We had a wonderful stay at Blanch House for our anniversary weekend. Our room was beautifully clean and cosy, with a very comfortable bed. We loved how easy it was to walk to the seafront and pier, and parking with the permit was easy. We only had the continental breakfast, but this was delicious. The best part was the warm welcome from the hotel team, who were incredibly friendly and helpful! Thank you, we'll be back soon!

What sets this hotel apart from all the others, are the staff. While many are getting rid of receptions in the city this one is not and it makes such a difference. We were so well looked after. The continental breakfast is also substantial and good quality. You can also upgrade to a cooked breakfast for a reasonable price. Would definitely come back

Lovely little hotel for an overnight stay in Brighton. It’s in a great location, right near the beach, and very easy to find. Check in process was really quick, and we were given a bottle of cold water and shown up to our room.
Continental breakfast was included, and was a perfect amount of food. We were offered toast in addition to pastries, fruit, cereal etc.
The beds were super comfy and the room was very clean. A fan was provided in the room which was a great addition, however it was very old and didn’t give off much cold air! The room did slightly smell of damp when we first entered, but didn’t put us off.

I loved this charming guest house by the sea! Every staff there is friendly and helpful. I told them I was there for work and they were very accommodating in making the stay as relaxing as possible, communicating with me throughout the booking process too. I plan to come back for a proper vacation next time.
One thing I will do next time is to book a room facing away from the restaurant/bar, which was quite noisy till late.

My wife and I arrived on Friday night much later than expected after a long journey in busy traffic. Staff there were very cordial and most welcoming. They could not have done more to help us relax. It was our first visit to Brighton - it’s wonderful, offering so much in culture, history and diversity. We hope to visit again and would book again.

Excellent hotel all staff very attentive and informed. Continental breakfast very good quality and ample choices which are brought fresh to your table upon order. Very quiet hotel and very comfy large beds. Only thing if you have problem with stairs hotel doesn’t specify floor number of each room which can be a problem as no lift. Location excellent just 1 minute from the front and close to many restaurants and pubs.

The cozy guest house was exactly what we needed it to be - close to the heart of the activity in the city, walkable to many different neighbourhoods and amenities, near the train station, steps from the promenade and cycling routes, plus a welcoming place to call “home” for a few days in the south of England. The staff were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond what we asked of them - service stars! If we are in the area, we will definitely stay here again - otherwise we will certainly recommend it to others.

We liked the hotel very much. It all started with a very warm welcome which couldn't prevent you from thinking that you would be among friends. Our room Legacija was rather big and comfortable. The bed was big and very comfortable too so we slept well. The breakfast was good. In case you need parking, you should be in touch with the hotel and they will advise you. The centre of Brighton is about 10 minutes of a leisure walk. The beach is just 1 minute walk. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The hotel has no lift but they help the customers with their luggage.

Came for one night alone to get out of London. Absolutely loved it and will be back with my partner or send my parents. I stayed in the Orchid room which was perfect for one but might be a little tight for two more than a night. The staff is AMAZING - so welcoming, so helpful. Located on a quiet street a ten min walk from the Lanes, but lots right in the immediate area. Simple, thoughtful hospitality. Thank you!

The hotel bedroom was comfortable and cosy. I slept well. The shower was really tiny and the water was lukewarm (rather than hot). The room was really hot when I arrived (I guess we're not used to having the heating on)!! Parking is available at Zone C for £14 for 24 hours. I had to park a couple of streets away. After checking out I realised that I had left my Samsung charger in the room. At first the hotel said it wasn't there. Then it turned out that the cleaner had found it and had taken it home in her handbag! So she had to return it - so that I could pick it up....

Just spent another fabulous weekend in Brighton in another truly stunning boutique hotel. The staff, the service, the bedroom, the convenience of the location, the continental breakfast, were all perfect!

Blanch House was so lovely. On arrival i was greeted by Faye who told me everything i needed to know about Brighton, inc recommendations. My room was clean and comfortable, the room was Alice. This room does back onto the pub garden of a neighbouring bar but the pub dwellers were moved inside at 11pm. Didnt really bother me as was out or sleeping just after 11pm anyway. Very friendly and welcoming. A delightful little bar set up on the main level. The continental breakfast has one of the best fruit salads! Wifi was fine. We were in “Renaissance “, which is small, yet very comfortable, with lots of little details that make it unique….I’m partial to the reds and golds….and the bathroom, all black!
I must mention the one negative. There is a popular bar close by with an outdoor seating that is cheerful til exactly eleven pm. Then it’s silent. The tv or our travel music system was enough to block it out.

In my opinion this place had absolutely everything you might need for a short stay. The room was beautiful and clean - and warm which was a huge bonus for me in December! Everything we needed was provided, ample towels, basic toilettries, hairdryer, tea and coffee etc. There was always someone available should we need anything. Breakfast in the morning was lovely.
Fab location, well within walking distance of most places you might want to visit.

Lovely overnight stay at Blanch House. All the staff were very helpful and attentive. Kerry the owner explained the parking arrangements and provided a 24hr parking permit, which was considerably cheaper than the council car parks. All in all a lovely hotel to compliment a lovely stay in Brighton.

Front of house was delightful as were all staff. Our one issue was with the included breakfast. We found that it was not generous - consisting of a small (stale) croissant, three slices of cheese and a single slice of ham. For the money we would have expected far better. Otherwise our stay was pleasant but this left a bad parting impression.
