Our server at Breakfast was amazing! Overall, the property was decent, food was decent. I would say this was a good value for the money. Nothing's super fancy but more than adequate. Some of the stuff in our room was run down. It did have some amenities that I wasn't expecting that were super nice like I magnifying mirror.

We booked 3 rooms. 1 room smelled horribly of old cigarette smoke and the carpet was very dirty. There were burn holes in the curtains. The only eating utensils the kitchenette had were 3 butter knives. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was basic.

Stayed one night. Definitely a better option with kids. Loved the little kitchen area. Small but was very beneficial. Pool was cold but clean. Hotel is older. The only thing was the breakfast was very very basic. Paper plates. Very simple. Got the job done, but definitely not anything fancy. If you have picky eaters, might be a challenge.

We had a restful sleep but the whiff my husband experienced after sitting on the chair in the suite left us feeling like the place could have used some upkeep: Clean/deodorize the upholstery/furniture. Showerhead is low.
We didn’t have breakfast.
We’ve been overnight staying for years. Maybe it’s time for a change—or maybe you intend to update?

We picked this hotel for a one night stay to enjoy a day at Kentucky Kingdom, which was about 15-20 minutes away. Staff was kind and helpful. Hotel is in need of some upgrades and some of the pictures online can be misleading. For example, the hot tub no longer exists (some pool pictures show it in the background).

Room layout was really good for our group. Having doors that could shut to the bedroom was great!

Breakfast was good. Typical hotel buffet with eggs, potato cubes, sausage gravy, biscuits, MYO Belgian waffles, bagels, fruit, etc.

TIP: silverware is on the wall, to the left of the coffee. (Took us a moment to find it)

Biggest issue we had was with the room keycards. We had to get ours reprogrammed multiple times. First time 1 of 2 didn’t work. Got that one fixed then the one that was working stopped working. Took them both out and got 2 different cards programmed. Then front desk guy (didn’t catch his name; sorry!) came and showed us a very specific way to use them to get them to work - swipe up and down rapidly, repeatedly until light turns green (we were doing a single swipe)

One other guest had 4 small dogs tha wouldn’t stop barking for what seemed like a long time but was probably only 5-10 minutes.

Overall, we actually would stay here again. Great neighborhood. Good room layout. Nice people.

They allow pets and the dog nearby barked until very late at night with no intervention by the staff. The \"Happy Hour\" consisted of Beer on Tap for those who drink beer, but nothing else. The hotel is getting very run down with damaged doors, flooring and walls.

While overall the stay was ok, the breakfast was subpar. Both mornings there was no milk for the cereal, some food was not even ready. Now mind you we were there to have breakfast about 40 minutes after they started but still should have been stocked. Did not even see anyone to say something to. The room was fine but i suggest you go out for breakfast.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly. Perhaps it is an older building but there were no USB ports anywhere in the room, not even like I've seen many times on the lamp base by the bed nor at the desk. Luckily I brought an adapter plug so I could plug into an outlet to charge my phone. The freezer was completely iced up, so I couldn't use it. The lamp next to the bed didn't work so I switched lightbulbs with a working lamp in the living room but all it would do was sporadically flash, so I told them at the desk and told them I sat it just inside the door so they would know which one was shorting, but it sat there all week and still sitting there to be exchanged when I left. There are several restaurants close by and a Whole Foods market and a Kroger. Everything was a close drive but not walkable.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. This was my second stay there

We booked a two-night stay but ended up leaving after the first night due to multiple issues with the room and overall experience. Although the room had a thermostat/control panel, the temperature could not be lowered below 71–72 degrees, even when set to 64. As someone dealing with hot flashes, this made sleeping extremely uncomfortable and nearly impossible.

After speaking with the front desk, we were told the room temperature is automatically controlled and cannot be adjusted by staff or guests, despite there being a thermostat in the room. They even sent a repairman to check it, but nothing improved, and to make matters worse, he left dirty gloves behind in our room.

Breakfast was also disappointing, with a poor selection, overcooked hot food, and mostly carb-heavy options.

We attempted to speak with a manager or supervisor but were unable to do so. To their credit, they agreed to refund us, and we decided not to stay for the second night of our reservation. Between the inability to control the room temperature, poor sleep, lack of management availability, and disappointing breakfast, this stay was not a good experience for us. Would not recommend if your a hot sleeper and don't travel with a fan.

I was in a crunch for location. This hotel suited my needs. I was told upon check in they would only clean the room once every 3 days. Not ideal, but nothing I couldn't deal with. However, I checked in Tuesday and by Saturday, I had not had one cleaning service if even to refresh towels. I did ask to make sure they would come on the 3rd day but that didn't happen. It seems they are short on staff. I did request more towels and was able to go to the front desk to collect it. Also, the side door which has a key card lock on it, was broken so anyone could access the side entrance without having a key. It isn't necessarily an unsafe area but I don't like that there was a side door that is accessible and completley unmonitored.

Unfortunately this hotel is starting to show its age. Room was clean, but starting to show wear.
Breakfast was a joke. Hotel was full for a national archery tournament (for teenagers) and they ran out of food, coffee, juice most mornings. One morning there was only biscuits and gravy on the hot table. And only 1 waffle maker which was constantly in use and a waiting line. They need to up staff for the kitchen. I think only 1 person currently.
Carpets in the elevator lobby is worn. Only 1 elevator for all guests and service people.
We'll probably stay at a different hotel on our next time to the area.

For other parents. The website says full breakfast. They had a couple of hot items on their big buffet bar :( Families that travel and have kids really depend on a good breakfast. This was 75% why we picked this Hotel. They really need another waffle maker if they can't put more hot food out. The pool is ok but the age is 18 years and older, not very helpful for teens and parents. The staff was great. Nice and helpful. The building is older but kept clean. Checking in and out was easy. Rooms were very clean and great for a family with kids.

