The hotel was in great order and assisted recently built or renovated. The staff was very friendly and quick to check is in. The room, a suite, was perfect for a family of four. We travel with an air mattress so it oldest can sleep on it in the extra room. The two TV's were a nice touch. The bathroom has a fan-powered vent. Unusual in this day on age. The room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet.

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Omesha made our breakfast and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We definitely will stay here again when we come back. I utilized the fitness room each morning and was very happy with my stay. The lighting in the rooms were kind of dim and the water pressure could use some more pressure. Despite those 2 bumps I definitely will stay again. Thank you!!

We booked the room for accommodations of 5 people the booking site stated that room slept 6, when we got to our room it had 2 queen beds and a very small couch. So the room that was pretty expensive $400 a night barely accommodated 4 people let alone 5. If this was known prior to booking we could’ve just booked two rooms. So one of us had to try and sleep on a tiny sectional couch. False advertisement

Poor water drainage. Toilet barely flushed.Bathroom shower drain did not drain. Tub filled with water during shower with filthy hair and matter from past visitors. Long hairs all over room and bathroom. Bed looked like someone had laid on it prior to our arrival, comforter disheveled. Rooms and halls were musty and humid. Very noisy booming music/party that was in the conference room till2am. Party took over the bar and only one bartender for the party and regular guests.

1. The room toilet had pooped in it.
2. The room sink had hairs in them.
3. The room shower had hairs on the wall and in the tub.
4. The warm water was not working the next day. This did not get fixed until evening.
5. They moved us into another room after a request. The room was smelling like suage.

I paid over $700 dollars for this type of service? I hope the Senior Management reviews this and compensate for the inconvenience.

Was not able to check in until after 4 pm and even then the room wasn't even completely ready. The door was open and there were no towels. Looked clean except maybe not vacuumed as we found a couple goldfish crackers. the rest of the hotel looked clean and the stay was fine.

In general, my stay was good with a few minor issues: Refrig in originally assigned room did not work, so staff graciously moved us to a different room. In the second room, the tub drain was very slow, causing the water to build up in tub during showering, increasing risk of fall hazard (soft water and suds make for a slippery tub). A/C rattled a bit making falling asleep a bit difficult.

The stay was great. We had an issue with the a/c not working in our room. The front desk attendant that afternoon was very helpful and friendly. She came up to our room till see if she could fix it, but was not able to. She got us into another room. She always asked to see if our room was okay where we left the hotel for dinner. She was always friendly and had a smile on her face! Would definitely stay here again!

Rooms were okay. Beds and pillows comfortable. Our room said it would sleep six. The pictures show 2 queen beds and a couch and ottoman. Couch did not pull out into a bed. The couch would not sleep 2 medium sized people. The breakfast that’s “included” but an extra $18 is a pass. Bring your own oatmeal packet or frozen waffles.

First room we were given was not vacuumed, had food and stuff on the floor. We went to check in desk again, received keys to a new room. This was was clean. We brought our dog. They had a good green area for him to use plus poop bag station. Breakfast was decent. Plenty of choices for everyone but only one choice on fruit, melon. Really like they had soy milk though. Overall, not a bad experience. Would recommend. Just check your room first before you get your stuff and family.

The room is smelly and they will not provide other accommodation. I tried chatting with Hilton.com and they told me to call an 800 number. ? I give up. Too much work on customer’s part. The rooms seem to be a little different than other Hilton properties that I normally stay at. The cable isn't great when it is raining. It went off and on for awhile.
My room was cleaned, but the towels were not replaced for what was taken out.
Otherwise, it was good for our purpose.

I came to Michigan for a last minute emergency. Charisma was the clerk I spoke to the day before my stay over the phone to answer questions I had, she was also the one that checked us in and out. Very clean. Easy access to highway & only about 10-15 min from the beach. Several really nice hotels in this area but not a lot of restaurant options. There was a bar & grill at the hotel but we went to St Joe for dinner. Lots of options there. Several restaurants around the hotel area had closed. Meijer & Wal-Mart just down the street. Hotel is pet friendly. Wonderful shower. Softess water ever! My skin felt like I'd already put lotion on & my hair was soft & shiney. Hot breakfast available for extra cost.

The property itself was good. The king room was small but pretty clean. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time there so it met our needs for a shower, sleep, and a continental breakfast. The surrounding area was impoverished. It was very run down. However we were there to visit the beaches and state parks not to spend time in that area. Overall it was a good stay. I personally try not to stay at hotels but this one did not creep me out.

We went for a weekend to be around St. Joe’s we stayed outside of downtown St. Joe’s at this location. Inside was very nice, not too many options outside of hotel for food other than fast food but very easy drive to beach and to stay around in area. All staff was very friendly!

We had a wonderful check-in to the hotel from the staff, and one particular person stood out to us. Her name was Carissma, and she was handling our stay while we were chasing our little two year old around! Truly a committed employee and one of the reasons why we felt so refreshed at this hotel. Double check your room type

The hotel was clean and nice looking. However, the listing was wrong. We booked a room with a king bed and a double sofa bed. When we arrived the receptionist informed us that there was in fact only a king bed and NO sofa bed. She said they've been trying to get Hotels to update the listing for months. So my two kids ended up having to sleep on the floor. Thankfully the hotel gave us extra sheets and comforters.

I was very upset, I checked in at 3. I got a very nice room, with a king bed, on 3rd floor.I checked the room was happy. I left. I wasn't able to returned to early Tuesday morning. When I returned my key didn't work. When I went to desk I was told I was a no show. ???? I had the key with the number on it. They did give me another room. A very loud area of the hotel. Not a king bed, a cheaper room.

