Room well appointed and beds comfy. Room has thermal heater which heats the room so well and quickly. Balcony a bonus. Mess room had all you'd need. Kids loved pool.
Need a hook on bathroom door for toilet bags as bench space is limited. No kitchen cloth or face cloths either.
Central location can get very noisy. Walls & glazing are very thin - you can hear everything from outside, neighbours and those above. It seems some people live there: activity from top floor was constant at night until 1 or 2am. Not great for young children. A large, loose panel under the sink in the bathroom looked like a hazard for young children too.
Digital check in and digital room key are awesome. When we checked in (early) we were offered to reserve parking for $10 - we booked it. On arrival, there were no carparks available. The property says \"1st in 1st served\". I took this to mean if you book and are charged for a carpark, you will have a carpark. Noting this isn't the case! I notified this through check in feedback to the property manager but wasn't offered a refund.
The photos for this property show adults relaxing in a circular pool that appears to be a spa. This is misleading since there's a sign (not pictured) that says this is a children's pool and it's mildly heated but not warmer than the pool. Our room listing had both \"outdoor pool\" and \"private pool\" listed - no private pool. Also no minibar as listed.
