La habitación sucia, entran arreglar el cuarto cuando uno no esta sabiendo que uno tiene pertenencias en la habitación, los baños súper sucios llenas de caca y tapadas, hay baños que no funcionan, no puedes llegar después de las 12 de la noche ni hacer check-in después de las 12 de la noche sabiendo que hay personas que sus vuelos llegan tarde y tienen que ir a quedarse en un hostal para pasar la noche y no en la calle

When booking the hotel it was advertised as having a bathroom in the room however when we arrived we were told it was communal bathrooms and showers for everybody. The communal bathrooms we’re disgusting and dirty. We then asked if we could upgrade to have a room with a bathroom in the room which we were charged €45 for. We could barely fit all of our belongings in the room, the radiator in the room didn’t work which luckily we didn’t need as the hotel it self was boiling. There was no hand soap, only two towels no hand towels or floor mat which we almost fell in the bathroom a few times due to how slippery the floor was after a shower. There was also weird “blood-like” stains on the walls and overall not an enjoyable experience.

Room was small and cramped, the blind was broken, so light came in early. The area where the hotel is located, had lots of people smoking weed, and drinking outside. Didn’t feel the safest. The hotel is also no where near the Eiffel Tower. It was fine as a budget hotel but wouldn’t recommend to tourists who want to experience actual paris.

Double check before booking that you have a private bathroom as on arrival we where informed that it was a public bathroom with one toilet unisex showers and toilet left within an hour of arriving and was refused a refund despite false advertisement of private bathroom and 7/10 on Expedia it is a 1STAR HOTEL avoid at all costs

This room was perfect for our 1 night stay! The lady checking us in was very lovely and helpful and we were able to check in early for only €10 (plus city tax). I see a lot of comments saying that the room was too small, that the rooms smelled etc. but you have to remember that in Paris, smoking is so common, you have to expect that a lot of things and places will smell of cigarette smoke. If you have done prior research on Paris, you will have been told that the bathrooms and rooms are often small, especially if you are booking on a budget! This is so normal for Paris. One thing we noticed that was amazing, was how well the window blocked out the street noise! The bed was perfect for our sore bodies after over 24hrs of travel. The mattress that we had in our room was on the harder side, which myself and my husband like, so if you can only tolerate soft mattresses, keep this in mind! All in all, we are very very happy with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others and stay here again!

This hotel overlooks the Boulevard Peripherique which isn't everyone's idea of a place to be but I enjoy it, especially since it is near the Marche de St. Ouen. I had an ensuite room but the one problem was the shower, which was largely a miserable dribble. I used the communal showers in preference.

The room was in and of itself acceptable. But there were a lot of noise from the corridor and the highway so it was hard to sleep. The bathrooms were disgusting at worse and kinda gross at best. And someone threw up in the corridor...

The hotel is located in the absolute worst part of Paris. You have to walk through skid row (where there are tent camps for the homeless) to get there and it is unadvisable to be alone outside at night.

I was originally planning on solo travelling as a 20F and i’m very grateful my boyfriend decided to join me last minute. the hotel is entirely pleasant, has multiple option depending on your type of trip and budget (e.g hostel stay or bedrooms with private baths), however it is on the exact border ringroad of the cutoff for central paris. the 5 minute walk to the metro is a little scary, especially speaking as a woman, and i would not recommend going there at night alone. however, for a budget stay with a group/couple of people in your party, could be a perfect option for a budget trip.

I booked the 1 Double Bed, Private Bathroom (Cabrio) room. The space was extremely compact, with a very minimal bathroom. The bed itself was fine, nothing special.

The main issue was the lack of AC. I asked at reception and was told that the vents in the room only circulate air, they are not AC. Since I visited in August, with Paris reaching 34°C during the day, the room was uncomfortably hot at night and made it difficult to sleep.

Unfortunately, the hotel also doesn’t provide fans, which would have helped.

Overall, it might be fine in cooler months, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here in the summer.

Firstly the people working on the reception were very rude. We were supposed to check in at 2pm but she said it might take 30minutes or even more till the room was ready. She was then said she does not speak english and to speak french to her. We got a shared bathroom at first. It was disgusting and horrible. We upgraded to get our own bathroom which was okay. The breakfast was horrible. The people in the kitchen were rude every time. During the night we asked them for some hot water to drink, they said they can't provide anything and they don't even have cups but to go next door to ask for cups. When it was time for check out at 12pm, at 10am itself they started pushing us out of the room. It was just a horrible experience overall. They were not.

The hotel itself is ok. The room was clean and as advertised. But is was small. No where to hang clothes and not even a full length mirror. For the money it was ok. However.
The location was like the immigrant camp in Calais. I did not feel safe in the location. There were slums and homeless all around. The whole street was full of tents and homeless. The walk to the nearest tube was not advisable solo and very sketchy. Late at night a cab to the door is the only safe way.

Not recommended! I booked a large room (actually called an accessible one) but the room given was extremely small. I could barely find a place for my cabin luggage. Within the room, only toilet paper and liquid soap are provided as toiletries. The hotel is located in a poor neighborhood. On the way to the hotel from the metro station or the city center, there were people living on the street/in cars, and selling their stuff on the street. I was afraid to walk back to the hotel in the evening. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for solo traveling females due to its neighborhood. And it's not value for money as you don't get what you pay for.

