This hotel is decent for the price and its proximity to the beach. The property is older and not the most up-to-date. During my stay, I noticed that the hallways leading to the rooms weren’t well maintained, with visible hair on the floors. The wood tables and other surfaces also had hard water or white stains that couldn’t be removed.
On the positive side, the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. However, I experienced difficulty contacting the front desk—calls were busy during my stay, and I wasn’t able to reach them afterward regarding an item I may have left behind. This seems to be an ongoing issue the hotel is aware of, and improving communication and resolving the phone line problems would greatly enhance the guest experience.

This property is very nice. The staff is exceptional. Service in all areas was top notch. Pool is very functional. No fighting for chairs and pool service and food was great. Haven’t had a bad meal here at all. Planned to stay 5 days and ended up staying 9! We will definitely be back.

This property is very clean and the staff is always buzzing around making sure all is squared away. Fernanda, at the front desk, was always pleasant and helpful, as were the other staff. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast always great and tasty while the drinks at the bar at night were expertly crafted and delicious. Hotel is located just a 5 min walk from Medano Beach and some great eats are within a few blocks walk. My partner and I were very happy with this hotel!

Worst hotel ever do not book we have two beds reserved for months received a email on day of arrival asking if we need two bed NOTHING will change in our reservation . I responded back with we do need two bed at check in they gave that room away NEVER stay here they tried to put a dirty mattress ON THE FLOOR for my kids to sleep on .

I've stayed here many times and it never disappoints, only that it's become more popular and the rates are up!
I prefer the Mdeano area over the Marina and this hotel in particular because it's easy to get anywhere from here. Car rental to Todo Santos or Los Barillas is right down the street, great tacos and corner bars nearby, and the beach a 5 minute walk up the hill.

Great location, walking distance to many restaurants, medano beach, marina area and downtown Los Cabos.

The work out/ gym is nice, not big but has all the stuff we need to work out daily.

The main reason I picked this hotel because of the pickleball courts but very disappointed the way the added plastic cover to the floor, so the ball bounced super weird.

We got there early around 10am and the hotel was really empty but they didn’t have our room ready until 2pm. I think they did this to prevent us from eating the free breakfast???, we were tired and hungry and had to roam around for 4 hours.
The bathroom doesn’t look very clean. The toilet has stain or not being cleaned well. The shower was the worst part, super slow water, I was dreading when it’s shower time.
If I come back to Cabos, probably will find another hotel

Perfect place for a short stopover. Great price. I don’t mind staying in budget hotels, this was certainly great value for money. Huge rooms, convenient location. I wanted to sleep during the day and my room was directly overlooking the pool which was noisy, in the evening however the hotel was very quiet. Will definitely choose this hotel again for a stopover.

I stayed here for 5 nights. The property isn’t right on the beach with the fancier resorts, which I liked. The on-property restaurant, Kamú, was good and had American-type food options. The pool was small but nice, and my room was spacious and clean. I was able to easily walk to Médano Beach, downtown, and the marina, and there are many restaurants near the hotel. The only negative thing was the weak WiFi, but that won’t stop me from staying here again.

First time staying at a hotel in Cabo off the beach. Medano is located less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and less than 20 minutes from the Marina and Downtown. In addition, there are several restaurants within a two minute walk from the hotel. We enjoyed this walkable location much better than being trapped in an all-inclusive.
The hotel facilities are fantastic; affiliated and non-afflicted restaurants on or right next door; pickle ball court; putting green; free self-laundry on site; and the included breakfast was very good. The staff was very good as well. Shout out to SAMANTHA at the KAMA bar who made fantastic margaritas the waiter MARCOS. Both did a great job for us. We look forward to returning; the days of all-inclusive beach resorts are now in the past.

This place is in a great location, only a few blocks from the beach and with dining options close by. It had convenient walkable access to the marina and shopping. i really liked the hotel itself, the pool area was wonderful, and the gym huge. its located close to the marina/centre walkable in 10-15 mins. OXXO next door too.
what i didnt like was that the floor in my room was filthy, making your feet constantly dirty, and the noise and music so loud from 10pm through the night. on site there is bands playing so you cannot sit on the balcony or watch tv and there was zero soundproofing against outside noise. impossible to have good sleep despite being on floor 4 which was a real shame.
