It’s a staff-less hotel so there is nobody to help if anything goes wrong. Their self check in machine is meant to print out a 9 digit code that gives you access the building and your room, but it didn’t have any paper.

The room advertises tea and coffee, they gave me 2 coffee pods and 2 tea bags and didn’t restock when doing room service.

The advertised breakfast is really just pointing you towards a local Starbucks.

Dirty coffee glasses, pillows are smelling bad, no luggage storage but they mentioned that they had... also check out is 11am and at 10 am a lady came knocked the door and said 'elf elf elf' it means eleven in german, I checked out at 10:15 because of that HOSPITALITY(!).

Good location, bad service!

Uncomfortable bed, self-check-in with no help, especially when a problem arose, such as the system being down when we arrived for check-in, with a large crowd trying to check in and no one to help. It took us over two hours past check-in time to get in. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!

Convenient to cathedral and train station. Only complaints were the bed was small and not very comfortable, no space for toiletries, and curtains let in a lot of light from the street. Room was clean, modern, and quiet.

En plein centre mais c'est sale !

Le sol et la salle de bain salle et mal nettoyé après le départ des précédants voyageurs. On pouvait voir encore le reste de dentifrice et des poils par exemple !
C'est très trompeur de dire que c'est un très grand lit, c'est un lit taille standard à peine suffisant pour deux.
4eme étage sans ascenseur, idem ce n'est pas indiqué dans les descriptions! Son seul point positif c'est qu'il est vraiment en plein centre ville et qu'il avait un ventilateur et frigo.

Perfect central city location, right next to the cathedral and train station. Modern room, clean, comfortable beds, kettle and small fridge, modern bathroom and WiFi. No manned reception, but very responsive via email when we had a query. 5 flights of stairs to our room, so do be aware! Would recommend. Only small problem was shower pressure/temperature was intermittent at times.

The automated check-in needed a bit of guesswork. Got my code after two attempts but when I tried to use it, it wasn't clear that I needed to press the \"tick\" key after entering the number. The basin plug wasn't working so I had to use my own. Room was a bit cramped and wakward to move around in. Otherwise a pleasant stopover, at the end of a day's journey by rail from London. Hotel was easy to find, clean, well equipped and beautifully renovated.

Personally would not stay here again. Check in process was horrible, there were ants all over the bathroom and the railing for the top bunk was completely broken. Good things about the stay is it’s in a prime location and the beds were surprisingly comfortable.

the beds were horrible, the mattress kept sliding off the base and they were generally uncomfortable, the room was so small that once my mattress moved over a few inches it would block the bathroom door.

there's no air conditioning, they supplied a pedastal fan which was noisy and did almost nothing, there's no airflow in the room, the only way to cool the room down was to open the door to the street which just made it incredibly noisy.

we were on the 4th floor, there's no elevator, the light on the 3rd floor is broken so in the dark it's dangerous.
despite booking for 2 people they gave us 1 coffee pod for the machine. there were signs in the bathroom to indicate that there was supposdly some spa aromatherapy things (bath salts?) but no sign of those, there was a guide on how to use the soundbar, but there was no sound bar.

the balcony furniture consisted of a single wierd plastic rabbit shaped thing, which i guess you could sit on?

the lever that connects to the plug in the sink was broken, i reported this to the property 2 hours after checking in, we never got a response the whole time, it was still broken 4 days later when i checked.

this hotel is maybe one step up from a hostel if you don't like talking to anyone or having any kind of human interaction - the checkin process is fully automated via a kiosk at the front door.

we moved to another hotel and had an actual relaxing stay in Cologne.
i now understand why the only options for this hotel were non-refundable.

I really like the location of this hotel, it's 5 mins walk from the train station and the massive Cologne Cathedral, there are a lot of shops and restaurants near by, I never had to interact with anyone, just using my code to get inside.... highly recommend this for anyone.

No lift. We were on the third floor and there is another floor above.

It was somewhat difficult to check in though not a huge deal. The issue was a “two person bunk bed” was actually just a double bed where me and my friend had to share the bed.

The other big issue is the room faced the busy Main Street which is fine and happens but there was a VERY bright light shining in with nothing close to resembling a curtain that stopped much light. It was very bright in the room.

Room was very clean, great bathroom and great location central to the train station but at least for that room a better curtain is needed

The check in was a nightmare. The informing email was not clear. Lucky to have other guests help me fix out. The room was much small than the pictures on Hotels. Smell and stuffy! And the steep stairs killed me as well. My room was in another wing. The instructions hided dedicatedly !

Construction without warning. Confusing check-in.

Check in was confusing. Was not aware that it was self check-in until I arrived in the rain.

VERY LOUD construction on the building outside my room beginning at 7am both mornings. Who begins that early? I was not informed there would be construction. Had I known, I would not have booked.

No elevator. Stairs are steep. Not recommended for those who are not fit.

The beds are 2m long and the bottom one is closed on both ends. If you're tall (I'm 190cm, 6'3\"), you can't really stretch out. It's not as restricted on the upper bed if you let you feet hang off the end.

The shower doesn't have anywhere to put your soap or other supplies. The supplied body wash and shampoo bottles are clearly meant to be hung from the wall, but there is no place to hang them. The only place to put them is on the floor.

Automated check-in was simple and quick.

The cathedral is right around the corner no more than 150m. Some issues with this hotel is that Uber eats doesn’t know where this place is so you have to stand outside for your food. It’s small and the walls are thin. Lastly it smells like smoke 24/7 and sees in from other rooms or the outside.

