Staff was good. Didn't tell you much about the facility but how to get to your room. Asked about breakfast. Sign outside says fresh baked cookies. Typical breakfast setup for this type of hotel but only toast, bagels, muffins, bread wise. Cereals not marked. Coffee good, tea available only one type. Juice supposed to be available but not till 3rd day. Waffles were good. Had to ask for yogurt and milk. No fruit available all 3 days. Good if you're not looking for much. Room's were confortable, clean. Bed was comfortable. This was basically where we laid our heads at night. Had a lot going on outside of hotel. Location was perfect for us, close to everything we were doing. Don't know much else. I know they advertised an exercise room, but never saw it. Had to ask for glasses for room and where ice was available. Room did have microwave and refrigerator, which we did use. Plenty of parking.

We got there 5:10pm to check in and the rooms were not ready. Check in was at 3pm. One room did not have a dresser or other furniture other than one plastic chair. That room also had mold on the back of the bed frame. The stairwell smelt of cigarettes and weed that lingered into the rooms. The parking is terrible especially if you have to use the center elevator to get to the 3rd floor with luggage.

Floors do not look like they have been cleaned. Carpet in hallways old and not well kept. Security card reader on elevator is not working. The wall in our room had a big crack in the plaster from what appears to be from building settling. Breakfast was terrible. Juice machine was not working. They had a waffle maker, cereal, one piece of bread and three muffins when we went down. Next day same thing. No butter or margarine. We had to put down a $40 deposit for incidentals and when it was time to check out the receptionist wasn't sure what to do. We ended up bringing her up to inspect the room and then we got our cash deposit back. TV was hung crooked on the wall.

When I got there I was charged a deposit fee which I don't remember reading about when I made my reservation. I was told it would be refunded within 5 days after my stay, but this was still an inconvenience that I did not know to plan for.

My first room was dirty. When I walked in, the refrigerator was left open. There was still small pieces of trash on the floor and on the desk. The counters had greasy looking smudges on them. There were no clean towels in the room. I asked for a new room.

On the first morning of my two day stay, the breakfast there was rock hard biscuit, gravy, and potatoes. The lids covering the food also looked filthy. There was a waffle maker, but none of the plates were big enough for the waffles.

On the second morning, the steamer that held the biscuits, gravy and potatoes the previous morning were empty. Once again, no plates big enough to hold the waffle. My only option was a single packet of peanut butter, two donuts, and a slice of bread. When I asked if more food would be put out, I was told that was it. This was an hour and a half before they ceased serving breakfast.

Yes, it is a cheap hotel, but they don't truly offer what they promise in the description.

Staff was friendly but not always present at front desk. Over the week my room was only cleaned once, and only after I had asked over multiple days. After the only cleaning there was still a hair or two on the sheets. The breakfast was lacking with no eggs or meat options and the juice did not work initially (they did fix it when I asked but the juice did not taste good). My room itself didn't have a bad smell but the hallway certainly did. Overall the place could use some TLC so that it can be cleaner and the staff needs to be more responsive and accessible

Hate that if you are on the back side of building you have to go all the way around for an elevator. Not fun when you worked a night shift 12 hrs and have to climb the stairs or walk through the lobby and then out to the elevator? Ugh! Place is good. Staff is ok. Older male is super nice the rest not so good. Breakfast isn’t worth going down for. I travel for work and this place is one of the better lower priced hotels. I would recommend it.

The hotel seemed very transient. Lots of noise, the smell of smoke coming into my room. Didn’t seem safe. The bed was very uncomfortable, and one pillow was dirty / stained. My room was not ready when I arrived, so I went out for a bit, and when I came back, the woman at the front desk, said she was in training, spoke very little English, and didn’t seem to understand. Checking in was good, the 2gentleman were polite and professional. The room was outdated. The tv remote barely worked, guess it needed batteries but had no back to it. Furniture all in the walkways, couldn’t find the ice machine. Was able to come thru the back door to get upstairs thru the lobby to the elevator when checked in but when I checked out I had to walk all the around the building just to get back to my vehicle. The lady at the desk didn’t notice me standing at the window, when I was ready to check out, had to knock on it. She was on her phone with her head down. She wouldn’t even let me in the lobby.

This hotel charged me the full amount for the room, including a deposit. The receptionist said the deposit would be refunded to my account, but unfortunately, it has not been returned. Additionally, the receptionist was unfriendly and tense. The breakfast was terrible, with almost nothing to eat, even though the electronic sign outside claimed “fresh cookies every morning.” The pool was closed the entire time. After spending the first night, I looked for other nearby hotels and found a much better option at the same price, specifically the Hyatt, but unfortunately, it had a no-cancellation policy.

The guy at front desk was very sketchy. Saying he would just keep my 100$ and return it to me later…. I told him no and then he decided that he probably actually does have change for me in the back. The whole reason I booked this hotel was that they had an outdoor pool. Not only was the pool closed and not posted online, the photos online didn't look anything like the actual pool. I think I should get a little bit of a refund. It was not posted online that their pool was closed. My kids were disappointed. The inside of our room was clean. Couldn't get a hold of the front desk no phones in the rooms nobody was at the front desk half the time and then when you did find somebody they didn't speak English and they say can't help you third party third party and requesting a full refund did not get any sleep the people upstairs were banging and partying all night long people coming in and out slamming doors. Had my elderly mom who is disabled and my granddaughter with me it was very disgusting there was no breakfast like they said the pool was closed wasn't even open yet didn't even have water in it no AC I didn't take pictures we just left very disappointing and very aggravating we traveled from Cleveland to Kentucky for a family member who was in the hospital and that was the closest one and it was very disgusting we'll never recommend that hotel to anybody