The AC did not work the entire weekend.....it ended up being frozen. Kids wanted to dive in the pool, making what time we had there not enjoyable. The breakfast on Thursday morning was not well thought out...it was as if they had no idea why so many archers were staying at the hotel, and they quickly ran out of food and drink multiple times.

The windows, when we attempted to use them, were coming out of their runners and when we brought the attention to the front about the AC, the front desk worker broke the tabs that keep it in the track.

The hot water was not working well, at all. I expect hot water where I need to add cold water to temper it...instead, we got water that was warm enough to be tolerable for short showers.

The staff was great, for the most part, and the beds were comfortable.

We booked this hotel solely because it had a hot tub and pool because we were there for a regional gymnastics competition and wanted to relax while the kids swam but when we got there the hot tub is under construction. I do have to say the guy that works evenings was great we had 2 rooms and in 1 of them you could clearly tell it was not cleaned they made the bed with out even changing linens there was a fork and 2 knives along with dirty socks under the blanket. When we told him he immediately gave us a different room.

Rooms were outdated, smelled terrible of mildew and were down right disgusting. There was stained mildew on windows and air vents. The air conditioning would not cool the room no matter what temperature it was set to, it just stayed at 75-77 degrees all night which made for a horrendous sleeping experience. The entire property is outdated and disgusting. The breakfast was one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever tried and threw it out after one bite. I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The under curtains in the room were ripped. There was hair everywhere. The linens for the pull out couch had hair in it. Under the sink in the corners of the floor it didn’t look like it was swept. The faucet in the tub leaked consistently. The AC unit sounded like a loud truck engine when it kicked on. Breakfast was decent. Not a fan of egg pancakes that you just heat up. Not a very good selection of food.

It's obvious the owners of this hotel are only interested in the bare bones minimums of operating at a hotel. They put no effort or investment into this property. The best thing I can say about it is the property location which is two or three minutes from just about everything you need, and the size of the rooms, which were substantial. The property itself has a grimy unclean look and feel to it. The breakfast offerings were not only scant, but horrible in general. I will say the person who checked us in was quite nice, personable, and very helpful. But we checked in late in the evening and the person behind the desk changed before we unloaded our things from the car and settled into the room. The new person at the desk was unattenive and lacked the personality worthy of working at a front desk. Someone had dropped a piece of candy or some other type of food on the floor and it was swarming with the ants. My wife told the attendant twice and she didn't flinch. She sort of gave a dismissive look as if to say, why are you telling me? She didn't call anyone and she made no effort to rise from her seat to see what we were talking about, nor did she simply walk and wipe it up. Maybe it wasn't part of her job description, nevertheless, it could've been a 10 second remedy which she chose not to perform. The last thing one of our fellow travelers said was, \"I can't believe this is a Wyndham. In my head,I had a different idea of what Wyndham's were. Well, now I can cross them off\"

When checking in I inquired about the pool and hot tub. I was told the pool was closed because of \"the chemicals\" and the hot tib was permanently closed. These were the only reason I was willing to pay as much as I did for the stay. The pool was opened the next day, but the hot tub was in disrepair. Breakfast was not great either. Biscuits with no gravy. or when there was gravy, it was very watery and unappetizing. Something had been spilled in the elevator and it took a couple of days for it to be swept up. Not what I expected from a Wyndham property.

I do not think the room had been cleaned in months. The bottom of the shower was stained brown, there was “666” smudged into the mirror, and the carpet was musty. Also, the front desk worker was coughing everywhere and eating as we checked in.

Room is decent albeit tired. Beds were comfy. Bathtub non-skid mat is permanent and gross. Found dried food behind a chair that hadn’t been vacuumed up. None of the employees smile. I was there over a weekend and breakfast is until 10am- went at 9:30 both days and most of the hot was gone. A few slices of bread left. Had cream cheese but no bagels-I asked if they had more they told me they are frozen. Did have fresh apples and yogurt. Vending machine was empty. Nobody really seemed happy to work there. The front desk is high/tall and they all sit behind it invisibly and don’t stand up to greet anyone. It was just a weird vibe. It had good ratings on Expedia and I’m kind of surprised by that. The whole place needs a refresh as it’s in a very nice part of town. I have to make return trips to the area and won’t be staying there again.

The bathroom was clean but the shower curtain needs replaced because it wouldn’t stay in place and the fan was very loud. The hot tub did not work as many guests have pointed out, but they have yet to fix it. The rooms were clean, but the vents could use a little attention, as well as in the bedroom behind the side tables and around the cracks. The rooms could use some updates but had ample room and plenty of lights. The bed was OK but could use a replacement. The sliding doors on the closet next to the kitchenette were off the track and didn’t open very well. There was a second closet in the bedroom though which had plenty of space. Before checking out we enjoyed the breakfast bar that offered a variety of things to eat from fruit, yogurt, and cereal to muffins & bagels, scrambled eggs and sausage as well as a waffle maker. All in all our stay was pleasant and the price was reasonable.

The hotel is in need of updating, very dated, dark and tired, and the price is high for the experience. The vending machines are empty, included breakfast was terrible, mostly packaged and processed, the toilet wouldn’t flush and had to go down to the lobby to use the restroom and that restroom had trash on the floor and poop on the stall walls. Then the shower wouldn’t drain and no maintenance team was on site to address anything, incredible loud AC unit that woke me up when it kicked on every hour. The one good part was the amazing young man checking everyone in, his service was incredible and he was doing his best with what leadership and owners have given him to work with.
