Seriously terrible. Got to the room. it was FREEZING. Call the desk and they say it’s warming up. It did not. I left for the night and came back. Still freezing. I had the flu so I just sleep praying it warms up. woke up at 3 am shivering. point of almost death. -15 outside. I call the desk. No answer. I take my sick body to the office. Locked. sit in my car. call the next twenty mins. Then I gave up and fell asleep in my car. The next day, I go to the desk and tell them. No apology. Then send a maintenance an hour later who simply slaps the machine and says it doesn’t work. No crap. So they moved me rooms. The next room was okay but I was upset I paid for a freezing room and slept in my car. So I call corporate. Telling them the story took 45 mins. What the heck. They say they will call the front desk and DEMAND I get another night at the hotel in the better room. They placed me on hold and said the manager wasn’t in the office until 11am. Check out time. So she can’t get him to do it. But SHE would call back at 11:30 and for me to just stay in my room until I hear an answer. She never called. They had no clue. Guy bangs on the door and demands me get out of the room or pay for another night. Tried to explain it. Didn’t care and argued with me and threatened to CALL THE POLICE! What! So I had to QUICKLY pack and get out of the room. I go to the office and spend 45 mins arguing. He tried to charge me for late check out. Eventually he gave up. But kept my deposit. AVOID

This property is not safe for women traveling alone. When I checked in, there was a woman doing heroin in the parking lot. The door to the room appeared to have been kicked off the hinges at some point. There were brown stains all over the mattresses and bedding. When we went to use the toilet, the toilet seat fell off in our hand. I was only in the room for approximately 10 minutes before I took the keys back to the front desk in tears saying that we couldn’t stay there and checked out. I was told I would be refunded. The following day I called the hotel, they proceeded to cuss me out, tell me that I was not checked out and that I still had a room and I would not be getting a refund despite being told the day before that I would be and that I had checked out not 10 minutes after I had checked in. I requested to speak with the manager and was told, word for word, “she’s standing right next to me and she doesn’t want to talk to you.” The amount of health violations at this hotel is absolutely absurd. I will be speaking to a lawyer as a result of my experience and mistreatment here.

I mean it was good for what we paid. It was dirty but no bed bugs or roaches which was great. We had a dog and the staff knew and opened our door and let our dog run around which I wasn’t very happy about. We asked for towels cause we got two towels for five days for two people they said they had no towels so we used the same wash rag for five days. But it was cheap for LTL.

The positive-Good location, grounds were a little messy, but overall good for a pit stop and place to sleep and shower.

Physical plant a bit worn. Shower curtain wouldnt stay closed due to it sagging and tub drain must have been clogged as it took forever to drain after shower.
Was a little surprised about $50 damage deposit. Usually they just take your credit card info for that, not actually charge it and keep it that long.

Not the cleanest place outside and curb appeal is lacking. Our room was showing wear and tear on the furntiure where it shouldve been replaced long ago. The bed sheet appear to have some staining and the bathroom door knob didnt fit properly. The hole for the knob was showing at the top and wouldn't close without extra pressure. The bathroom was so small that the door swings within 1-2\" from the toilet, making it difficult to step in and use the restroom or take a shower. The app isnt allowing tovadd photos to show these experiences.

I was charged a pet deposit despite not traveling with an animal. We repeatedly told the front desk that we did not have a dog, and they said they needed to charge us the $80 deposit since we were staying in a pet designated room (????). We were assured that we would receive the deposit back. We didn’t. We received $50 back from the $80. Considering that upon check in, the front desk clerk made it a point to say “I own this hotel so you can’t even contact corporate about me” , even though we never said anything to warrant such a statement. After that was said, we kinda figured we’d be ripped off, so it was no surprise when we were. Oh well. The city was nice, the location of the property is choice (you’re about 15-20 minute from everything!) All in all, spend an extra $10 and stay across the street.

It was going until the front desk agent had so many rules at the last day of our stay which we did call and try to confirm before arriving, and the night of arrival we were only ask to sign basic paper but on our last day of stay it was horrible would not stop disturbing did not appreciate that at all , while we were already following all the rules.

Okay if there is a deposit but to have a policy that it will take up to 14 business days to get it back is ridiculous since most charges are usually on credit cards. Always take video of the room on check in and check out to ensure there are no fraudulent charges people! This policy is sus.

The room was comfortable and decently clean. The lights in the bathroom (where the shower was) were a bit dim for my liking. The shower curtain wouldn't close all the way. The microwave, refrigerator, and plastic cups that were provided in the Superior Room I had were nice to have. Fresh towels/additional plastic cups/soap/shampoo were left on my bed the second day I was there.

Lots of easy to fix damages to the room. Ceiling has large pieces of paint peeling off from obvious water damage. Bed had weird bleach style stain and burn marks on bed. Cover bathroom toilet seat was completely broken and bathroom. Light switch was pushed in exposing in wires. Outside was cleanish. Plenty of cameras around the property. Staff was meh; not mean but not friendly.

Hotel was ok, wasn’t anything fancy wasn’t gross either. Mattress were clean over all room was clean, bed was decent. But the door did not seal properly there were large cracks of light around the bottom and top. Water pressure was good. I did not stay there very long just to shower and sleep and head back out to the festival. It was quiet I did not see anything strange going on but then again I wasn’t there most of the evenings until after 2 AM.

Clerk at check in was surly and between his accent and mumbling almost impossible to understand. Demanded my wife's ID/driver's license in addition to my license and credit card with my photo even though I identified the reservation as being for two people. They require a $50 damage deposit at check in. Condition of the room was run down with what repairs had been done poorly done. Water in shower couldn't be turned completely off. Bed mattress totally broken down soft and lumpy so we could not get a good night's sleep. No housekeeping during stay and they will only give you one hand/face towel. Desk left unattended and there is no bell or other way to get anyone for service. Rates were low but you will be far better off paying a few dollars more snd getting an acceptable accommodation. Stay elsewhere.

The bed was a little short for someone like me who is tall and I had some items that needed to be refrigerated and had to rent it for an extra $15 per night. Most of the places I have stayed at in the last decade or more include a refrigerator in the room.

Also the bathroom was tight, really tight and hard to get in with the poor room design.

Other than that it was okay. You get what you pay for.

The air in our room barely kept the room cool, I didn’t complain because we were only staying the night bc our daughter got flew to the hospital we had been up 24 hours or longer. The guy at check in was very hateful with me there were burn holes in our covers although they are “smoke free” we did take pictures bc I didn’t want the blame. It’s actually clean and location isn’t bad at all over all I will give 3 stars just because of what I stated above.

Desk clerk took forever and did not know how to work their system. Could not get ground floor room even though there were obviously a number unoccupied.
TV did not work.
Coffee pot did not work and there was only one cup if it had worked.
Desk not attended to inform them of problems.
Condition has been deteriorating for a few years now.
Will stay elsewhere in the future.
