The hotel entrance is not very impressive but once inside it is very pleasant, tastefully decorated and clean. Some areas are ageing just like some of its visitors but overall very happy that it matches its 3 star rating. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast which was simple and nice. We were not able to use the outdoor facilities as it was raining heavily. It’s conveniently located for tram access to anywhere in the city and there are restaurants and bars and shops close by.

The bad point about our stay was the breakfast buffet for 12€ : awful coffee, cheap food and stressed waiters who were just looking for us to leave because they were awating 30 persons for lunch and were in a hurry to prepare everything for them. Breakfast is till 10.30 and at 10.29 they had already removed everything and were trying to remove our plates and cups too :O

Ce n’est pas notre premier séjour à mon épouse et moi dans cet hôtel. Nous n’avons jamais été déçus: accueil, propreté, calme, confort, rien à reprocher. Nous nous y sentons comme chez nous.

On pensait être à la campagne et non dans une zone commerciale... Cela gâche l’ambiance. Accueil agréable. On n’a pas pu prendre de petit déjeuner car après 10 mn d’attente debout dans la salle de petit déjeuner personne n’est venu pour nous servir et ce n’est pas un buffet.... Les horaires d’arrivée et de départ ne sont pas top : Arrivée à 16 h et départ à 11 h : cela laisse peu de temps pour profiter de la piscine et des extérieurs. Pas de spa en raison du COVID.... Des prestations Limitées... Court séjour en demi teinte.

A l'arrivée à peine un bonjour et sans aucunes explications sur les horaires/ petit déjeuner ni même du restaurant, ni même les restrictions sanitaires. le lit double est deux lits simples rassemblés qui forme un espace au milieu inconfortable. C'est dommage car certains membres du personnel font de leur mieux mais le site n'est pas à la hauteur.

Mon épouse et moi avons choisi cet hôtel pour des raisons de proximité familiale dans cette ville, et nous ne le regrettons pas , même si nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion d’en utiliser les équipements. L’hôtel est très propre et le personnel très agréable.
