The parking lot was littered with garbage and clothing, and had people loitering. The lobby's \"mini mart\" looked like it was ransacked, maybe 1 or 2 bags of chips, but a plethora of laundry detergent. The front desk clerk was friendly with me and let me grab two bottles of water.
The TV was iffy - it worked, but not many channel selections, and a few were mismatched (tv said it was NESN but was playing cartoon network).
I stayed on the bottom floor, so I had a lot of noise from the parking lot, not from traffic but cars blasting music from the stereos.
I ended up checking out the next morning and found another place to stay.

They should do better work on patching the walls in the bathroom and repaint them. The walls in the bathroom were 2 different colors. Looked awful. Maybe air out the refrigerator when it’s cleaned. The chemical smell was over whelming every time I opened it.

I was ordered my food when I go downstairs someone picked I don't see my food

Staff appeared confused as to how the hotel software works. Check in took at least 20 minutes and kept asking the same verifying questions repeatedly. Staff made a mistake with another guest by giving the hotel key to an occupied room. The room was missing some of its silverware and I found an unreturned key card in one of the drawers.

I don’t know exactly how to explain it, but this place had a very weird vibe. The check-in area was strange -- and the attendants were very distracted. We were on the third floor and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time -- it was strewn with debris the length of the hallway. When when we opened the door to our room the TV and the A/C were both blasting. Not very energy efficient. Our bathtub had orange mold growing in it. And we appreciated the big comfy chair, but it was put in the strangest place -- it prevented us from getting in/out of bed on one side.

Overall for the price, our stay was good! I rated it 4 stars due to a few things…when we checked in, they sent us to a room that was absolutely trashed including poop in the toilet. It wasn’t her fault, the housekeeping marked it as clean when it wasn’t. We went to dinner and came back and were given their last room instead and it was clean (yay)! They could’ve given us more towels, at least ones that weren’t stained but for one night it was fine. Bed was very clean! We did notice the floors all smell different, the second floor smell made me nauseous but the 4th floor that we were redirected to smelled great. Overall I really can’t complain because I’m safe at home now after staying one night there. Unfortunately the listing did say continental breakfast included and it was a lie.

This was the dirtiest, most filthy property I’ve stayed at. The room they wanted to put me in had leftover food in the fridge. The cooking utensils in the drawers appeared to be splattered with grease. The bottom of the bathtub had a filthy buildup of dirt. Aside from the bed it appeared to have been furnished with old worn out garage sale furniture.

My second time at the Sonesta and I gotta say this time I was highly disappointed. I had such an amazing experience my 1st time, but this time around my experience wasn't what i was expecting. 1st off the TV wasnt working AT ALL I went to the desk to ask for help she said nobody could do anything until the morning. I wasn't that upset about it since it was a short stay but the simple fact this wasn't working made the experience worst. 2nd I never thought a room at the Sonesta could even have a bad odor but alas I was proven wrong. This only lingered about 20-25 mins of my initial entry in my suite. Finally I never knew that they didn't have an ice machine which makes no sense they rxpect you to use the freezer which is time consuming and defeats the whole purpose. I'm not saying I don't recommend this property just highly disappointed that's all.

It was a DUMP with a big letter D. The moment you walked in you knew it was a dump. The carpets haven't been cleaned in what looks like years. The rooms were just as bad.
