usual stuff, but everything was hot, and the place was as clean as can be. The condition of the two rooms was well below average. The rooms were clean, but there were plumbing fixtures and electric outlets that were not installed properly, and a squeaky fan in the heater.

There was a family with two dogs either upstairs from me or next door. The parents argued so loud the entire two days I was there. I kept calling the front desk, but nobody answered the hotel didn’t do nothing about it. The woman kept screaming, crying going after the husband. They kept banging their stuff around, they argued until like three in the morning and then started back up again around five or six in the morning. If they weren’t arguing together inside, then the wife will go outside and would not stop crying or rehashing whatever they were dealing with. It was such an awful awful experience.

I had already completed the online check-in, yet I was still forced to wait an unreasonably long time at the front desk. A young couple in front of me had issues using their credit card, and I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes. There were several other guests in line as well, but having driven over 12 hours, the delay felt especially frustrating.

The building is extremely old, and the carpet and couches had noticeable stains. I honestly did not want to leave a review like this, but Expedia kept sending multiple emails asking me to comment, so I felt I had no choice but to write this.

The only positive aspects were the included breakfast and the fact that there were supermarkets and drugstores conveniently located nearby.
