The stay was fine but the hotel is old and needs updating. Molding on the walls was coming off and hanging in the kids room. The breakfast was hot and the menu was diverse. The hot tub was blocked off with caution tap when we were there. I would stay there again because of the kids room setup with the two twin beds and a king.

The service upon arrival was simply disastrous. The staff provided no information whatsoever about the hotel’s amenities or features, leaving a very poor first impression. In addition, housekeeping is clearly insufficient, as rooms are cleaned only every three days. As a result, the room, although somewhat organized, appears dirty and poorly maintained.

Basic amenities such as shampoo and conditioner are of very low quality, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this kind. The breakfast is equally disappointing—monotonous, with little to no variety or options to accommodate different preferences.

Overall, this is a hotel in urgent need of significant improvements. The experience falls far below any reasonable expectations.

The room was clean, the bathroom towels were big. The breakfast was poor. We spent a few days in Port Canaveral and the weather was colder than normal. Doesn’t matter but we wanted to use the pool. We grabbed our towels and went to the pool. It was dirty. Full of leaves and there was a lounge chair in the water. The hot tub was closed as one of the jets was broken. We told the front desk about the condition of the pool and were told it was windy the night before and a lot of leaves got în and maybe the wind blew the lounge chair in. He said we can go next door to the Hyatt and use their pool. And we did. What a difference. It was clean and heated!! Even thought it was a chilly night we spent about an hour or more enjoying the pool. The next day we went to use our pool again. It got cleaned and the chair removed but it was ice cold. We told the front desk and he said. The pool is heated same as the Hyatt. Not at all. We were able to enjoy the pool at Hyatt for 2 hours or so as it was heated. So the stay was ok but I wish I would’ve booked the Hyatt instead.

This property was in very close proximity to the cruise terminal. They offered park and stay option with shuttle service to the cruise port as well as back. The rooms were very clean and spacious enough to accommodate six adults.

Not a bad spot very close to the cruise port. Not much around other than Burger King and McDonald’s. A bit pricey for what it was, but that’s how it goes if you want to be close to the port. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast is really good. Lots of variety and the staff keep it well stocked. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. They let us check in quite early, which kept us from standing around all morning after a very early morning of travel.

It was a beautiful suite with minor problems that were expected since the building was not a new one. The one issue that I had (the hot tub was out of order and my husband and I booked the location because of it) was rectified by the Manager via a discount on our stay. I only wish we had been notified of this issue prior to our check in as the motor went out a week prior. We would have found a different venue to stay at.

Room 318 needs some TLC. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall with the first spin. No biggie, we adapt and overcome. Next small issue, toilet seat only attached by one bolt. Not the time you want to slip & slide. Finally, this morning the flapper inside the toilet did not seal so it had quietly run all night, never filling the tank to allow a good flush. Value for money - poor. Way way overpriced at $269 a night.

I made our reservation in October for a Feb stay. In October I called the Hotel directly to inquire about the Cruise parking. I was told to just arrive and the car would stay. That employee I spoke to explained the fees. Upon our arrival in the afternoon I was told for the FIRST time that they required me to call two weeks in advance of arrival to reserve parking. Despite explaining I did call in October and was not given that requirement the desk clerk was almost beligerant saying I was wrong because, \"Everyone was trained to tell me about the requirement\". She basically called me a liar. She said that despite the misunderstanding she could not accomodate one more car in the very large parking lot. I wish I took her name. The next morning I met a very professional young man working at the desk. I explained the problem and he immediately apologized for the mix up and said they had changed the policy and perhaps that was the cause of the mix up. He immediately gave me a parking pass. The first employee needs some training to deal with the public.
The room was fine for an overnight. It was clean, bed comfortable. We could not experience the breakfast because it was so crowded. The breakfast room is very congested and better use of available space could be made. The Hotel is conveniently located for restaurants and very close to cruise pier. They seem to have several transports for Cruise pier but we didn't use it.

The hotel itself is a bit run down. I would give it a 6/10. The beds are not that comfortable and the overall dated look is a bit unfortunate. I don’t dismiss the fact that these rooms near a cruise port are abused and difficult to maintain, but i think it needs some tlc.

However… the silver lining is the front desk staff. I stayed her twice in the past two weeks. 5 night and a 3 night.

The front desk manager (don’t remember her name) was extremely nice and seems very genuine. But I do want to mention Yukari - she’s a total Gem who has such a great demeanor and even helped me with a bit of my Japanese. So, if you’re not going to put money into the space… drop some of that coin onto your staff. Take them out to a great restaurant and appreciate them. They are the front line and I’m sure the Hyatt next door would love to have both of them.