Het is ongeveer 10 minuten lopen vanaf het openbaar vervoer, maar de omgeving voelt wat sketchy aan, met veel zwervers rondom het hotel. De kamer zelf is best klein, maar voor één nacht prima te doen verwacht absoluut geen luxe.

Ik was blij dat ik hier maar één nacht verbleef. De bedden zijn redelijk, maar aan de harde kant, en de kussens zijn erg dun, waardoor je het harde bed goed voelt.

De gedeelde douches zijn op zich prima, al was het wel vies dat sommige gasten hun haren achterlieten. Houd er ook rekening mee dat er een camera in die ruimte hangt.

Persoonlijk zou ik hier niet snel terugkomen, maar voor een enkele overnachting is het net acceptabel.

The hotel room was very small, I'm 6'3 and my partner is 5'1 and we both had a very hard time to stay here, it may be because we stayed in the tandem style room that's meant for 2 people, but even if I stayed here myself, this room was not enough for me alone. The staff was very kind thankfully, and realistically is the only benefit to the property, as it's the only reason they don't get a 1 star for my review.

The area around the hotel was not the greatest and felt like it was difficult to travel alone there at night, even if you're in a group, but especially if you're alone. If you're coming here, it's because it's friendly for your budget, you need a list minute room, or you just don't know about it.

Lastly, there is NO AC. That's a huge factor into staying in a place that's quite hot, and if you're coming from a place where you're used to AC, this place is nowhere near sufficient to keep you cool.

I would not stay here again, not due to the staff at all, but just everything else about it as a hotel.

The staff member i dealt with on arrival was lovely and very helpful. The room was cramped and very hot. The window could only open a crack because the blind only opened halfway. The noise from the road was really loud, this reduced with the window closed but then the heat was horrific. The bathroom was tiny, only just space to stand between the sink and toilet. No handsoap. We were booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1. When letting them know we wouldn't be staying the 2nd night, the staff member just said ok, didn't ask the room number, if everything was ok nothing.

The location is situated in a not very pleasant location, a bit noisy and surrounded with people that sleep in the car. However, the windows are stopping most of the noise.

Overall the hotel is a bang for your buck. It’s good for a one night, two night max stay due to the lack of closets or anywhere to put your clothes. The room is very small in general, but it is very affordable and convenient. The area around is very shady with multiple homeless people sleeping in their cars a few feet away from the hotel and people sleeping in tents under the bridge a bit further down. The hotel is roughly a 20 minute Uber or Taxi ride from the Eiffel Tower and the city center. I’d probably stay there again.

Avoid at all costs. Homeless, aggressive people living outside the hotel who spat at me when passing. Armed police in reception on check in. Room stunk of smoke which carried through the entire corridor. The window restrictor was broken meaning the window swung wide open. The communal toilet was disgusting and dirty, with black mould in the shower cubicle. Could not stay in dirty unsafe conditions and had to find accommodation elsewhere. The room was super tiny. There was literally maybe 10-12 inches of space between the walls and bed on all sides. In the bathroom if you sat on the toilet and leaned forward you could put your head on the sink. They offer breakfast for a surcharge, but when my husband tried to go in the eating area to see what they had so we could decide if we wanted to eat there or go out, the lady in charge of the room chased him out and wouldn’t let him look without paying. Needless to say we ate elsewhere. Other than her, the staff were nice. Cleanliness wasn’t the best, but I didn’t realize it until I used a white towel to dry off the floor after a shower and it came up dark grayish brown and filthy.
The area it was in wasn’t good either, I wouldn’t suggest walking around at night by yourself.

Mixed review.

We stayed for one night as a stopover. The rooms were clean and well thought out for guests. USB sockets by every bed was a great idea, especially as we were travelling from the U.K. and didn’t have to worry about adaptors. The communal bathrooms were not clean when we used them in the evening, and in the morning the shower block and WC on our floor were closed for cleaning, which was very inconvenient. We paid over twenty quid for parking which is probably about standard, but the car park wasn’t secure and the barrier broke so it caused us problems upon trying to leave in the morning. Overall a good budget hotel that would benefit from better cleaning.

My check in was not the best, I had my booking for two rooms and reception only find one (little experience) the other room was under my wife name, and they couldn't find, and when they find the room she said the room wasn't pay, even with the booking in my hand with the price, I have to call the Hotels.com to find out. after five minutes she said is ok. Room was as its own not shower, not toilette, you have to share showers and toilettes. parking was expensive, smelling and unsafe because anyone can get inside there. Better to check other options.

DO NOT SATAY HERE - UNSAFE & DIRTY

Filthy, bed bug ridden HOSTLE - not a hotel, with 1 bathroom for the floor with only 1 working toilet for the entire floor! Not in your room.
Area is unsafe. Homeless tried to take our bags when Uber dropped us off. Drug dealers outside our window whistling at each other all night. I was, rightfully, afraid for our lives.

Exclenge, el hotel es lindo y súper cómodo. La habitación estaba limpia y la cama es comodisimaaaaaa…. Nos atendieron siempre muy amable y estuvieron atentos a todo lo que preguntabamos