This place does not offer reception/receptionist. There is a self check in system by the front door that could be acting up/challenging. It’d get real boring if guests waiting to check in ahead of you. Check in happens after 3 pm so if you get there early no one would assist you with holding your luggage. Btw it doesn’t have air condition for summer. This place is clean though.

Das Zimmer war komplett dreckig, hier wird nicht richtig geputzt. Es war Staub von mehreren Wochen im Zimmer vorhanden. Sich die sanitären Anlagen waren so dreckig dass wir diese gar nicht nutzen wollten… Aber am aller schlimmsten war ein bestialischer Gestank nach Kloake in diesem Zimmer. Der Abfluss im Waschbecken war komplett verstopft, so dass dieses überhaupt nicht nutzbar war. Das Zimmer hat 140€ die Nacht gekostet und die Besitzer sind nicht einmal in der Lage es zu putzen. Ich war noch nie in einem schlimmeren Hotel.

De kamer was niet heel schoon en de badkamer viel half uit elkaar. Verder lag je scheef in bed doordat het matras al doorgezakt was. Ook was de ingang van het hotel niet fijn om alleen naar binnen te gaan door alle zwervers die er zaten.

Ich hatte am Vortag angerufen, ob ich evtl. schon um 14 Uhr einchecken kann. Da wurde mir gesagt, daß ginge. Dem war leider nicht so, weil es nur einen Automaten zum digitalen Einchecken gibt. Und da kann man vor 15 Uhr nichts machen.
Leider gibt es auch keinen Aufzug. Personal und Service ist schlecht zu beurteilen, weil es da kaum Kontakt gibt. Die Dame, mit der ich kurz gesprochen habe, war freundlich. Im Zimmer gibt es kaum Platz, die Kleidung unter zu bringen. Dafür gibt es kostenloses Wasser + Kaffee/Tee. Das ist ein Pluspunkt ;-)

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Dom/Bahnhof. Es gab einen self check in Automaten. Tagsüber war drinnen dann auch eine Person als Ansprechpartner. Das Gebäude in dem ich war hatte keinen Aufzug und unser Zimmer war im 4. Stock. Die Einrichtung war für den Preis ganz schön und stylisch, das Zimmer hatte einen Balkon, Dusche mit Duschgel, Shampoo, Taschentücher, Handtücher,Fernseher mit Netflix und Co. Das Bett war bequem und sauber. Direkt vor der Tür gab es gute Döner Läden, Kioske, die auch nachts geöffnet haben.
Ich war dort allein als Frau mit meiner Tochter auf einen Kurztrip um die Stadt anzusehen, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen, haben uns auch nachts dort sehr sicher gefühlt. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Die Türen waren alle videoüberwacht und mit code zu öffnen, genau wie die Zimmer.
Preisleistung war super. Frühstück gab es nicht, aber eine Kaffeekapselmaschiene im Zimmer mit Kaffeekapseln, es gab eine Art Gutschein für Starbucks dort bekam man dann Frühstück für 6.90€. Ist auch gleich gegenüber. Es ist aber auch ein sehr netter Bäcker/Kiosk gleich unten am Haus da gab's auch günstig Frühstück.
Ich würde es tatsächlich wieder buchen.

Das Zimmer wird für bis zu 2 Personen angeboten, was aber hierfür definitiv zu klein ist. Ein Kleiderschrank gab es nicht, so das man aus dem Koffer Leben musste. Platz zum abstellen des Koffers gab es nicht ausreichend, damit diese nicht im Weg stehen. Jedes Hostel bietet hier mehr Möglichkeiten. Der Ventilator auf dem Zimmer bringt auch nix, da er seit Monaten nicht gereinigt wurde.

Sehr zentral zum dom und zum Hauptbahnhof, doppelzimmer large hatte eine super Größe und war sehr sauber. Kritikpunkte eigentlich nur ein sehr sehr kleines badezimmer für große menschen die dusche nicht zu empfehlen. Und keine klima im Zimmer. War sehr warm. Aber es war ein Ventilator im zimmer vorhanden . Im ganzen würde ich es wieder buchen. Lage und preis perfekt

Das Bett war so Unbequem. Keine Klima deshalb pure Hitze im Zimmer und der Abfluss vom Waschbecken war verstopft. Wir empfehlen das Hotel leider nichtmehr auch nach dem zweiten versuch leider nicht besser nach den Jahren.

Hôtel correct. Très bien sur certains aspects lits confortables, tout pour faire thé et café, situation en centre ville et juste à côté de la gare, en revanche il faut savoir qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et la propreté de la moquette est moyenne, odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain et le wifi ne fonctionnait pas donc la télé non plus. Notre chambre avait une terrasse très agréable.

sehr gut aber..Meine EC Karte wurde mit Information \"Karte nicht zugelassen \" abgelehnt.Habe meine Karte bei einer Bank gecheckt...natürlich funktionierte sie.Ein anderer Gast hat uns geholfen,indem er mit seiner Karte den Betrag bezahlt hat.Erwähnen muss ich Ihren überaus hilfsbereiten und sehr freundlichen MA.Leider habe ich dern Namen nicht.Er hat uns geholfen,die Koffer in die 2.Etage zu tragen,da es keinen Aufzug gibt,Mein Mann hat einen Leistenbruch und ich darf nicht schwer tragen.Hätte ich gewusst,dass es keinen Aufzug gibt,häten ich nicht gebucht.Sollte auf Ihrer Seite erwähnt werden.
Fazit für uns
Schade,Zimmer und Lage super..aber ich werde Ihre Hotels nicht mehr buchen.