Comfortable but...

Nice hotel except we did not have hot water in the morning, only luke-warn. Didn't say anything because we just stayed one night and were heading home so not a big deal for us. Our room faced the highway so traffic noise was loud. Otherwise comfortable bed and room.

Be aware that Expedia (& also hotels.com) advertise a room w/ a king bed w/ sofa bed, but these do not exist at this particular hotel! They do not have any sofa beds in any of their rooms anymore.
They were able to switch us to a different room, but she said sometimes they aren’t able to do that if the room is booked through other sites.
Our room was over the main entrance, so our view was blocked by the first floor entry roof area.
We didn’t have any hot water for showers the first night, but it was fixed by the second night.
Also be aware that their pet fee is incorrect on Expedia site. Expedia said $50 but the hotel said it’s $75 per stay.
Overall, this is a very nice hotel and the staff was friendly. I would stay here again *but I would first call to confirm I’m getting the room I booked and what the extra fees are*

This hotel had the best landscaping of the group on the block and the lobby was nice. Room just okay. Missing some standard toiletries but we’re able to get them the next day. Problem with hot water during our stay so only got 1 hot shower out of the 3 days we stayed. I recommend you bring your own bed pillows if you prefer any kind of firmness. Ours were flat even when stacked. It had a very small pool and workout room. It does have on-site laundry machines which we used so that was a plus. If I had to pay their advertised rates instead of the deal through hotels.com, I would not stay here. Their website prices were way over priced for the quality of the rooms.

I was definitely not pleased that we did not get the rooms as advertised and paid for. They gave us 2 rooms with queen beds and no pullout bed or sofa in either of the rooms. I asked if we could get one of the rooms changed and the manager was not willing to help. Besides offer extra comforter. No pillows weren't given either. Definitely not go back to other Hiltons.

Check in was great, quick, super friendly. The desk agent gave us some local events info. The fruit water in the lobby was a nice touch. Now the room… 421, it was clean and ok but here are the issues… no luggage racks. Apparently they don’t have them anymore. Where are we supposed to put luggage? I don’t get it. The shower doors are on backwards. The pull handle is on outside so it’s really hard to get out after everything is wet. There’s a really small shelf that doesn’t hold any toiletries. The shower head was the worst one I’ve had to use in my whole life. Really hard to wash long hair. The towel rack is on the inside of the shower which is so weird to me. So your towels either get wet or you have to put them on the sink, which defeats the purpose of a towel rack. I don’t get it. The sink vanity is falling off the wall. The hotel shampoo bottle in the shower was empty. The pillows are horrendous, flat and hard. We were told the hotel does not have extra pillows. There are no hooks for towels. Where do we hang wet towels? There is no sound dampening from hallway. Every door slamming is super loud. The TV USB inputs were mixed up, we had to unplug and re plug all the connections to make the TV work. Each day we were there, we heard people arguing with front desk about missing reservations. We also had the pleasure of some kids banging on our door in the middle of the night and finally the breakfast was barely edible. The “made to order” breakfast was just gross

Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else! We were given a room different than what we booked and not an accommodation for our whole party. We were told there was nothing that could be done. The room itself had the heat cranked to over 80° and took hours to cool down. The room was dirty and the shower was falling apart. To top it all off, we had to deal with not only people running up and down the halls, but also someone trying to break into our room overnight.

Expedia doesn’t tell them the type of room you’re booking so they just go by first come first serve to accommodate. Well I payed 180 to sleep on the floor.

We traveled from California to attend a funeral. We arrived at 11 pm after multiple flights, picking rental car and we we lectured by a snarky clerk that we were “lucky” to get a room, even tho we had reserved and paid for it. She felt that visitors should get to the hotel sooner, as if we had been twiddling our thumbs all day. Then she said I already have your room away because you hadn’t shown up, but I will just give you the next guys room. We reserve and pay for a room so we know it will be there after 13 hours of travel through airports, etc. the following morning, no hot water. Then we left the room and couldn’t get back in because “all the room keys” had to be reprogrammed. Then we couldn’t have coffee because they “don’t have enough”. Next morning, again, no hot water. We attend our funeral return to change clothes and our room keys don’t work. We go through the lobby, approach the front desk and the same agent that scolded us on Friday is helping another customer, we stayed back quietly and she yelled at us that she was busy, we hadn’t said a word. She has no sense of hospitality. I would not recommend this property

Reserved king bed got a double room, asked why and she said that’s all we have. I replied with I reserved a king room. same staff member told me fix own tv and it still doesn’t work .

The hotel was clean, but rather spartan. Not a single USB port in the room. Breakfast was sorry, and there was No Hot Water. Extremely disappointing for the absorbent price we paid. Also, @ Hotels.com your rewards program sucks.

Very nice hotel, well appointed first floor dining area and lounge, pretty decent equipment in the health club, indoor pool was small, but I did not use it given that it was sunny and in the mod 80's both days I stayed there.

Staff was friendly and helpful with the few small issues that I did have.

Not Great!

I was initially \"upgraded\" to a 2 queen room instead of a King with pull out and accessible like reserved and i was told it was no charge for that upgrade woo. I didnt need 2 queens for a couple. Next morning no hot water. Upon checkout i mentioned both and instead of sympathetic or anything of apology she just argued that they don't even have the room i reserved any longer, first it was they were busy now they dont have the rooms at all. I won't be staying here again. Save your money and go any of the other close hotels.
